The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Instagram as social media marketing on consumer behavior. The population in this study were all career women in Pekanbaru with an age range of 17 to 45 years and had used Instagram as a medium for shopping or reference before making a product purchase. The sampling method in this study uses non random sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression method. The results showed that Instagram as social media marketing had a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of career women in the city of Pekanbaru. The influence of Instagram as social media marketing on the consumptive behavior of career women in the city of Pekanbaru is shown by a coefficient of determination of 0.563. This shows that 56.3% of consumer behavior is influenced by social media marketing and the remaining 43.7% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Instagram sebagai social media marketing terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wanita karir di Kota Pekanbaru dengan rentang usia 17 hingga 45 tahun yang menggunakan Instagram sebagai salah satu media untuk berbelanja atau referensi sebelum melakukan pembelian suatu produk . Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonrandom sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana teknik ini mengambil sampling dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram sebagai social media marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif  wanita karir di kota Pekanbaru. Besar pengaruh Instagram sebagai social media marketing terhadap perilaku konsumtif  wanita karir di kota Pekanbaru ditunjukkan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,563. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 56,3% Perilaku konsumtif di pengaruhi oleh social media marketing dan sisanya sebesar 43,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the average passenger fare, number of passengers and working hours on income. This research was conducted using primary data. By providing a questionnaire statement to the respondent, using a Likert scale measurement. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Bukittinggi. The number of samples is 94 people with purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis analysis method and uses quantitative analysis, namely the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination test. Keywords: average passenger fare; income; number of passengers; working hours Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif rata-rata penumpang, jumlah penumpang dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data primer. Dengan memberikan peryataan kuesioner kepada responden, dengan menggunakan pengukuran Skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  seluruh Driver Gojek yang ada di Kota Bukittinggi. jumlah sampel 94 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis analisis regresi linear berganda serta menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t dan uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Kata kunci: jam kerja; jumlah penumpang; tarif rata-rata penumpang; pendapatan

One brand that is liked bymost people is the Honda brand. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people takenfrom the respondents of motorcycle users of honda brand domiciled in the city ofPalembang by using purposive sampling technique. Penelitian ini bertujuan pada produk kecantikan yang peduli dengan isu “be cruelty-free” yang berarti perusahaan tersebut tidak mengujikan produknya pada hewan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen wawancara. Responden wawancara dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan syarat bahwa responden berumur 17-35 tahun, pengguna Instagram, dan sudah menggunakan produk kecantikan selama kurang lebih 1 tahun. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Instagram menjadi media sosial yang diakses hampir setiap hari, baik untuk mencari hiburan, sekedar mengisi waktu, maupun mencari informasi. Terdapat kemungkinan isu “be cruelty free” diketahui melalui Instagram. Isu “be cruelty free” dapat dikemas secara kreatif menjadi informasi yang menarik perhatian, mudah diakses, dan menjadi topik diskusi di Instagram. Selanjutnya, “be cruelty free” memberikan kesan positif yang menunjukkan kepedulian perusahaan pada kesejahteraan hewan dan dampaknya pada keseimbangan lingkungan dalam jangka panjang. Isu ini bukanlah faktor yang berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap manfaat individu, sehingga tidak memberikan pengaruh yang dominan pada keputusan pembelian. Terlebih lagi, konsumen mungkin tidak akan melakukan pembelian ulang, jika harganya mahal. Kontribusi penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi kebijakan kepada perusahaan agar lebih memperhatikan lagi kesejahteraan kepada hewan dengan tidak menguji coba produk kepada hewan.

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. This study examined E-marketing strategies and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises: A new-normal agenda. It aimed to explore the effects of social media marketing, online advertising, and email marketing on the performance of SMEs in the new-normal era. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey research design. It used a structured questionnaire to obtain primary data from 295 operators of SMEs. The hypotheses developed for the study were statistically tested using multiple linear regression with the aid of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 23). The findings of the study revealed that social media marketing, online advertising, and email marketing had significant positive effects on the performance of SMEs in the new-normal era. Therefore, the study recommended that SMEs adopt social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp); online advertising tools (such as search engine, display, and website advertising); and email marketing tools (such as welcome email, email newsletters, and dedicated email promotions) to promote their products and services in order to enhance sales and marketing performance. Suggestions for further studies are also made as a guide for intending researchers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying e-filing to taxpayer reporting compliance with the use of social media as a moderating variable. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires taken directly through filling out questionnaires distributed via online media using Google Form. The sampling method in this study uses a purposive sampling method with taxpayer criteria using social media. The results showed that the application of e-filing had a significant positive effect on compliance with taxpayer reporting while the use of social media was not able to moderate the effect of e-filing on taxpayer reporting compliance.

The development of technology is related to people's behavior in Indonesia. Indonesian people, especially the younger generation, are very fond of social media. Besides used to communicate, send emails, social media is also used to online shopping. This is evidenced by the growing number of marketplaces in Indonesia such as Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Shoppee, Lazada and the others. This study aims to determine the effect of life style, self control and financial literacy on consumptive behavior in online shopping. This research is a quantitative study using explanatory design. The sample used was FEB students in East Surabaya. Sample data that can be used are 102 respondents. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Data collection using questionnaire distribution techniques using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that life style had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior in doing online shopping. While self control and financial literacy variables negatively and significantly affect consumer behavior in doing online shopping.

The purpose of this paper is to ascertain the contemporary role of mobile phones in value co-creation through social media marketing. How mobile phones, in particular, smartphones with the help of numerous social media generate value co-creation, is the key objective of this study. A random sampling method was used to conduct a survey in different universities in China to identify the role of mobile phones in value co-creation. Findings from primary data collection indicated that mobile phones play a vital role in value co-creation because of the extensive use of social media. If value co-creation through social media marketing develops with the help of producers, suppliers and other intermediaries with the necessary technology and trust, the society, as well as customers, may enjoy a unique way of shopping. Future studies with mixed methodology and respondents who use different social media as a tool to generate value co-creation may shed light on the undiscovered phenomenon of social media marketing in the context of the mobile phone.
