<p>The purpose of this research was to know and analyze the influence of commitment to the performance of the lecturers of Polytechnic of Merchant Marine Semarang. The population sampling for this research was all lecturers at Polytechnic of Merchant Marine Semarang whom had “jabatan fungsional” or functional positions. The data sampling was using census to all 71 lecturers at Polytechnic of Merchant Marine Semarang. The data source used primary secondary data and used linear regression to analyze it. The result of the analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the commitment and the performance.</p><p align="left"><strong><em>Keywords </em>: <em>Commitment, Performance, Lecturers</em></strong></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja dosen Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Semarang.  Sedangkan untuk populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua dosen fungsional di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Semarang dengan jumlah 71 orang. Pengambilan Sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan dengan metode sensus dengan jumlah dosen di Politknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Semarang keseluruhan sebanyak 71 orang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat dibuat kesimpulan berikut hasil analisis regresi yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen terhadap kinerja.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : <em>Komitmen, Kinerja, Dosen</em></strong></p>

This study aims to identify and explain how the effect Inflation, Interest Rate Deposit, and Finance to Deposit Ratio Total Mudharabah deposits in Islamic banks. The method used is multiple linear regression. The object of research used in this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri using secondary data from the publication of monthly financial statements starting from 2010-2014. The results showed that: The rate of inflation has a negative and significant effect on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. Furthermore, other results showed that the rate of interest did not affect positively and significantly to Total Deposit Mudharabah. While the results of Finance to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant influence on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. The test is performed with a significance level of α = 0.1.

The Village

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of internal control system and the accessibility of financial statements to accountability of village fund finance management in Merapi Timur Districts, Lahat Regency, South Sumatera. There are 13 vilalage in Merapi Timur Districts are population. Sampling in this study using saturated samples . The sample in this study was 65 people, they are the head of the village, the secretary of the village, the treasurer of the village, section head, and village consultative agency to each village in Merapi Timur District. The data was the primary data that was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression and supported by SPSS version 22. The results showed that partially internal control system have a positive significant effect on accountability of village fund finance management variable and the accessibility of financial statements variable have a positive significant effect on accountability of village fund finance management variable. While silmultan internal control system and the accessibility of financial statements  variable equally positive and significant influence on the accountability of village fund finance management in Merapi Timur Districts, Lahat Regency, South Sumatera

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the board of commissioners, boards of directors, and institutional ownership of the financialperformance of the company. The sample used is the financial sector company in 20011-2015amounted to 30 samples. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id.The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple linear regression. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of cash turnover and receivable turnover to profitability (ROA). Data used in this study were secondary data from financial statements in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2012 to 2016 of a food and beverage manufacturing company. Independent variables in this research are cash turnover and receivable turnover, while the dependent variable in this study is profitability. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test (R2), F test and T-test. The result of these analyses showed that profitability was influenced simultaneously by cash turnover and receivable turnover. This research attempt to analyze the effect of variable gross domestic product (GDP), inflation and financing to deposit ratio (FDR) to non performing financing (NPF) of Islamic Commercial Bank and Islamic Business Unit in Indonesia. This research using quantitative methods. The study is based on quarterly data for the period 2003-2014. Typed of data used are the secondary data from official website Indonesian Bank and Bureau Statistic Center. The analytical methods used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression with a significance level of 0,05.The result of this research indicate that gross domestic product and inflation partially provide a significant influence to non performing financing. Only financing to deposit ratio have an insignificant influence to non performing financing. However, gross domestic product, inflation and financing to deposit ratio simultaneously provide a signification effect to non performing financing.

The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much effect the Effectiveness and contribution of Hospitality tax to the Original Revenue of Indragiri Hulu Regency both simultaneously and partially with the research period is 5 years from 2013 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The Research Method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression equations, while the Equation is Y = 45712635725,406 - 19524572,193 X1 + 25765555,817 X2. From the results of data processing SPSS is known simultaneously known if the effectiveness and contribution of hospitality tax receipts have a significant effect on the original revenue of the region. From the SPSS results, it is known that there is partially no significant influence between effectiveness to the original revenue of the region and partially there is a significant influence between the contribution of hotel tax receipts partially to the original revenue of the region.

This study aims to examine the effect of Employment Development Index (EDI) on economic growth, and the effect of EDI on poverty level and the effect of economic growth on poverty level in Indonesia. This study used descriptive and exploratory analysis with secondary data source, that is, EDI, economic growth, and poverty level in 33 provinces of Indonesia during the period 2012–2013. Linear regression analysis was used to determine the form of force conditions between these three variables. The findings revealed that the effect of EDI on economic growth is insignificant, it was caused by the GDP unable to drive the economic growth and the EDI affects significantly on the poverty level in Indonesia. Then, the effect of economic growth on poverty level is insignificant, which means the economic growth is unable to be the basis for alleviating poverty in Indonesia.

This research aims to determine the strategy of celebrity endorser which is mediated by brand image in the decision to buy hijab shampoo. Data processing in this research uses the parametric-statistic specially analysis of Mediation using the software statistic JASP 0.14.1. Using primary data obtained from the result of filling questionnaire and secondary data obtained data source in the form of physical and digital literature. The results of this research derived from 100 respondents showed celebrity endorser which is mediated by brand image has a significant influence on the decision of hijabers to buy hijab shampoo. Popularity and manner of celebrity endorser can increase brand image of hijab shampoo. So, the company should be promote hijab shampoo by using the popular celebrity who have the good manner.

Pengaruh Harga Jual, Harga Pokok Penjualan dan Jumlah Pelanggan Terhadap Laba Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) di Sumatera UtaraDjuli Sjafei PurbaUniversitas SimalungunABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga jual, harga pokok dan jumlah pelanggan terhadap laba PDAM yang ada di Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh PDAM yang berada di Sumatera Utara sebanyak 19 dengan 34 populasi. Pengujian data penelitian menggunakan analisis regressi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan harga jual, harga pokok penjulan dan jumlah pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Sumatera Utara. Secara partial harga jual berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap laba, harga pokok berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap laba dan jumlah pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba.Keyword: Harga jual, Harga pokok penjualan, Jumlah pelanggan dan Laba PDAM Abstract: The objective of the study was to find out and to analyze the influence of the selling prices, cost of sales and number of customer on the profit of PDAM (Regional Water Company) in North Sumatera. The study used causal method and secondary data. The population was 19 regional water companies in North Sumatera with 34 population. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that, simultaneously, the selling prices, cost of sales and the number of customer had positive and significant influence on PDAM’s profit. Partially, The selling prices had positive and not significant influence on PDAM’s Cost of sales had negative and not significant influence on PDAM’s profit and the number of customer had a positive and significant influences on PDAM’s profit.Keyword: Selling prices, Cost of Sales, the number of costomer and PDAM profit

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Credit Risk, Interest Rates, Liquidity on Profitability simultaneously or partially to influence the banking subsector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. The data source is secondary data. The method used in this research is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. There are 42 populations of banking subsector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. The sample was selected from a purposive sampling method of 13 companies from several criteria. The results of this study indicate that credit risk affects bank profitability. Meanwhile, interest rates and liquidity do not affect bank profitability.
