This study aims to analyze student errors in solving Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) questions. This research was carried out in class XI MIPA 1 SMA Islam Cipasung with the instrument that had been prepared, namely the numeracy ability test sheet. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. By means of purposive sampling, the determination of the subject was based on the test results of the students who answered all the numeracy indicators, so that 3 subjects were taken. The research instrument includes test sheets, and unstructured interviews and the data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that S - 8 made mistakes in analyzing the information in the question, S - 33 made mistakes in analyzing the information obtained and made mistakes in making decisions from the conclusions obtained.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Learning activities have not been carried out optimally. The learning media used is only fixed on one source of textbooks, so students have difficulty understanding the material. In addition, teachers only teach using the assignment and lecture methods. This study aims to develop learning media in the form of videos to assist students in learning. This type of research is development research with the model used is ADDIE. The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire. The subject of this research is Civics learning video media on the topic of symbols and meanings of the Pancasila precepts, in this study the data analysis technique used in this development research was using qualitative descriptive statistical analysis techniques and quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of the research are the results of the expert test of the content of the subjects developed to get the results of 4.84 with very good qualifications, the learning design experts get the results of 4.22 with very good qualifications, the test results from the learning media experts get the results of 4.30 with the qualifications very good. The results of the practitioner test got a result of 4.58 with very good qualifications, the results of the limited trial got a result of 4.79 with very good qualifications. It can be concluded that the media developed is feasible to be applied in learning. The implication of this research is that the developed media can make it easier for students to understand Civics subject matter, especially the topic of symbols and meanings of the Pancasila precepts.

This researcher aims to find out the learning activities of students and find out the perceptions of students about social studies subjects. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach, which was the subject of this study were eight students at the Muhammadiyah Middle School in Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that students with low achievement had negative perceptions of social studies subjects. This is illustrated by The way teachers teach who always asks students to record too much and teachers are less able to approach the students with low achievement, and Schedule of social studies subjects that are available during the day so that students feel lazy to take social studies subjects

This study aims to know the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators in SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This research uses qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive method. The subjects consisted of principals, teachers and staff boards, guardians of SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. Data collection consists of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques include editing, categories, display of data and interpretation. The conclusion of this research is 1), the planning of SDIT educator Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau run well that is recruiting educator by selecting administration of job application file and reading ability test of alQuran as well as micro teaching test, 2) implementing educator through guidance from foundations twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality improvement seminars, 3) principals control educators by going to the study room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the principal uses a questionnaire, then distributed to the students so that the inputs of the educators in carrying out their duties can be known and carried out by the school principal guidance. The types of this research is classroom action research, there are 2 cycles in this research with four phases: planning, implementation, observation, reflection.The locaton of this research at SDN 163087 Tebing Tinggi. This research aim to describe this increase in teacher activity, student activity, and improvement of student learning result in social studies by appliying Word Square learning method. The subject of research is teacher and student third grader which amounted to 32 students. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result obtained from the learning results in the first cycle is 75% has increased in two cycle get 90,62 % and students activity in cycle I is 77, 4% has increased in cycle II get 81,2%. From the data obtained can be concluded that the word square learning model can improve students learning outcomes in class VI SDN 163087 Tebing Tinggi. This research aims to know the condition of non-star hotels in relation to product, service and management aspects. In addition, this research was also carried out with the intention of evaluating the feasibility of operating non-star hotels in South Sulawesi. This type of research is applied research with a qualitative approach. Information is obtained through observation using check lists, interviews, and documentation in the form of assessment guidelines. Determination of informants was taken in 10 regions with a total of 56 hotels, each hotel has one informant, plus 10 informants from the Regional Tourism Office, so the number of informants became 66 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that, of the 56 non-starred hotels studied there were 23 that were less feasible, 19 were feasible and 14 were very feasible.

This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of violations of spatial use in tourist areas. Types of sociolegal research. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study took place in the Traditional Village of Kuta, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia. By taking samples in 2 villages. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and document studies. Checking the data with the Triangulation method. Qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that violations of the spatial planning of tourist areas are unethical in terms of religious law and state law. The moral indicators of stakeholders affect the violation of the spatial planning of tourism areas in Bali Province. The universal concept of Tri Hita Karana has a significant effect on efforts to minimize violations of the spatial layout of tourist areas in the Kuta Traditional Village, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province.

Misconception is a misconception that refers to a concept that is not in accordance with scientific understanding or understanding received by experts in that field. This study aims to identify students' misconceptions in solving momentum and impulse problems through the R-MV approach (mathematical representation and verbal representation) integrated CRI (Certainly of Response Index). This research included in the type of qualitative descriptive analysis research. The subject of the research was tenth-grade students of Jember Regency Senior High School. Data collection techniques in this research use method of observation, tests, and interviews. The data analysis technique used was the mathematical representation approach integrated CRI. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the students' misconceptions percentage in Jember Senior High School of science tenth grade on material momentum and impulse through mathematical representation approach integrated CRI of 20.07% and through verbal representation approach integrated CRI of 32.94%. This is included in the category (Almost Very Confident) for mathematical representation and (Sure) for verbal representation, meaning the value that students get as truthful based on understanding material with correct

The development in the agricultural sector required an increase in human resource capacity. The special effort can be in the form of training and skills in processing agricultural products. The research aim was to analyze the factors that influence the dynamics of horticultural farmers groups, and assessed the level of group dynamics and the independence of horticultural farmer group members. The determination of the location of the research was performed by using a qualitative descriptive method, which was performed in two locations, which were Pujon Sub-district, Malang Regency and Batu City. The research was conducted from October to November 2019. The analysis used was descriptive analysis to describe the level of group dynamics in the two regions which were Pujon Sub-district Malang Regency and Batu City. The dynamics level of horticultural farmers in each region was categorized as low (? 20%), moderate (20.1% - 40%), normal (40.1% - 60%), high (60.1% - 80.00 %) and very high (? 80%). The results showed that the dynamics value of the horticultural group in Malang City was included in the high category, which was 77.18%. While the value of group dynamics in Malang Sub-district of Pujon was 77.08% and in Batu City was 77.27%, both regions were included in the high category.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Al-Fityan Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SDIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya dengan subjek penelitian yaitu: kepala sekolah; wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan dan kurikulum; bendahara; serta staf tata usaha. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kebijakan perencanaan sarana dan prasarana disusun pada awal tahun dengan menganalisis kebutuhan; (2) Kebijakan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada; (3) kebijakan pengorganisasian sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan keputusan kepala sekolah; dan (4) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana cukup akuntabel.</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of the research was to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Al-Fityan Kubu Raya Islamic Elementary School. The research method used descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at SDIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya with the research subjects: the principal, the vice-principal of the student affairs and curriculum; treasurer; and administrative staff. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of the research indicate that: (1) The planning policy for facilities and infrastructure are prepared at the beginning of the year by analyzing needs; (2) The policy for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure is in accordance with existing procedures; (3) The policy of organizing facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the decision of the principal; and (4) The maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is sufficiently accountable.</em></p>
