AbstrakThe article aims to explain the motivation to learn and achievers students in academic year 2015-2016 at the Institute of Islamic Religion of Padangsidimpuan State which is seen from the student's efforts to obtain a mission scholarship. This research uses a qualitative approach with constant comparison analysis. The results of the study indicated that the students who obtained the academic year scholarship 2015-2016 at the Institute of Islamic Religious Affairs, Padangsidimpuan, had motivation to learn which was stimulated by the desire and desire, there was encouragement and Needs in learning, and future expectations and ideals Keywords: motivation; learning; achievement; mission Abstrak Atikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan motivasi belajar dan berprestasi mahasiswa bidikmisi tahun akademik 2015-2016 di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Padangsidimpuan yang terlihat dari upaya mahasiswa untuk memperoleh beasiswa bidikmisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis  komparasi konstan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang memperoleh beasiswa bidikmisi tahun akademik 2015-2016 di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Padangsidimpuan memiliki motivasi belajar yang distimulasi oleh hasrat dan keinginan berhasil, adanya dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, serta adanya harapan dan cita-cita masa depan.Kata Kunci: motivasi;  belajar;  prestasi;  bidikmisi.

AbstractThis study aims to reveal the meaning and values of multicultural education in the perspective of Nurcholish Madjid's thinking by using the research method of character studies. The results of this study can be concluded that Nurcholish Madjid that in referring to the multicultural term Nurcholish Madjid uses the term plurality more. Plurality is a plural or plural society which is the design and sunnatulah Allah Almighty for mankind because there is no single and equal society in all aspects. The multicultural education values found, namely the value of democracy (must be absolutivism / free to express opinions and accept criticism), the value of justice (must be fair and be a referee / mediator in upholding something), the value of equality (all human beings are the same that distinguishes only the level devotion), human values (humans are not justified to denigrate one another) and tolerance values (mutual respect and respect for other religions and give freedom of worship).Keywords: Education; Multicultural; Nurcholish Madjid. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan makna dan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam perspektif pemikiran Nurcholish Madjid dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi tokoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nurcholish Madjid dalam menyebut istilah multikultural lebih banyak menggunakan istilah pluralitas. Pluralitas adalah suatu masyarakat majemuk atau plural yang merupakan design dan sunnatulah Allah swt untuk umat manusia karena tidak ada masyarakat yang tunggal dan sama dalam semua segi. Adapun nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural yang didapati, yaitu nilai demokrasi (harus absolutivisme/ bebas mengutarakan pendapat dan menerima kritikan), nilai keadilan (harus bersikap adil dan menjadi wasit/penengah dalam menegakkan sesuatu), nilai kesetaraan (semua manusia sama yang membedakannya hanya tingkat ketaqwaan), nilai kemanusiaan (manusia tidak dibenarkan untuk merendahkan satu sama lain) dan nilai toleransi (saling menghormati dan menghargai agama lain serta memberi kebebasan beribadah). Kata Kunci: Pendidikan; Multikultural; Nurcholish Madjid.

This article aims to strike a balance between online games that have some negative impacts and offline games (which are paired with the term sports or games) in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study because the source of the data is from the uti-utian of the Angkola tribe which originates from a written document titled "Adat budaya Batak Angkola menelusuri perjalanan masa". The results revealed three categories of uti-utian namely: children's games, dexterity, and the device to block. Cultural themes resulting from these three categories include: being able to practice fitness, agility, positive social interactions (cooperation, honesty, sportsmanship, solidarity, solidarity, tolerance, patience, agility, being smart in looking for opportunities, clever in finding solutions), learning to appreciate victory, tolerant defeat, clear-minded, and the most important thing is to be happy in life. Thus, this study can still be developed in further research by deepening the comparison of the types of online games that continue to develop which are equivalent to the types of offline games based on deeper arguments.

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was easy to give his marriage dowry in keeping with the Qur'an.The history of The Islamic Dowry preserved the Qur'an from its beginning to the present has witnessed an interesting development of the study.The dowry of the qur'an's preservation of the marriage practiced by people today is driven by the lack of conformity with the history that occurred at the time.From previous backgrounds, the author is more studying through a historical approach to discovering developments that have taken place since the beginning of the Qur'an.'The results of this study show that the payment of a dowry from the Qur'an is currently witnessing the development of the meaning of dowry on the one hand, which is actually happening and the bottom now in society today is not limited to concern with the elements of rightsonly women, but increased attention to other aspects as well as the circumstances of the interest of the rightsTherefore, islamic law in its historical review is valid for all time and place. Keywords: RightsWomen: Marriage Dowry: History: Memorizing the Qur'an.

The purpose of this study is to test the theory which is then analyzed again into a new finding. This type of research is quantitative with a collaborative method obtained from a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of parental communication (X1) towards adolescent morals (Y) has a correlation of 0.890 or 89% showing a very strong relationship. The correlation of emotional intelligence of parents (X2) with the morals of adolescents (Y) has a value of 0.926 or 92% indicating a very strong relationship. Whereas to test the significance level of F 5%, the effect of parental communication patterns on adolescent behavior shows that Fh (270,761) Ft (0,000) shows an appropriate and acceptable relationship.

This study aims to describe the management of Islamic religious education learning in MAN IC Tapanuli Selatan by using qualitative methods in descriptive analysis. The results showed that the planning was professional, the implementation was varied, unique, using various learning strategies, then evaluated authentically, while supervision was still carried out by the madrasah head and head of the lecturer in the education sector in the form of examination of learning devices and classroom supervision.

Education becomes a spear in developing the potency that exists in students both physically and spiritually.Besides increasing competence, interpersonal intelligence is an important thing to apply to the learning process. Learning is not always about values, but it can shape attitudes, so that later students can be intelligent, skilled and characterized citizens. Innovations that develop continuously that is begun from the industrial revolution 1.0 to 4.0, become challenges and opportunities for educators in developing the potentials of students in order to create competently, character and reliable graduates. The presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is known as the digital era is not only opens wide interactions but also disrupts various fields in human life. One of them is education. Therefore the role of interpersonal intelligence in schools is expected to be able to bridge the student’s  attitudes to be in accordance with the Qur'an and the Constitution 195 and can be integrated in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

This paper reveals the meaning of ulul albab by looking at the previous verse and then using the thematic interpretation method. This article aims to analyze the use of Information and Communication Technology, the media, the use of information and communication technology to improve the performance of PAI teachers in learning Islamic Education in SMA Negeri 1 Matauli Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency through qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results of the study contained the use of Information and Communication Technology in Islamic Education in SMA 1 Plus Matauli Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency, using ICT as a medium that was sufficient to help the performance of PAI teachers so that the results were significant.
