  Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai sosial yang ada dalam kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Bangka Belitung kepada pembaca agar dijadikan rujukan dan mengenalkan kembali cerita rakyat di masa modern ini kepada pembaca. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai sosial apa saja yang terkandung dalam kumpulan cerita rakyat Bangka Belitung? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam kumpulan cerita rakyat Bangka Belitung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara utuh dan mendalam tentang realitas sosial dan berbagai fenomena yang terjadi dimasyarakat yang menjadi subjek penelitian sehingga tergambarkan ciri, karakter, sifat, dan model dari fenomena tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis karya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Nilai kasih sayang yang terdiri dari: pengabdian, tolong menolong, kekeluargaan, kesetiaan, dan kepedulian. 2) Nilai tanggung jawab yang terdiri dari:rasa memiliki, disiplin, dan empati. 3) Nilai keserasian hidup yang terdiri dari: keadilan, toleransi, kerja sama, dan demokrasi. Buku Cerita Rakyat Bangka Belitung karya Maulana Syamsuri sangat baik untuk dibaca bagi masyarakat, karena di dalam buku ini banyak mengajarkan nilai-nilai sosial yang baik untuk dijadikan contoh.   Kata kunci : nilai sosial, cerita rakyat Abstract The background of this research is to provide an understanding of social values that are in the collection of the folklore of Bangka Belitung to the reader in order to be used as a reference and reintroduced the folklore in modern times is to the reader. Problems in the research of social values is what is contained in the collection of the folklore of Bangka Belitung? This research aims to know and describe the social values that are contained in the collection of the folklore of Bangka Belitung. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative method is a method of research that aims to describe completely and insightful about the social reality and the various phenomena that occurred dimasyarakat which became the subject of the research so that breakfast buffet characteristics, character, nature, and the model of the phenomenon. The approach used is the approach to the sociology of literature, while data analysis techniques using analytical techniques paper. The results of this study are as follows. 1) value of affectionate Devotion: (1), (2) Please help, (3), (4) familial loyalty, and (5) concern. 2) value of responsibility: (1) a sense of belonging, (2) discipline, and (3) empathy. 3) the value of the harmony of life: (1) justice, (2) (3) tolerance, cooperation, and (4) democracy. The book Folktales of Bangka Belitung works of Maulana Syamsuri very good to read for people, because in this book many teach social values are good to be used as an example.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur puisi dan potret sosial sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk merelevansikan potret sosial masyarakat Indonesia dalam sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado dengan pembelajaran sastra di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kumpulan puisi Kerygma & Martyria karya Remy Sylado. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah potret sosial dan relevansinya dengan pembelajaran sastra di SMA dalam sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata-kata yang termuat dalam sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel bertujuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pembacaan dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pembacaan semiotika Michael Riffaterre dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra Rene Wellek & Austin Warren. Berdasarkan pembacaan semiotika terhadap sepuluh sajak Remy Sylado disimpulkan beberapa potret sosial masyarakat Indonesia yang meliputi (1) Potret Modernitas di Negara Indonesia yang terdapat dalam sajak “Zaman Azab“, “Di Atas Azab Pena Berpihak”, “Asap Telah Menutup Kota Perkasa” (2) Potret Kolonialisme dan Ekspansi kapitalisme yang terdapat dalam sajak “Origo Mali“, “Cenderamata”, “Uang” (3) Potret kota, Pembangunan, dan Kapitalisme yang terdapat dalam sajak “Pena”, “Pemain Kambing Hitam”, “Si Miskin”, dan “Apakah Negerinya Masih”. In addition, this study also aimed to relevance of the social portrait of Indonesian society in Remy Sylado’s ten poems with learning literature in high school. Sources of data in this study include the subject adn object. Subject in this study are a collection of poems Kerygma & Martyria written by Remy Sylado. Object in this study are a social potrait and relevance to learning literature in high school to ten poems Remy Sylado. The data in this study are words contained in Remy Sylado’s ten poems were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study are reading and writing. Data analysis used Michael Riffaterre semiotic reading by using the sociological literature approach written by Rene Wellek & Austin Warren. Abstract: The Character is not born based on descent, but throughout the process of the character education which starts from early childhood. The phenomenon which occurs in ABA Kindergarten 33 is when the researcher come to the institute, the researcher see that the children can take a line behind their friends and  accompanied by the teachers, thus the researcher  interested to do the research about the formation of  thedisciplin  character in ABA 33 kindergarten through the habituation method. The purpose of the research is for: (1) to describe the process of the formation of the discipline character through the habituation methods in ABA 33 kindergarten; (2) to describe the behavior which showed by the children after they get the habituation; and (3) to find out the supporting  and inhibitors factors in ABA 33 kindergarten. The research method which used by the researcher that is qualitative method. The research uses data collection technique, through observation, interview, documentation studies. The subject which are use in this research are teacher, cleanness employee, learners. There are three data analysis techniques which used that is: (1) data reduction; (2) data display; and (3) drawing conclusionAbstrak: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul athfal 33 melakukan pembentukan karakter disiplin melalui metode pembiasaan, hasil dari temuan penelitian tentang proses pembentukan karakter disiplin anak usia dini melalui metode pembiasaan adalah: (1) guru membiasakan anak untuk datang tepat waktu; (2) guru membiasakan anak untuk mengembalikan barang ke tempat semula; (3) guru membiasakan anak untuk membereskan mainan setelah bermain di dalam kelas; (4) guru membiasakan anak untuk bersabar dan tertib dalam menunggu giliran cuci tangan; dan (5) petugas kebersihan membiasakan anak untuk mengantri ketika ke kamar mandi.  Pembiasaan yang dilakukan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 33 tidak hanya pembiasaan melalui ucapan atau kata motivasi saja, namun pembiasaan melalui perilaku juga dilakukan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 33, perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh anak setelah mendapatkan pembiasaan dari guru yaitu: (1) anak datang tepat waktu, akan tetapi ada beberapa anak yang belum bisa datang tepat waktu, hal ini mengacu pada jumlah anak yang terlambat setiap hari mengalami naik turun; (2) anak mengembalikan barang yang telah digunakan pada tempatnya, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan kesadaran anak mengembalikan barang yang telah digunakan pada tempatnya tanpa diminta oleh guru, baik itu mainan ataupun alat tulis; (3) tertib dalam menunggu giliran, hal ini di tunjukkan dengan kesadaran anak berbaris di belakang temanya ketika cuci tangan tanpa didampingi oleh guru. Faktor pendukung pembentukan karakter disiplin di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 33 yaitu adanya contoh dari pendidik, dan konsistensi yang dilakukan pendidik. Faktor yang menghambat pembentukan karakter disiplin di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 33 yaitu ada beberapa orang tua yang tidak peduli dengan perkembangan anaknya,dan tidak adanya kerja sama antara orang tua dan sekolah, dan kematangan usia anak juga mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter disiplin anak usia dini di TK ABA 33

The purpose of this study describes the implementation of textbook writing pantun students and the implementation of text ratings pantun works of students of class VII 2 SMPN 3 Kota Bengkulu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is the teacher who is carrying out the learning and the students who are following the pantun text writing lesson in class VII 2 SMPN 3 Kota Bengkulu. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques used are Miles and Huberman which include data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion. Test data validity used is source triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of pantun text writing lesson in class VII 2 using scientific approach and implemented based on the Implementation Plan of Learning that has been made by the teacher. Teachers carry out the assessment of the text of the students 'pantun begins by giving instructions on performing the task of writing the pantun, the students doing the tasks and collecting the task, the teacher reading and assessing the students' pantun based on the assessment criteria contained in the Lesson Plan. Based on the assessment, the grade averaged 76.5.

Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze cultural values in increasing social values in the Sorong Kota district with the focus of the study covering: culture, customs and values on the character of the Biak Tribe in Sorong Kota District. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation and data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presenter, data presenter and research conclusions using the results of the study show that the social values that occur are not only a benchmark in ethnic culture/customs. breed but has a major role to tie a sibling association and a customary system, the customary system includes regional languages, regional languages are ancestral cultures that are beginning to be eroded by time, regional language culture is the body of ancestral customs so it must be preserved, because culture (language area) is a systematic one that describes the existence of a person in the ethnicity/origin of a person.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang budaya iyakyaker dalam peningkatan nilai sosial di distrik sorong kota dengan fokus kajian mencakup: budaya, adat dan Nilai terhadap karakter masyarakat Suku Biak di Distrik Sorong Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Tehnik pengumpulan data mengunakan diantaranya Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan Teknik Analisis Data yaitu reduksi data, penyaji data, penyaji data dan kesimpulan penelitian mengunakan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai sosial yang terjadi tidak hanya sebagai patokan dalam budaya/adat suku biak akan tetapi memiliki peran utama untuk mengikat suatu perkumpulau saudara dan sistem adat, sistem adat tersebut diantaranya bahasa daerah, Bahasa daerah merupakan budaya leluhur yang mulai terkikis oleh jaman, Budaya bahasa daerah merupakan raga dari adat leluhur sehingga harus tetap dilestarikan, karena budaya (bahasa daerah) merupakan salah satu sistematis yang mengambarkan tentang keberdaan seseorang dalam suku/asal-usul seseorang itu berasal. The purpose of this research is to know the forms of resiliency to employees who are experiencing a terminationof employment at the Covid-19 pandemic that many companies termination employment as an impact of thecompany's operational restrictions in certain sectors by Government to reduce the transmission rate of Covid-19in Indonesia, including in Sidoarjo. This research used qualitative method. The subject in this study is wereemployees who has suffered a termination of employment by the company where they work in Sidoarjo. The datacollection techniques used in this study were through in-depth interviews with the topic of the employee's resilienceform post-termination work relationships in the Covid-19 pandemic, and the data analysis techniques in this studyusing case study approaches. The result of this study is (1) the subject is capable of overcoming pressure with anoptimistic attitude, (2) The subject can recover the situation so that the relationship with the closest person wellestablished,(3) The subject has good desire control so that it can withstand their current conditions without affecting theemotional condition. The conclusion of this research is the subject can accept situation of pressure very calmly,think positively, and also try hard to find a solution of the problems experienced by the subject after terminationof employment.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the welfare of mosques’ marbot in Surabaya from the perspective of maqashid syariah. Research on welfare is based on the phenomenon that occurs in research subjects. The subject of this research is the mosques’ marbot located in Surabaya by taking 4 mosques as the  samples with the most number based on typology. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. After the interview, the results of the study were analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques by narrating the results of the interview and direct narration. The findings of this study are the welfare of the mosques’ marbot can not be said to be fully prosperous because many aspects have not been fulfilled, but for the mosques’ marbot not only measures sustenance based on material ownership alone but also peace of mind that is obtained because they are always close to the mosque. On the other hand, the mosques have also provided rewards and facilities that are considered appropriate to support the life and performance of the mosques’ marbot.Keywords: welfare, mosque marbot, sharia maqashid

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.

Abstrak Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM) dalam mengatasi bullying di SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi impementasi program GSM secara umum, kegiatan program GSM dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat impementasi program tersebut dalam mengatasi bullying. Penelitian ini mengacu konsep impementasi kebijakan Van Metter dan Van HornPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripstif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru tim GSM dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data , reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tersebut sesuai dengan teori van metter dan van horn yang terdiri dari standar dan sasaran, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi, disposisi, hubungan antar organisasi dan kondisi lingkungan berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya. Kegiatan program GSM dalam mengatasi bullying adalah kegiatan sosialisasi, circle time, pagi berbagi, hearing, dan beberapa penerapan zona kelas. Faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan GSM di SMP N 2 Sleman adalah dukungan dari semua elemen sekolah dan faktor penghambat program GSM adalah masih ada beberapa guru dan siswa yang belum beradaptasi dengan adanya program tersebut. Kata kunci : program, Gerakan sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM), bullying Abstract This research aims to describe the implementation of the Fun School Movement (GSM) program in dealing with bullying in SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspects studied in the implementation of fun school movement program activities and supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of this program. this research to the concept of Van Metter and Van Horn policy implementation.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study include the principal, counseling guidance teacher, GSM team teacher and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation was in accordance with the van metter and van horn theory which consisted of standards and targets, resources, organizational characteristics, dispositions, relations between organizations and environmental conditions running well and properly. GSM program activities in dealing with bullying are socialization activities, circle time, morning sharing, hearing, and some class zone applications. The factors that support the success of GSM in SMP N 2 Sleman are the support of all elements of the school and the inhibiting factors of the GSM program are there are still some teachers and students who have not adapted to the existence of the program. Keywords: programs, Fun school movements (GSM), bullying

This paper explores some of the issues that arise when one is dealing with data that has been produced by the researcher about their own experience. In particular, we are interested in exploring the ways that researchers can go about analyzing autobiographical data. Many researchers produce data that is autobiographical. Ethnographers produce field notes. Action Researchers often write about their own practice. Phenomenologists, sociologists and historians may write narratives that are autobiographical. There is a growing trend for researchers working in a range of settings to view themselves simultaneously being both a subject (or the subject) and a researcher. Data analysis techniques that work well when dealing with data about other people may not be as useful when one is working with one's own data. We will suggest a number of strategies that a researcher can employ to analyze such data including collaborative analysis, forms of grounded theory and alternative forms of representation such as poetry, art and drama. We will also discuss the use of frameworks such as particular psychodynamic theories, feminist theories and critical theories as ways of gaining additional insight from the analysis of the researcher's biographical writings.

The purpose of this study was to describe the author's social context and socio-cultural elements in the novel About You by Tere Liye. This research was a qualitative research with sociology of literature approach. This research was to describe author's social context and socio-cultural elements in the novel About You by Tere Liye. The results of the discussion in this study were obtained story fact that related to their social values namely violence, starting a business, product marketing, malaria events (January 15 disasters), friendship, and betrayal. While the social values contained in the novel About You by Tere Liye included: patience, obedience, forgiveness, helping others, caring for others, working hard, loyalty, mutual trust between friends, help between friends, and honestly. The results of this study conclude: (1) author's social context of the novel About You by Tere Liye work consists of the theme and facts of theory, and (2) socio-cultural elements of the novel About You the moral values contained in Tere Liye's novel About You are: (a) human relationships with self that include fear, death, longing and revenge, (b) human relationships with humans.
