This study aims to determine the joint influence of motivation and intentions of social media users on social care. The subjects of this study were students of level 2 of the Pamulang University management study program. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. Methods of data collection using observations and questionnaires. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The validity of the data in this study used the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect simultaneously between Motivation (X1) and Intention of Social Media Users (X2) on Social Concern (Y) in Pamulang University Level 2 Students of the Faculty of Economics, Management Executive Class. This is evidenced by based on the Output table above it can be explained that, the multiple linear regression equation Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 is Y = 18.578 + 0.251 (x1) + 0.346 (x2). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama motivasi dan intensi pengguna media sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap kepedulian sosial.Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat 2 program studi manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, dan Uji Asumsi Klasik .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara secara simultan antara Motivasi (X1) dan Intensi Pengguna Media Sosial (X2) terhadap Kepedulian Sosial (Y) pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang Tingkat 2 Fakultas Ekonomi Jurusan Manajemen Kelas Eksekutif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan berdasarkan tabel Output di atas dapat dijelaskan bahwa, persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = a + b1x1+ b2x2 adalah Y = 18,578 + 0,251(x1) + 0,346(x2). Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 Kota Tangerang dengan populasi sebanyak 58 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 48 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan essay. Instrumen pengumpulan data untuk minat baca (variabel X) menggunakan angket Skala Likert dengan pilihan jawaban 1-4 dan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita (variabel Y) menggunakan essay. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui perhitungan kefisien korelasi dengan rumus Uji t. Berdasarkan rumus korelasi Product Moment dengan α = 0,05 diperoleh thit 4,290 lebih besar dari ttab = 2,013 bahwa thit> ttab dan hipotesis diterima. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika kelas III SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 Kota Tangerang. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of survey research. The population in this study were all students of class III SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 Tangerang City with a population of 58 students and a sample of 48 students with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaires and essays. Data collection instruments for reading interest (variable X) using a Likert Scale questionnaire with answer choices 1-4 and the ability to solve story problems (variable Y) using essays. To test the hypothesis, it is done by calculating the correlation efficiency with the t test formula. Based on the Product Moment correlation formula with α = 0.05 obtained thit 4.290 is greater than ttab = 2.013 that thit> ttab and the hypothesis is accepted. This can be interpreted that there is a relationship between reading interest and the ability to solve math problem class III SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 Tangerang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational culture at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Culture at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods</em></p><p><em>The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees.</em></p><p><em>The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational culture amounted to 3.50%. Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

Research purposes This study aims to determine the effect of go-pay promotion on the decisions of users of online transportation applications within the scope of the University of Pamulang. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the 7th semester of the Pamulang University management study program. The sample in this study were 200 respondents in the population. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Partially Go-pay promotion variable (x) has a tcount of 11.966 > ttable 1.65259 with a significant value of 0.00, it can be concluded that Go-pay promotion has a positive and significant effect on user decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R square) shows the number 0.420 which means that the relationship between Go-pay promotion and user decision is 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Go-pay users' decisions to use online transportation at Pamulang University. This means that the higher and more varied the promotions offered by the company, the greater the chance for users to decide to use online transportation services, especially at Pamulang University. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi Go-pay terhadap keputusan pengguna aplikasi transportasi online di ruang lingkup Universitas Pamulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/mahasiswi semester 7 prodi manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Secara parsial promosi Go-pay (x) memiliki thitung sebesar 11,966y > ttabel 1,65259 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 maka dapat disimpulkan promosi Go-pay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R square) menunjukkan angka 0,420 artinya hubungan promosi Go-pay dengan keputusan pengguna sebesar 42%, sedangkan sisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna Go-pay dalam menggunakan trasnportasi online di Universitas Pamulang. Artinya semakin tinggi dan semakin bervariasi promosi yang ditawarkan oleh pihak perusahaan, maka semakin besar peluang pengguna memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa transportasi online khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of e-service quality, consumer trust and social media marketing on intention to use online transportation services. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection is executed by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Online Transportation Services. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek Online Transportation Services consumers whose numbers have not been identified with certainty. The questionnaire was distributed electronically using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire returned were 180 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Consumer Trust has no effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services.

The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.494 (very high).</em><em></em></p>

This study aimed to analyze influence of food photography towards eating out Sidoarjo community in instagram media. Data collection was done by using questionnaire to the respondents who visited the cafe/restaurant Mie akhirat, Kedai Kopi Medan, Wong Solo, dan Dapur M’riah that was located on Jalan Raya Ponti Gelanggang Olahraga Sidoarjo. Samples were taken through random sampling technique with total sample of 100 respondents. The result of this quantitative research showed that there was influence between food photography variable in social media instagram turns out to have an effect to the eating lifestyle of Sidoarjo community. The effect of food photography on eating out lifestyle was shown by R2 of 35.1%.

AbstractThis research discusses the influence of online gaming on the obedience of students at department of Islamic Education of University of Muhammadiyah Malang, especially in students of the class of 2017 and 2018. This research is based on the excessive intensity of online gaming that affects the obedience of student worship. This research is using field research, with a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling with 52 respondents. While data collection technique using questionnaire methods. The results of the correlation coefficient significant test using product moment correlation analysis the result was -0,276 < 0,279 < 0,361. The meaning is there is no positive and significant correlation between the intensity of online gaming to the obedience of students at the Department of Islamic Education of University of Muhammadiyah Malang.Keywords: Online Games, Obedience to Worship

This study aims to determine and describe students’ reading ability and drafting skills on technical drawing, and the students’ complaints of school factors, which affect the learning process on engineering drawing subject in grade XI of Machining study program. This is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were 112 students. The samples of 91 students were chosen using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by means of tests and questionnaire. Data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result shows that students’ reading ability of engineering drawing is in the category of “high” with percentages of completion from the “comply with the drawing standard” indicator is 91.21% and “correctness” indicator is 40%.  Students’ drafting skills is in the category of “high” with percentages of completion from the indicators of “comply with the drawing standard” is 79.12%, “clear and easy to understand” is 63%, “drafting speed” is 87%, and “cleanliness” is 89%. The most complained in terms of school factors on the subject of engineering drawing are student-teacher relationship, classroom equipment, building condition, and homework.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca gambar, mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam membuat gambar kerja, dan keluhan siswa ditinjau dari faktor sekolah yang mempengaruhi belajar mengajar siswa pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 112 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 siswa ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam membaca gambar berada pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase keberhasilan indikator tiap evaluasi pada standar sebesar 91.21% dan betul sebesar 40%, kemampuan siswa dalam membuat gambar berada pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase keberhasilan indikator tiap evaluasi pada standar sebesar 79.12%, jelas dan mudah dipahami sebesar 63%, kecepatan sebesar 87%, dan kebersihan sebesar 89%, dan keluhan siswa pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik ditinjau dari faktor sekolah yang cukup dikeluhkan adalah relasi guru dengan siswa, alat pelajaran, keadaan gedung, dan tugas rumah.
