The article features the research of the effectiveness of using the virtual dissection table in medical higher educational institutions. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of the virtual dissection table in the training of future medical specialists are determined, practical aspects are described. Laboratory works have been created on the use of the virtual dissection table in teaching theoretical and clinical disciplines in medical higher education institutions. The authors considered the formation of the following components of students’ experimental competence through the use of Sectra Virtual Dissection Table during the lessons: cognitive-intellectual, diagnostic, prognostic, information, analytical and research. The cross-curricular links between the disciplines "Human Anatomy" and "Medical and Biological Physics" in view of the formation of the aforementioned experimental competences are considered. The algorithm for work with the muscular system in the Human Anatomy Atlas program on the Sectra Table F18 Virtual Dissection Table is described in detail. The authors showed the capabilities of the Sectra Virtual Dissection Table: viewing realistic human anatomy; simulation of the human body in combination with 3D touch control when viewing, panning, rotating and zooming in an image; distance measurement in 3D volume and arbitrary clipping plane; cropping a part of 3D volume etc. The authors point out that the use of a virtual anatomical table should take into account students’ and teachers’ information and digital competence to work with modern virtual equipment and the educational environment of the medical educational institution. Extended clinical cases with unique pathologies in the Sectra Table library contribute to the formation of medical students’ professional competencies. The authors conclude that the use of medical computer programs allows the teacher to organize innovative types of educational activities and to form students’ experimental competence components. The prospects for further research might involve conducting a pedagogical experiment on the effectiveness of using the created system of laboratory works and demonstrations on the basis of Sectra Table F18 Virtual Dissection Table.

The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

The authors set a goal to analyze the problems of contemporary legal education in Russia in the presented research. The necessity of legal education in interdisciplinary and cross-sector interaction with other humanities are identified, and only when these connections are established, it is possible to get into inter-scientific relations. The most extreme issues of the activities of law faculties in various types of educational institutions - in departmental and multidisciplinary institutions were considered, using the example of the influence of various approaches to training future employees of the judiciary. The influence of the educational institution affiliation on the educational process and the issues of deployment the teaching staff are considered, the differences in teaching practical skills in these types of educational institutions are also demonstrated. The authors identified two types of problems - internal and external. Internal - the problems of the educational institutions themselves, external - the problems of implementing the educational policy of the state. Unfortunately, the authors state the unwillingness of the teachers themselves to change because of the rapidly modifying social relations. The absence of a critical attitude, first of all to oneself, causes a false illusion of normality and acceptability. Resulting from the analysis of the entity of the problems, the necessity of initiating changes from the educational institutions and teachers is understood, and not from the state.
