Based on the temporary observation in SD Negeri 55 Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru, found thephenomenon, among others, teachers who have passed the certification and get a professional teacher degreehas not improved its performance and has not been able to realize the title. Teachers have not optimized IT tosupport learning activities and still use lecture and record methods. Lack of teachers in improving learningthrough classroom action research and learning tools that have not been well-structured. Teachers have notbeen able to apply new learning methods to improve children's achievement in learning. In accordance with theformulation of the problem then the purpose of this study is to determine whether the exercise method canimprove the professionalism of teachers in SD Negeri 55 Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru. Thesample in this research is teacher in SD Negeri 55 Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru with datacollection technique using observation. From the description of data processing and discussion it can beconcluded as follows: Aspects of school supervisor activity as facilitator get achievement with score 37 or withpercentage equal to 62% from all aspect of assessment or equal to 62% all activity achieved. Then on the secondcycle score obtained by 52 or with percentage achievement of 87% of all aspects achieved. In the aspect ofprofessionalism of teachers obtained in the first cycle of 59% with good enough category and on the secondcycle increased to 88% with very good category.

Results of preliminary observations at SMPIF Al-Fikri Depok shows that KKM – Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (Minimum Mastery Criterion/students' learning achievement) 72 in Islamic Education subject was low because of the students’ embarrassment to ask questions, not paying attention to lessons and the lack of learning methods used by teachers. One of the factors causing it was that the learning methods used by teachers were less varied so that learning activities were monotonous. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of applying the Examples Non Examples method in learning PAI. The method used is classroom action research (PTK). The object in this study were 42 students of grade VII. Data was collected by distributing learning achievement questionnaires to each student, and filling out observation sheets. The data was analyzed using quantitative calculations which later translated into presentations. Based on the results of students’ achievements after learning using the Examples Non Examples method, student achievement  increases each cycle. The results of the questionnaires  in the first cycle was 72.32% and in the second cycle was 83.68%, thus it can be concluded that the application of the Examples Non Examples method has increased students’ learning achievement by 11.11%.

The final goal of this study is to know the effectiveness of learning methods that combine games with the Buzz Groups strategy to improve students' ability in Grammar classes at Faculty of letters at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. Buzz Groups is a discussion group that discusses a topic and exchange ideas to solve a problem, where the same discussion method in each meeting will saturate students so that a combination of games is needed so the discussion is not boring. The combination of games and strategy was chosen because Grammar class is a subject that tends to be boring because the material is rather difficult for students, so it needs a way to keep them excited, happy and play an active role in learning activities. This study is a classroom action research that is made in one research cycle. The data in this study will be obtained during learning activities, where the existence of this research is expected to be able to assist teachers / lecturers in teaching English so that the methods used are more varied and the learning targets are expected to be achieved.

Based on temporary observations at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the phenomena found include; There are some teachers who have not completed their learning tools, such as the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and so on. The presence of some teachers who do not carry out their duties in accordance with the provisions that have been determined, it can be seen that there are teachers who leave school during teaching hours. Lack of teacher initiative in developing models or learning methods that are more attractive to children. Lack of teacher creativity in providing varied media and learning resources, including using online learning applications. This type of research is School Action Research (PTS) located at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency, which is aimed at teachers. The main reason is from the results of observations and information from teachers, that teacher performance during the pandemic is classified as lacking. The place of research is SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The time of this research was carried out in March 2021. The number of samples specified in this study was 26 teachers. From the description of data processing and discussion, it was concluded that the teacher's performance was obtained in the first cycle by 60% in the good category and in the second cycle increased to 91% in the good category. This means that supervision activities can improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency is said to be successful.

The background of this research is the incapacity of teachers in developing syllabi and lesson plan (RPP). This research is a classroom action research (CAR) at SMP 21 Ambon which aims to improve the competence of teachers in developing the syllabus through professional development with cooperative approach. The study was conducted in two cycles involving collaborators. These results indicated that the ability of teachers/participants in understand-ing of the syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) increased, from an average of 65.31% to 78.75%. The activity teacher/participants also increased which is marked by the increasing boldness of teachers in asking questions and raising such issues and increased cooperation of teachers in developing learning tools, especially for teachers in one subject cluster.Keywords : learning syllabus, lesson plans, Classroom Action Research (CAR).

This research is based on the low ability to write deductive paragraph, the average result of deductive paregrat writing ability obtained by students is 27,55 or with failure category. To improve the learning outcomes, the researcher performs improvement research by applying the drill merode. This research is a classroom action research conducted in class III C SD Negeri 006 Kubang Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, this research is done in two cycles, using four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The result of research stated that the ability of writing paragraphs and learning activities has increased, in cycle I the activity of teacher get score 28 (46,6%), in cycle II activity of teacher have increase with score 57 (95,00%), while in activity of sisswa in cycle I get score 1395 (80,20%), in cycle II student activity have increase with score 1478 (84,90%). The ability to write a deductive paragraph of students also experienced an increase, in the first cycle average writing ability of students is 43.89 with the category less, and in the second cycle average writing ability of students is 68.03 with enough category. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the ability to write a paragraph deductive students class III C SD Negeri 006 Kubang Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, increased after applied drill method.

The objectives of this research were to determine: 1) Students’ learning activities in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model, 2) Students’ learning outcomes in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Stephen Kemmis and Mc. Taggart Model which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study was conducted by the researcher in two cycles. Instruments used in this research are observational sheet, interview, and test in the last cycle. From the analysis of the data, the researcher found that there is an improvement in students’ learning outcomes. On the basic value, there was only 43,33% students who achieve the learning mastery. In the first cycle, the students who achieve the learning mastery were increased, it was about 30% from the basic value, it reached 73,33%. On the second cycle, the student who achieve the learning mastery were increased about 26,70% from the first cycle, become 100%. The same thing also happened to the students' learning activities. In the first cycle, students’ learning activities is 71,42% and on the second cycle, students’ learning activities were incrased about 21,43% from the first cycle, become 92,85%. Based on the analysis of data of this study it can be concluded that the use of Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model can improve students’ learning outcomes and learning activities fourth grade students of SDN Saga V in social studies.Keywords: social studies learning outcomes, cooperative learning QSH type.

This research is a classroom action research conducted at SD Negeri 001 Empat Balai, this research is basedon: (a) lack of ability of teacher in making learning device; (b) learning devices are only used as a complementand not for teaching needs; and (c) some teachers again if they are asked the learning device answer has no orhas not made it. Based on this research, researchers conducted research by applying the method of assigningtasks to improve the ability of teachers in making learning tools. This study was conducted in two cycles, eachcycle is implemented based on four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results ofresearch indicate that the ability of teachers in making learning devices increases. This is seen in the first cycleof 59% with good enough category and in the second cycle increased to 76% with Excellent category. Based onthis data, it can be concluded that the application of assignment method can improve teacher ability in makingSD Negeri 001 Empat Balai learning tool.

 This classroom action research is aimed at seeing causes of socio economy factors and cognitive competence as seen on students’ achievement.  Data are collected using process approach which are based upon questionnaire and observatiom guide. The subjects are the 30 of the IX grade students of SMPN 10 Bandar Lampung. The study runs for three cycles conducted from July to September 2008 involving four teachers as collaborators.  The learning method using ”KISS ME MY DARLING”  can improve and motivate learning activities and the achievement.

The aim of this article was to investigate how police investigation leaders learn leadership and whether the facilitation of learning activities and learning methods might bridge the well-known gap between teaching and learning leadership. Using action research, we constructed an ‘i-leader’ learning pool consisting of police investigation leaders. The pool provided interactive and collaborative learning activities that included reflection, knowledge sharing and social support. Participants were receptive to this learning initiative, but also argued that ‘learning by doing’ is most important because it allows for communication and cooperation between colleagues in the context of their everyday leadership practice. They acknowledged the need for reflection and argued that the pool provides important reflection time, which they lack in their everyday practice. Participants also found the learning methods, particularly the ‘group support methodology’ and the new network useful for their own leadership development. However, using these new learning methods ‘back home’ was more challenging. Participants did not have time to prioritize and develop this new network. Providing learning methods and building a network takes time and must be relevant to everyday leadership practice. The significance of their leadership practice and how to accumulate experience as the basis for reflection was acknowledged, but still needs to be applied within leadership practice. Bridging the gap between teaching and learning is not just about providing learning and reflection methods, but also about learning how to apply new knowledge through experience, where reflection ensures that learning in practice is not ‘due to change’.

AbstractEducation is an activity that has core interactions between students and educators as well as various educational sources. Interaction between students and educators and educational resources can take place in social situations (education), Classroom Action Research is used to describe the motivation and learning outcomes of students' economic subjects in Class X IIS SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Classroom Action Research is conducted when learning activities take place, both overall and related to the material. The results of the study show that the application of role playing makes students as the subject of learning activities, and they must actively practice the communication with their friends. Learning motivation of students looks enthusiastic and dynamic. So that it can improve the positive climate to improve maximum learning outcomes.Keywords: Learning, role playing, and learning motivationAbstrakPendidikan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang berintikan interaksi antara peserta didik dengan para pendidik serta berbagai sumber pendidikan. Interaksi antara peserta didik dengan pendidik dan sumber-sumber pendidikan tersebut dapat berlangsung dalam situasi pergaulan (pendidikan), Penelitian Tindakan Kelas digunakan guna mendeskripsikan motivasi dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi peserta didik kelas X IIS SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilakukan ketika kegiatan pembelajaran yang berlangsung, baik secara keseluruhan maupun terkait dengan materi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan role playing menjadikan peserta didik sebagai subyek dari kegiatan pembelajaran, dan mereka secara aktif harus melakukan praktik-praktik berkomunikasi dengan temannya. Motivasi belajar peserta didik terlihat antusias dan dinamis. Sehingga mampu meningkatkan iklim positif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar yang maksimal.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, role playing, dan motivasi belajar
