<span>One of the factors that influence the level of employability is the motivation to learn and social support. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation to learn and social support on student employability. The participants in this study were 255 students of class XII in State Vocational High School 1 Kalasan Yogyakarta, obtained through random cluster sampling. The data collection was carried out by using an employability scale, motivation to learn scale and social support scale. The data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Our data analysis shows that motivation to learn and social support have a very significant effect on employability, seen through the F test that obtained a score of 44.798 and a significance level (p) of 0.000 (p &lt;0.01). In other words, the level of employability could be predicted based on students' level of motivation to learn and social support.</span>

<div><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> <span lang="EN-US">Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan yang penting untuk dimiliki remaja, dikarenakan tanpa adanya resiliensi maka remaja akan kesulitan dalam menjalani hidup yang berakibat tidak bisa mengaktualisasikan diri, prestasi diri tidak optimal dan cenderung menjadi pribadi yang pesimistis bahkan dapat menderita depresi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan resiliensi generasi Z melalui konseling kelompok berbasis Kearifan Lokal Tembang Macapat Sinom. Tembang macapat sinom berasal dari Jawa Tengah yang kaya akan falsafah kehidupan yaitu menjalani masa muda dengan penuh semangat, tegar, sabar dan pantang menyerah dalam menuntut ilmu, berkarya dan menjalani kehidupan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan konseling kelompok mendukung adanya perubahan resiliensi siswa yang rendah menjadi lebih tinggi yang ditandai dengan penerimaan dan adaptasi diri saat dihadapkan dengan tekanan dari dalam diri individu maupun dari luar diri individu. Adanya dinamika kelompok mendukung adanya perubahan anggota kelompok karena adanya kesempatan saling bertukar pikiran, berdiskusi, saling memotivasi dan saling membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis pendekatan metode <em>pre-experimental design</em> dengan menggunakan <em>one group pretest-posttest</em> <em>design</em>. Subyek penelitian adalah remaja Jawa berusia 15-20 tahun yang sesuai dengan kriteria tahap perkembangan remaja (gen Z) yang ditetapkan sesuai fokus penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian wilcoxon diperoleh hasil Z hitung sebesar sebesar -2,807 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,022 yang artinya konseling kelompok berbasis kearifan lokal tembang macapat sinom efektif untuk meningkatkan resiliensi generasi Z.</span></p></div><p><strong>Abstract</strong>. <em><span lang="EN-US">Academic dishonestyis behavior deviating from academic rules carried out by students at various levels of education to get good test results or recognition of their academic assignments by cheating, plagiarism, cooperating in exam fraud, or falsifying data. This article aims to explore and determine the level of student academic dishonestyduring the Covid-19 pandemic seen from differences in gender, grade level and age. The research method used is a survey with a type of cross sectional survey design involving 493 vocational high school students who were selected using cluster sampling technique.. The research data collection instrument uses an academic dishonestyscale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, t-test and Anova test. The results of the study prove that vocational high school students have a level of academic dishonestyin the medium category. Furthermore, this study found that seen from the gender differences, male students had a higher level of academic dishonestythan female students. The same thing also happens when viewed from each indicator of academic dishonesty. In terms of class differences and age differences, it shows that there is no significant difference between grade 10 and grade 12 students and students aged 15, 16, 17, 18 in the level of academic dishonesty. Further discussion is discussed in this article.</span></em></p>

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki latar belakang yang membahas, bahwa materi Barisan dan Deret pada siswa sangat penting untuk menentukan tentang sebuah daftar bilangan yang mengurut dan memiliki suatu pola atau karakteristik tertentu dalam kehidupan nyata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kesulitan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan untuk menyelesaikan soal materi Barisan dan Deret. Subyek yang digunakan adalah 12 orang siswa kelas XII di SMK Kartini Bhakti Mandiri Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang hasilnya diperoleh dari pemberian soal sesuai dengan indikator Barisan dan Deret. Analisis dilakukan dengan memberikan tes tertulis berbentuk soal uraian yang berjumlah 5 soal. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi pendahuluan. Hasil analisis data dan pembahasan menjelaskan, bahwa kemampuan siswa pada materi Barisan dan Deret yang masih tergolong rendah.  Dari rekapitulasi perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, didapat bahwa persentase kesalahan yang paling banyak dilakukan siswa yakni sekitar 84,5% pada indikator menyatakan suatu situasi atau masalah sehari-hari tentang Barisan dan Deret ke dalam bentuk model matematika dan menyelesaikannya.  AbstractThis research has a background that discusses, that the material Sequence and Series in students are very important to determine a list of numbers that sequence and have a certain pattern or characteristic in real life. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of difficulty of Vocational High School students to solve the Sequence and Series material problems. The subjects used were 12 students of class XII at SMK Kartini Bhakti Mandiri in West Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive which results are obtained from the provision of questions following the Sequence and Series indicators. The analysis was carried out by giving a written test in the form of a description of a total of 5 questions. This research is a preliminary study. The results of the data analysis and discussion explained, that the ability of students in the material Sequence and Series are still relatively low. From the recapitulation of calculations that have been done, it is found that the percentage of errors that most students make is around 84.5% on the indicator stating a daily situation or problem about Sequences and Series in the form of mathematical models and solving them.

<p><em><span lang="EN-US">Academic dishonesty</span></em><span lang="EN-US"> yaitu perilaku menyimpang dari aturan akademik yang dilakukan oleh siswa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan untuk mendapatkan hasil ujian atau pengakuan yang baik atas tugas akademiknya dengan jalan mencontek, plagiarisme, bekerja sama dalam kecurangan ujian, maupun memalsukan data. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi tingkat <em>adacemic dishonesty</em> siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 dilihat dari perbedaan jenis kelamin, tingkatan kelas serta usia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu <em>survey</em> dengan jenis <em>cross sectional survey design</em> yang melibatkan 493 siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik <em>cluster sampling</em>. Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan <em>academic dishonesty</em></span><em><span lang="EN-US"> </span><span lang="EN-US">scale</span></em><span lang="EN-US">. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji t-test dan Uji Anova. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa siswa sekolah memengah kejuruan memiliki tingkat <em>academic dishonesty</em> pada kategori sedang. Lebih lanjut penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dilihat dari perbedaan jenis kelamin siswa laki-laki memiliki tingkat <em>academic dishonesty</em> lebih tinggi dari siswa perempuan. Hal yang sama juga terjadi ketika dilihat dari setiap indikator <em>academic dishonesty</em>. Pada perbedaan kelas dan perbedaan usia menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa kelas 10 dan siswa kelas 12 serta siswa berusia 15, 16, 17, 18 dalam tingkat <em>academic dishonesty</em>. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of adolescent social promiscuity with the learning motivation of Al-Azhar NW Kayangan Islamic High School students. The population of this research is all students in Al-Azhar NW Kayangan Islamic High School as many as 206 students. Sampling was carried out using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with a total sample of 42 students. Data is collected using a questionnaire as the main method, documentation as a supplementary method. The research data were analyzed using product moment correlation analysis. The results showed that rhit of 0.621 was greater than rtab of 0.304 with a significance level (α) of 5% which meant that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Thus, the conclusion of the analysis in this study is that there is a relationship between adolescent social interaction with students' motivation to learn Al-Azhar NW Kayangan Islamic High School

This study is in the background by the existence of School Well-Being Problems in Vocational Students. This study aims to determine the relationship between Social Maturity and School Well-Being of Class X and XI Students in November 10, Sidoarjo Vocational High School. This research is a correlational quantitative study. This study uses a sample of 186 students consisting of classes X and XI. The sampling technique used is Statified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used 2 scales, the first was  the  social  maturity scale  and  the  School  Well-Being scale.  The  results  showed  that  the  correlation coefficient was 0.993 with a significance level of p = 0.000 where p was smaller than 0.05. The results show that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. There is a relationship between social maturity with school well- being in class X and XI students in November 10, Sidoarjo Vocational High School.

<span lang="EN-US">This study examined the relationship between family support and internal locus of control with entrepreneurial intention among grade XII students attending Muhammadiyah 3 Vocational High School. From 172 grade XI students attending the school, 93 were selected to participate in the study. This study used a cluster-sampling technique. The data was collected using the entrepreneurial intention scale, the family support scale, and the internal locus of control scale. Multiple regression techniques were used to analyze the data on SPSS 19.0. The results indicated very significant positive relationship between family support and internal locus of control with entrepreneurial intention, family support with entrepreneurial intention, and internal locus of control with entrepreneurship intention. Thus, it can be inferred that the contribution of internal locus of control to entrepreneurial intention is more dominant than family support's contribution.</span>

Purpose: This study aimed to empirically examine the role of entrepreneur intention and responsibility on the employability of students who attend State Vocational High School 1 Kalasan Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Methodology: The subjects in this study were students of class XII of State Vocational High School 1 Kalasan Yogyakarta, Indonesia, which amounted to 225 students. The sampling technique was obtained by cluster random sampling. Methods of collecting data used are employability scale, entrepreneurial intention scale, and responsibility scale. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Main Findings: The results showed that there was 1) a very significant correlation between entrepreneur intention and responsibility simultaneously on employability with R = 0.608, p = 0.000 (p<0.01). 2) a very significant correlation between entrepreneurial intention and employability with r = 0.171, p = 0.005 (p<0.01). 3) a very significant correlation between responsibility and employability with r = 0.603, p = 0.000 (p<0.01). Applications of this study: This study shows that entrepreneur intention and responsibility has an important role in preparing students to get the knowledge and skills needed to get a job, and then applied in the workplace when graduates have worked. This results study also can throw light on strategies to be adopted to enhance employability in students of Vocational High School. It can also be used as a reference to prepare an entrepreneur's intention and responsibility skill training module to improve employability. Novelty: To the best of our knowledge, psychology research about entrepreneur intention, responsibility, and employability of State Vocational High School students is still rarely done both in Indonesia and abroad. This study focuses on the employability of State Vocational High School students. Previous studies only discussed limited employability for undergraduate and employee graduates, while in this study in vocational high school students.
