Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy, subjective norms, attitudes behave, and entrepreneurship education on the intentions of entrepreneurship the students of Kuningan University .This research use descriptive method, verifikatif, and eksplanatory metoe using questionnaire as the main data gathering tool. In this research, the subject of this research is the students of Kuningan University. Samples in this study are 360 respondents. The data is done by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model with SPSS 20 computer program. The result of this research shows that self efficacy, subjective norm, attitude behave, and entrepreneurship education have a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention.Keywords. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, norma subjektif, sikap berperilaku, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Universitas Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang digunakan deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metoe eksplanatorydengan menggunakankuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data pokok.Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Kuningan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 360 orang responden. Pengelolaan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri, norma subjektif, sikap berperilaku, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha.Kata Kunci. The study was to determine the effect of Store Image and Service Quality on Consumer Buying Interest at a famous bakery at Purwakarta. The datas taken from respondents that was questionnaired to 96 respondents with Non Probability Sampling techniques. The research method used is descriptive method which is a method that is done by collecting, presenting and analyzing data so as to provide a clear enough picture of the object under study. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of IBM SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Store Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Interest in a famous bakery at  Purwakarta.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation consisting of career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education and entrepreneurship education towards the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The population in this study were students of regular accounting majors, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University class of 2015. Methods: Determination of samples using saturated sampling techniques. The sample in the study amounted to 142 people. The method of data collection is a survey method with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that motivation which included career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education, and entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors.Keywords: Motivation, Environment, Education, Interest, Entrepreneurship.

Taxpayer compliance is important for the state to maintain a source of state revenue. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of e-filing and  socialization of taxation in the Covid-19 pandemic period on SPT PPh 21 reporting compliance for Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Banten Employees partially and simultaneously. The research used descriptive method, conducted in the Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Banten by taking a sample of 70 respondents  using a purposive sampling technique. Collecting data by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of statistical description, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and statistical hypotheses. The results this study indicate that the application of e-Filing has a positive effect on reporting compliance with SPT PPh 21 having a value of tcount > ttable (2.148>1.999) with a significant value of 0.036. Tax socialization has a positive effect on reporting compliance with SPT PPh 21 having a value of tcount > ttable (7.433>1.999) with a significant value of 0.000. The implementation of e-Filing and tax socialization has a positive and significant effect on reporting compliance with SPT PPh 21 with a value of Fcount>Ftable (127.094>3.15).

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation on the performance of financial management employees with motivation as moderating. The population in this study were all financial management employees at Udayana University in 2019. The study sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method which obtained a total sample of 92 people. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation had a positive effect on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation strengthens the effect of compensation on the performance of financial management employees.

The study aims to know and test the influence of entrepreneurship education, entreprenuerial self efficacy and environmental factors to entrepreneurship interest of Islamic university students in Jember namely UNMUH and IAIN Jember. This research is explanatory research, with sample selection using quota sampling counted 40 samples in each research object with total sample 80. Then method used purposive sampling and data collection using accidental sampling. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results  indicate that entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy entrepreneurship and environmental factors have an effect on entrepreneurship interest.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research was conducted at the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic with a population of 178 students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 64 students was obtained. In use in this research is a survey approach, the type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The technique of collecting data by means of interviews, distributing questionnaires and studying documentation. The data analysis model used multiple linear regression analysis, tested with a confidence level of 95%. To test the hypothesis, the simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test) and determination coefficient measurement (R2 test) were carried out.The test results simultaneously have entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial motivation and family environment have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of Bina Prestasi Polytechnic students. Partially, entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic students, entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic students, and the family environment has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic students. The coefficient of determination R Square is 0.574. This means that 57.40% of the variables of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation and the family environment have the ability to explain their influence on interest in entrepreneurship. while the rest is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

Research was conducted on theFacebook group Jogja Hydroponic Community, in order to know: 1) Characteristics of the Hi-Jo Community Facebook group members, 2) Level of perception of the Hi-Jo Community Facebook group members towards hydroponic development, and 3) Factors which affect the perception of the Hi-Jo Community Facebook group members towards hydroponic development. The method used in this research was descriptive method with survey techniques. Sampling was undertaken purposively on Facebook group, with random respondents. From the total sample of 7634 members, has been taken 52 people from Hi-Jo Community Facebook group. The analytical method used was the proportion test and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that the characteristics of the Hi-Jo Community Facebook group members was balanced between men and women, the majority of main occupation was student, the majority of secondary occupation was student. The perception level of the Hi-Jo Community Facebook group members was categorized as high. Activeness, experience, and the role of the admin gave a positive effect to perception, whereas age, education and use of the products did not significantly affect the perception.

The background of this research is intellectual unemployment which is increasing due to lack of awareness among the younger generation to create their own jobs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of self efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education to student interest in entrepreneurship. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The independent variables in this study is self efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education. Dependent variables in this study is student interest in entrepreneurship. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that all the independent variables in this study have an influence on the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously, while the social media variables, motivation and environment that influence the interest in entrepreneurship have a mediating relationship partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development and Work Discipline on the work of Programming employees at PT. X. The subject of this research is PT. X, which is one of the private TV stations in Indonesia and located in Jakarta. The population of this study was 116 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 116 people. This research used the multiple linear regression analysis method in analyzing research data. The results showed that Career Development and Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on work, either separately or simultaneously. This implies that if there is an increase of career development and/or employees’ work discipline, the job satisfaction felt by employees will also increases.

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and transfer of training on the performance of employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV Regional Office in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the subject of the study being all employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV of the Southeast Sulawesi Province who have attended the training, amounting to 80 respondents. The type of data used is primary data through questionnaire distribution, which is then analyzed using the statistical method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results it was found that knowledge sharing and transfer of training together had a significant positive effect on improving employee performance. This means that any improvement made by employees either through knowledge sharing or transfer of training will also have an impact on improving the performance of the employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV of the Southeast Sulawesi Province.
