Design of curriculum development based Islamic religious education teachers and learners at the center of the learners become imperative applied in the education unit, because the subject is student learning in school. While the teacher becomes a facilitator should be able to direct, guide and a role model for their students. Islamic religious education curriculum development in general should be based on objectives and competencies, the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, flexibility, integrity, continuity, synchronization, objective and democratic. The Islamic Education curriculum is one of the important components to create a generation of morality and martyrs. But the Islamic Religious Education curriculum has been considered only to educate cognitive aspects (transfer of knowladge) and has not touched many affective and psychomotor aspects (transfer of value). This is evident from the many students who have not been able to apply knowledge about their religion such as not performing worship well, speaking harshly and disrespectfully, disrespecting parents and teachers and a group of students who are often in shopping centers and crowds. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an Islamic Education curriculum that accommodates cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, so that education is not only a transfer of knowladge but also a transfer of value. Islamic Education curriculum development in this study contains the understanding of the expansion or improvement of the subject matter of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum and what is experienced by students or all efforts (engineering) programmed by Al Islam Azhar 36 Bandung in helping develop the potential of students through learning experience the potential to achieve the vision, mission, school goals.

These article describe about processes in curriculum administration. Curriculum is a tool that serves as a guide in the implementation of the learning process for achieving national goals. The method used in compiling this article is Sistematic Literatur Review (SLR) method. In this method, the writer gathers all sources of literature related to the subject to be studied and then read, analyzed, and summed up the writer’s understanding of the sources that have been read. By studying curriculum administration, education institutions, both educators or educational forces are expected to be able to understand and implement their knowledge in order to achieve the purposes of national education. Curriculum development must be done to adapt to the balancing of the times. Therefore, both educators and candidates of educators must be thoroughly knowledgeable about the curriculum administration.

The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of students of class VA on educational subjects, Catholicism. This research includes descriptive research. Researchers can delineate the circumstances of real locations and subject of research where researchers do research. The subject of this research is the grade VA presidential instruction Elementary Misir Subdistrict Alok Sikka Years Lessons 2018/2019. Based on observation and assessment over the results of the evaluation of student learning in the lessons of 2017/2018, then known to 10 students (43.47%) of the 23 students scored above KKM and expressed satisfaction while 13 other students (56.52 %) scored below the Minimum Ketuntasan Criterion and hadn't stated. To overcome this problem than the author at once a teacher of Catholic religious education Subjects viewed the pictures in the media need to improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effect of active participation in the Intra School Student Organization (OSIS) on student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 09 Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative study with an associative quantitative approach. Test the validity of the instrument using SPSS16 with Product Moment Correlation and reliability also using SPSS16 with Cronbach's Alpha. The results showed that the activeness of intra-school organizations had an effect on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the t count of 2.981 while the t table of 2.064 at the significant level of 0.05. Based on these results t count is greater than t table. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that there is an effect of active participation of intra-school organizations on student learning outcomes by 4% while the remaining 96% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This can be seen from the value of R Square.

Design can be formulated as a deliberate process of thinking, planning and selecting the parts, techniques, and procedures that set a goal. Challenges to Islamic religious education include a moral crisis and a personality crisis. Therefore, Islamic religious education is required to be able to equip students with the moral, personality, quality and maturity of life to live a multi-cultural nation life, which is currently hit by an economic crisis in order to livepeacefully in the world community.In an effort to develop an Islamic education curriculum to overcome various challenges and problems, it is necessary to pay attention to several aspects including strategies, methods, materials, Islamic religious teacher resources, facilities, teaching media and supporting instruments.Taking into account the demands of the globalization era of Islamic religious education in madrasas and public schools, it is necessary to implement several strategies, including: First, perfecting the religious education curriculum so that the subject matter reaches a proportional and functional composition but does not burden students. Second, combining religious material with character education materials such as PPKn or other related subjects can also erode thedichotomy of knowledge. This paper contains a presentation about the curriculum in the development of Islamic religious education. The curriculum becomes very important in educational institutions because the curriculum is the "heart" of education. The curriculum is a set of tools to achieve goals, starting from planning, starting from initial planning, to planning, such as; strategic planning program planning, such as; Individual-based programs, module-based programs, competency-based or entrepreneurial-based programs. The curriculum is an instrument to run an education system to be more targeted in accordance with what is aspired in national education. The development of community life that is very dynamic and can even happen quickly requires the development of the curriculum must also be able to adjust to the development of this social life. Indonesia is known as a multicultural country that consists of diverse tribes and religions that inhabit this region. The diversity of cultural patterns in ethnicity and religion can certainly be a trigger for friction between each of these groups. To overcome this, the world of education in facing this challenge needs to think about how curriculum development that leads to harmony that responds to this multicultural situation. Curriculum development cannot be separated from several instruments, namely the objective component, affective domain, and psychomotor domain. Likewise in the multicultural-based Islamic religious education curriculum which must also refer to these domains despite having the goal of helping to create a life that is tolerant of the multicultural life of Indonesian people. The research method used in this research is the literature study method by examining several literature studies in the form of books, journals, archives and other documentation about the curriculum which can then be analyzed for inclusion in multicultural-based Islamic religious education curriculum development.

The development of an Islamic religious education curriculum (PAI) is an activity to produce a PAI curriculum and a process that links one component to another to create a better Islamic education curriculum (PAI). The curriculum component must consist of at least four parts, namely objectives, contents, processes, and assessments. This study discusses in depth the development of the curriculum in the Indonesian curriculum for the 2013 Curriculum model. This study aims to determine the extent to which the curriculum development curriculum for the 2013 curriculum model PAI. This study uses a literature review method. Data collection is done through documentation study techniques. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum development of the 2013 curriculum in the PAI is very significant, oriented towards realizing character education, creating education with local insight and creating a cheerful and friendly culture. Pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) adalah kegiatan menghasilkan kurikulum PAI, dan proses yang mengkaitkan satu komponen dengan komponen yang lainya untuk menghasilkan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) yang lebih baik. Komponen kurikulum setidaknya harus terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu tujuan, isi, proses dan penilaian. Penelitian ini membahas secara mendalam mengenai pengembangan kurikulum PAI model Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana  pengembangan kurikulum PAI model Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  pengembangan kurikulum PAI Kurikulum 2013 pada ranah ini sangat signifikan, yang berorientasi pada mewujudkan pendidikan berkarakter, menciptakan pendidikan berwawasan lokal serta menciptakan pendidikan yang ceria dan bersahabat.
