This study aimsat determine how the teacher creativity and interaction in learning effects on student interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at State Vocational High School 2 KuripanAcademic Year 2020/2021. The research method used by the researcher was 1) the sample used in this study was 100 students, 2) the data collection method used was the questionnaire and documentation method, then 3) the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis, conducted using SPSS 16 software. The results of data analysis shows that: 1) There was a positive influence on teacher creativity in learning on student interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, based on the significance level of teacher creativity (X1) 0.000 <0.05, and the value of t-count 3.805 that is greater than t-table 1.984; 2) There is a significant effect of teacher learning interaction on student interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, based on significance level of teacher interaction (X2)0.008 <0.05, and the t-count value of 2.719 greater than t-table 1.984;and 3) There is a significant effect of teacher creativity and interaction in learning on student learning interest during the Covid-19 pandemic with an F-count value of 15.213 that is higher than the value of F-table 3.09. Based on the results of the analysis, all Ha-s are accepted. Finally, it can be concluded that teacher creativity and interaction in learning have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously onstudent interest in the Covid-19 pandemic at State Vocational High School 2 Kuripan Academic Year 2020/2021. Keywords: Teacher Creativity, Student Learning Interest

This study aims to determine the effect of school climate on student's interest in vocational high school. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method methode method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with a scale of 1 to 5 Likert scale models. Respondents were 66 students of class X of Office Administration in one of Vocational High School in Bandung. The technique of analysis using regression. The results showed that there is a positive influence between school climate on student learning interest. Thus the more conducive the school climate, the higher the student's interest in learning.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa di sekolah menengah kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian explanatory survey methode. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala 1 sampai dengan 5 model skala likert. Responden sebanyak 66 siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Bandung. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara iklim sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa. Dengan demikian semakin kondusif iklim sekolah, maka semakin tinggi minat belajar siswa.

<span>One of the factors that influence the level of employability is the motivation to learn and social support. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation to learn and social support on student employability. The participants in this study were 255 students of class XII in State Vocational High School 1 Kalasan Yogyakarta, obtained through random cluster sampling. The data collection was carried out by using an employability scale, motivation to learn scale and social support scale. The data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Our data analysis shows that motivation to learn and social support have a very significant effect on employability, seen through the F test that obtained a score of 44.798 and a significance level (p) of 0.000 (p &lt;0.01). In other words, the level of employability could be predicted based on students' level of motivation to learn and social support.</span>

This study aims to find out how well the physical conditions possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung that are related to endurance, strength, speed, agility and explosive strength of limb muscles. This type of research is a descriptive study. The population in this study were 37 basketball athletes from SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island. Sampling was done by Purposive Sampling, then the sample amounted to 25 people. After the data is obtained, the data analysis technique in this study uses frequency tabulation. The results of this study indicate: 1) a dominant review of durability possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island is 10.59 - 13.25 classified as good category (60%), 2) review of the dominant strength possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island is 57.50 - 78.00 classified as medium category (64%), 3) review of the dominant speed possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung is 4.97 - 5.40 classified as medium category (32%), 4) agility review the dominant possession of basketball athletes at Pulau Punjung State Vocational High School 1 was 14.10-15.74 classified as medium category (14%), 5) review of leg muscles explosive power dominantly owned by basketball athletes in Pulau Punjung State Vocational High School was 31-38 classified as medium (72%). This paper examines specifically about interpersonal communication teacher’s as factors that influence the effectiveness of the powerful alleged learning students. Based on the results of data analysis by using simple regression where data collected through survey method using question form answers to the 51 students in vocational high school in Bandung as the respondent. The results of the analysis of data indicates that interpersonal communications teacher had an impact on the effectiveness of learning of students. The results of this research can provide implications towards the learning process. the results showed teacher’s interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect against the effectiveness of learning of students. Thus the effectiveness of student learning can be enchanced through improved interpersonal communication teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang komunikasi interpersonal guru sebagai faktor yang diduga kuat mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi sederhanadimana data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan angket jawaban terhadap 51 siswa pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Bandung sebagai responden. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal guru mempunyai pengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi terhadap proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi interpersonal guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Dengan demikian efektivitas pembelajaran siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal guru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru sebagai determinan terhadap minat belajar siswa yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang memuaskannya nilai pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa serta masih banyaknya siswa yang tidak hadir tanpa keterangan. Kajian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan data yang diambil menggunakan metode survey, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar pada 54 responden yaitu siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di salah satu SMK di Kota Bandung. Model angket yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kompetensi profesional guru dan minat belajar siswa dikategorikan sedang dan hasil kajian dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru adalah faktor determinan dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: kompetensi profesional guru, minat belajar siswa TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT LEARNING INTERESTThis study aims to determine teachers professional competence as a determinant of  student interest in learning and motivated by the lack of satisfying student scores of knowledge and skills, and there are many students who are absent without explanation. This study used simple linear regression test as analysis technique with data taken by using survey method, while data collection technique using a questionnaire that was distributed to 54 respondents are students of class X Office Administration Program in one of Bandung Vocational School. Questionnaire model that used in this study is a likert scale model. Based on this research, professional competence of teachers and students' learning interest are in middle category and results from this study also shown that the professional competence of teachers is determinant factors and has significant impact on student learning  interest.Keywords: teachers’ professional competence, student learning interest

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Kamus IPA Fisika Bergambar pada pokok bahasan Optik untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R & D). Sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MTs NW Senyiur kelas VIII. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari10  langkah yang harus diikuti untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Kamus IPA Fisika Bergambar. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengukur minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa Kamus IPA Fisika Bergambar memiliki kriteria yang sangat baik berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli dan praktisi. Media pembelajaran Kamus IPA Fisika Bergambar  yang dikembangkan juga memiliki kriteria yang sangat baik untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dengan persentase sebesar 70% bila dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan  Kamus IPA Fisika Bergambar yaitu sebesar 47%. Peningkatan minat belajar secara klasikal juga berada pada kriteria sedang dengan normalisasi gain sebesar 0,44. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Kamus IPA Fisika Bergambar dapat meningkatkan minat  belajar siswa kelas VIII di MTs  NW Senyiur Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Kamus IPA Fisika, Bergambar, Minat BelajarABSTRACTThe study aims to  develop learning media on the Picture Physics Science on the subject of optics, to increase students' interest in learning. This study uses the research and development (R & D) method. As the subjects in this study were MTs NW Senyiur class VIII students. The development model used is Borg and Gall which consists of 10 steps that must be followed to produce a product in the form of Picture Physics Science Dictionary. Data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative to measure student learning interest. The results showed that learning media developed in the form of Picture Physics Science Dictionary had very good criteria based on the judgment of experts and practitioners. Learning media The Pictorial Physics Science Dictionary developed also has very good criteria for increasing student learning interest by a percentage of 70% compared to before using the Picture Physics Science Dictionary which is equal to 47%. Increased interest in classical learning is also in the medium criteria with normalization gain of 0.44. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the learning media of Picture Physics Science Dictionary can increase the learning interest of Grade VIII students in NW MTs Senyiur 2018/2019 Academic Year. Keywords: Development of Science Physics Dictionary, Drawing, Interest in Learning

The Right

In August 2017, there were 7.4 million educated unemployed including vocational graduates. Why are there so many educated unemployed. Are there no vocational high school (SMK) graduates who can become entrepreneurs? The Vocational High School is the right place to develop entrepreneurship education. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the Business Center that can increase vocational entrepreneurship readiness. This research was conducted through a literature review and relevant research results and continued through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data analysis technique used is descriptive-qualitative analysis technique. The study found that the Business Center can increase the entrepreneurial readiness of vocational students, which means that increasing the entrepreneurial readiness of vocational students can be done through improving skills through the Business Center.

The purpose of this study was  to analyze the influence of principal’s managerial skills and quality culture on teacher performance. The research method used survey method. Data collection techniques used a rating scale scale questionnaire with scores ranging from 1 to 5. Respondents are 90 teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. AbstrakUsia anak SMP umumnya mengikuti suatu kegitan hanya didasari dengan ketertarikan atau hanya meniru teman saja tanpa tahu tujuannya. Kenyataanya seseorang melakukan suatu aktivitas atau kegiatan selalu didasari dengan adanya motivasi dan minat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa memilih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMP Purwokerto, yang terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Purwokerto dan SMP Al Irsyad Purwokerto yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis dengan total sampel sebanyak 65 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisoner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa memilih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMP Purwokerto, dari faktor internal sebanyak 36,05% dengan indikator rasa senang sebesar 18,14% dan indikator ketertarikan sebesar 17,91%. Sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal mempengaruhi minat siswa memilih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis sebanyak 63,95%, terdiri dari indikator pelatih 16,22%, indikator lingkungan 16,27%, indikator fasilitas 15,71% dan indikator keluarga 15,75%.Kata kunci: Faktor, Minat Siswa, Ekstrakurikuler, BulutangkisDETERMINING FACTORS OF INTEREST IN MIDDLE SCHOOL EXTRACURRICULAR STUDENTS IN PURWOKERTO AbstractThe junior high school student’s generally follows an activity only based on interest or just imitating friends without knowing their purpose. In fact, someone doing an activity or action is always based on of motivation and interest. This study aims to determine the faktors that influence students' interest in choosing badminton extracurricular at Purwokerto junior high school, which consists of internal faktorsand external faktors. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were students of Purwokerto junior high school 1 Muhammadiyah and Al Irsyad Purwokerto junior high school who participated in badminton extracurricular activities with a total sample of 60 students.  Sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection techniques was using questionnaires / questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach.  The result and conclusion showed that the faktors that influence student’s interest in choosing badminton extracurricular at Purwokerto junior high school were 36.05% from internal faktors with 18.14% pleasure indikators and 17.91% interest indikators. Whereas for external faktors affect the interest of students choosing badminton extracurricular as much as 63.95%, consisting of 16.22% coach indikators, 16.27% environmental indikators, 15.71% facility indikators and 15.75% family indikators. This study is aimed to analyze the influence of professional competence of teachers and powerpoint as a media of learning on the effectiveness of learning. This study employed explanatory survey method. This research also used data collection technique in the form of questionnaire with rating scale model. Respondents of this study include students of a Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique in this research is regression technique. The results show that the professional competence of teachers and powerpoint as a media of learning have a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of learning, either partially or simultaneously. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan media pembelajaran powerpoint terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model rating scale. Responden adalah siswa salah satu SMK Swasta di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru dan media pembelajaran powerpoint memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
