The background of this research is intellectual unemployment which is increasing due to lack of awareness among the younger generation to create their own jobs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of self efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education to student interest in entrepreneurship. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The independent variables in this study is self efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education. Dependent variables in this study is student interest in entrepreneurship. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that all the independent variables in this study have an influence on the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously, while the social media variables, motivation and environment that influence the interest in entrepreneurship have a mediating relationship partially or simultaneously. The research conducted has the title Influence of Self Efficacy, Perception of Teacher Profession And Family Environment On Interest in Becoming An Accounting Teacher In Undergraduate Students of Accounting Education UNESA aims to know if there is an influence between self efficacy, perception of teacher profession and environment in the family for interest in accounting teachers. Accounting Education Students faculty of Economics and Business Surabaya State University is made as a population with a total of 317 students. Where the sample was selected as many as 177 students. The method chosen for sample collection in this research is proportional random sampling technique. Data collection method in the form of questionnaires distributed to accounting education students. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis method for this study. From the research obtained results simultaneously the presence of positive and significant influences between self efficacy, perception of the teacher's profession and the family environment to the interest of becoming a teacher.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions among college student. The five independent variables was used include need for achievement, locus of control, self-efficacy, instrumental readiness, entrepreneurship experience. Sample in this research is students on Pattimura University totaling 160 people. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to measure this study. The results of this study indicate that need for achievement, locus of control, entrepreneurship experience have no effect on the intentions of entrepreneurial among students. Whereas instrumental readiness and self-efficacy variable has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention between students of Pattimura University. This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

This study aims to determine the effect of social stigma perception and social support on psychological wellbeing on prisoners. perceptions of social stigma and social support as independent variables and psychological well-being of dependent variables. Subjects were 140 prisoners who underwent half of prisoners in prisons class II A kediri with age range 20 to 37 years. The random sampling technique is used as the subject taking method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and data collection using scale psychological well being scale (PWBS), perceived social stigmatization (STS) and Multidimensional scale of perceived social support (MSPSS). The results showed that social stigma perception with psychological well-being had negative and significant influence with value (? = -.514, p = 0,000), social support gave influence to psychological welfare with value (? = 0.422, P = 0.000), perception social stigma and social support together have an influence on psychological well-being with value (F = 54,339, P = 0,000)

This research aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment on entrepreneurial interest. The population in this research is State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang student.. Sampling technique uses sampling proportional technique. Sample consists of 375 students. Analysis method uses double linear regression analysis technique. The result shows that partially entrepreneurship education, family environment gives a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. Simultaneously, entrepreneurship education and family environment gives a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.. The conclusions in this research that the education needs to be orientating on practice, case study, and invite interviewees from companies or industries. Batik merupakan salah satu hal yang dilirik dalam industri fashion. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam membeli batik. Dalam hal ini di daerah Lamongan tepatnya di Desa Parengan, Kecamatan Laren juga terdapat industri batik yang dikelola oleh CV Silvi MN Paradila merupakan salah satu industri batik yang menyediakan kain batik tenun ikat, adapun songket, batik tradisional, pakaian jadi, dan sarung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk batik tenun ikat di CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sample yang berjumlah 100 responden. Metode ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory reseach yang menggunakan analisis data dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisiensi determinasi, serta uji t dan uji f. Kemudian hasil R square sebesar 95,4%. Menunjukkan 3 variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 95,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Batik is one thing that is ogled in the fashion industry. This can affect purchasing decisions in buying batik. In this case, in the Lamongan area, precisely in Parengan Village, Laren District, there is also a batik industry managed by CV Silvi MN Paradila is one of the batik industries that provides ikat batik cloth, as for songket, traditional batik, apparel, and sarongs. This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions of ikat batik products at CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample of 100 respondents. This method uses a quantitative explanatory research approach that uses data analysis with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and t test and f test. Then the result of R square is 95.4%. Shows 3 independent variables to the dependent variable of 95.4%. While the remaining 4.6% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

This study aims to determine how the description of work discipline, work stress, and employee performance, and to determine how the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The factors tested in this study were work discipline and job stress as independent variables, while employee performance was the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees at CV Rimba Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique, so that the total number is 65 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Vers.25.00. The results showed that work discipline and work stress have an effect on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance is 74.6%.

This study aimed to examine the effect of variable expectations,<br />satisfaction, and physical facilities on consumer loyalty in the cafe business services both partial and multiple. The independent variables in this study is the expectation, satisfaction, and physical facilities as well as the dependent<br />variable is customer loyalty. Samples taken as many as 83 people with the sampling technique used was accidental sampling, data collection through interviews and questionnaire as well as documentation. As for processing the data using coding, editing and tabulatig and analysis using regression with t test and F-test using SPSS in data processing. By using the above analysis obtained by the research findings that the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that expectations, satisfaction, and physical facilities partially have a<br />significant influence on customer loyalty. While jointly variable expectations, satisfaction, and physical facilities have a significant effect on customer loyalty by 87.2% ,. The implications, limitations and suggestions for future research are<br />also discussed in this article.

This study examines the various aspects of marketing that will impact the future increase in sales results in the development of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in business durian pancake products. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of packaging, brand image and brand trust will be known to the community members who already know and recognize products Pancake Durian. This study focused on durian pancake products with brand Sharie Radja in Mataram. Researchers took 100 respondents in this study that will be sampled by accidental sampling technique which is a sampling procedure to select a sample of the most easily found or accessed and refers to the opinion of Roscoe (1975) indicated he fully appropriate sample size for researchers. In even this study aided by SPSS by using multiple linear regression analysis which will determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent party.The results showed that: (1) variable packaging not significant effect on interest Buy the product Pancake Sharie Radja In Mataram. (2) The variables significantly influence the brand image of Interests Buy the product Pancake Sharie Radja In Mataram. Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy, subjective norms, attitudes behave, and entrepreneurship education on the intentions of entrepreneurship the students of Kuningan University .This research use descriptive method, verifikatif, and eksplanatory metoe using questionnaire as the main data gathering tool. In this research, the subject of this research is the students of Kuningan University. Samples in this study are 360 respondents. The data is done by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model with SPSS 20 computer program. The result of this research shows that self efficacy, subjective norm, attitude behave, and entrepreneurship education have a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention.Keywords.
