Abstract. This study is aimed to analyze the direct and indirect effect of educational level on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Regional Operations (DAOP) 3 Cirebon. The method used in this research is associative method and data collection technique used is the field research (observation, interview, questionnaire) and literature study. To determine the size of the sample, the study used the Slovin formula while to analyse data the researchers performed validity, reliability and classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test), path analysis, t hypothesis testing. The results of path analysis showed that the level of education directly impacted to employee performance and indirectly to work motivation (an intervening variable) and finally to employee performance. Due to the fact that the direct correlation coefficient is greater than the indirect correlation coefficient, it can be said that the true relationship is direct correlation.Keywords. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung tingkat pendidikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dan pengaruh tidak langsung tingkat pendidikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Daerah Operasi (DAOP) 3 Cirebon. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Asosiatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Riset Lapangan (Observasi, Wawancara, Angket) dan Riset Kepustakaan. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang terdiri dari Uji validitas, Uji reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolonearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Autokorelasi), Analisis Jalur, Uji  t Hipotesis. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dapat berpengaruh langsung ke prestasi kerja karyawan dan dapat juga berpengaruh tidak langsung yaitu dari tingkat pendidikan ke motivasi kerja (sebagai variabel intervening) lalu ke prestasi kerja karyawan. Oleh karena koefisien hubungan langsung lebih besar dari koefisien hubungan tidak langsung, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hubungan yang sebenarnya adalah langsung.Katakunci. This study aims to determine the organizational citizenship behavior (OCBC) correlation and work motivation with the performance of CV employees. Bagus Alam Sejahtera, Medan. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data collection technique uses three scales consisting of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation, and employee performance. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression. Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) There is a significant correlation between organizational citizenship behavior (OCBC) with employee performance with a correlation coefficient (rx1y) of 0.736 with p = 0,000, and r2 = 0.542 with a contribution of 54.2%. 2) There is a significant correlation between work motivation and employee performance with a correlation coefficient (rx2y) of 0.632 with p = 0,000, and r2 = 0.400 with a contribution of 40.0%. 3) There is a significant correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation together with employee performance, this result is indicated by the linear coefficient value F = 76,386 and p = 0,000, p 0,05 and r2 = 0,612, with a contribution of 61 , 2%. These results indicate that there are still 39.2% contributions from other factors that can affect employee performance. From these results it can be said that the higher organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation, the higher the employee's performance, and conversely the lower the organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation, the lower the employee's performance.

Employee performance is a work result that can be obtained by workers in terms of quality, quantity, working time and cooperation to achieve goals and as an important element for the organization to determine organizational success. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation. This research was conducted at CV. Duta Niaga Bali. The number of samples is 40 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Collecting data through observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Duta Niaga Bali by mediating work motivation, so that work motivation is a mediating variable for the influence of compensation on employee performance at CV. Duta Niaga Bali. Based on the results of the Sobel test, it shows that the tabulation results Z = 3.444> 1.96, which means that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Duta Niaga Bali with work motivation mediation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of PT ISS Teluk Sirih cleaning service employees, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection methods consist of field research and library research. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique that is done by giving a set of questions to the employees of PT. ISS Teluk Sirih. The population in this study were all employees of the cleaning service PT. ISS Teluk Sirih as many as 47 people. The number of samples from the population above was drawn using the total sampling method. The results showed 1) work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance 2) job satisfaction satisfaction had a significant effect on cleaning service employee performance 3) work discipline had a significant effect on cleaning service employee performance.

<em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).</em>

This study examines transformative leadership and organizational culture implemented in tertiary institutions. Transformational leaders have an impact on the effectiveness of organizational culture. This paper is based on the study of leadership theory, references about the culture of knowledge organizations, which integrate concepts and facts in the field. Of course the transformation process has an impact on organizational culture including students. Not only does it change the work rhythm that is demanded to be bigger, but more students being taken care of are also more complicated. This reality ultimately also has an impact on habits including good employee performance due to the reduced number of present workforce recruited. The purpose of this study is to examine and discuss the characteristics of transformational leadership and organizational culture at Islamic Institute of Religion Jember. This type of research is field research. The research method used is a qualitative research method. While the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The validity test of the data used is triangulation, confirmation of reliability, transferability and dependability. While the analysis of the data used is an interactive analysis of Miles Huberman. The results of the conclusions in this study indicate that Transformational Leadership is built by three factors, namely Inspirational in shaping vision and ideas, visionary in articulating vision & mission and intellectual support to achieve targets and goals. Transformational leadership provides a change in work support and team performance. Strong leadership in providing work motivation, stimulating concepts or ideas to group or individual employees can produce harmony in achieving a shared vision, team commitment, work culture and minimal conflict. Transformative leadership needs to improve communication in building a positive organizational culture because communication of leadership and work increases the culture of teamwork, cohesion and conflict. This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

This research was conducted to know the influence of work culture and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at Unima. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population is all Unima employees totaling 335 employees spread over six work units. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the amount determined by the Slovin rule, and 182 employees were obtained. The data collection technique is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis is multiple regression analysis through the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study reveal that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (3) work culture and work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees at Unima. It is recommended to strengthen work culture, so socialization in order to increase understanding and acceptance of values and norms that have governed attitudes and behavior of working and interacting in the work environment, carried out continuously in line with developments and demands of the organizational environment so that it is strongly internalized. In addition, the organizational climate should be created in a conducive and transparent manner so that employees are free to express their various needs related to their work. The fulfillment of the needs related to his work will encourage him to carry out his duties well.

This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance.
