The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of e-service quality, consumer trust and social media marketing on intention to use online transportation services. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection is executed by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Online Transportation Services. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek Online Transportation Services consumers whose numbers have not been identified with certainty. The questionnaire was distributed electronically using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire returned were 180 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Consumer Trust has no effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services.

The objectives of this study are : (1) To determine the effect of Marketing Communication on Online Purchase Site Selection Decisions, (2) To determine the effect of E-Service Quality on Online Purchase Site Selection Decisions and (3) To determine the effect of Marketing Communication and E -Service Quality on the Decision to Choose Online Purchase Sites collectively. Quantitative methods are used in this research. Data is taken from the results of a questionnaire sent via google form as well as observation and documentation. The number of respondents who were sampled was as many as 100 respondents with simple random sampling technique as a sampling technique. Data analysis assisted by SPSS 25.0 software. T (partial) and F (simultant) test results are proven to show a significant relationship between Marketing Communication, E-Service Quality and Student Decisions in Choosing E-Commerce. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Pemasaran terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Belanja Online, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Situs Belanja Online dan (3) Untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Pemasaran dan E-Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Situs Belanja Online secara bersama - sama. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data diambil dari hasil kuesioner yang dikirimkan melalui google form dan juga observasi serta dokumentasi. Jumlah responden yang dijadikan sampel adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan tehnik simple random sampling sebagai tehnik pengambilan sampel. Analisis data bantuan piranti lunak SPSS 25.0. Hasil uji T (parsial) dan F (simultan) terbukti menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Komunikasi Pemasaran, E-Kualitas Layanan terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa dalam Pemilihan Situs Belanja Online. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of factors of promotion activities and religiosity factors on the community's decision to become a member of Sharia Cooperative 212. The research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 41 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and then processed using SPSS 20. Data analysis techniques using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously factors of promotional activities and factors of religiosity have positive and significant effects. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) showed that the influence of the promotion activity and religiosity factors on the community's decision to become a member of the 212 Syariah Cooperative was 52.6% while the remaining 47.4% was influenced by factors outside the model.Keywords: promotion activity factors, religiosity, decision to become a member.  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh dari faktor aktivitas promosi dan faktor religiusitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat menjadi anggota Koperasi Syariah 212. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 41 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji f), dan uji koefesisen determinasi (R2).  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan faktor aktivitas promosi dan faktor religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefesien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh faktor aktivitas promosi dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat menjadi anggota Koperasi Syariah 212 adalah sebesar 52,6% sedangkan sisanya 47,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor di luar model.

The most frequent activity to attract the attention of Instagram users is to do selfies for teenagers or adults. This is related to narcissistic behavior that is where someone loves themselves excessively, the more often they upload photos or videos, added with lots positive comments, it will increase the individual's desire. The objective of this research is to determine the description of Instagram social media users on the risk of narcissistic behavior in students. The study was conducted at Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru. This research used descriptive research design with simple random sampling technique, the sample in this study were 100 respondents. Analysis used univariate analysis. The results showed that 46 (46%) were at risk and that were not at risk as much as 54 (54%), felt themselves the greatest were 18 (31.1%), were filled with fantasies, found 27 (58.7%), had confidence that they were special obtained 24 (52.2%), excess need to be admired was 35 (76.1%), big name was obtained 32 (39.6%), interpersonal exploitation was obtained 24 (52.2%), lack of empathy was obtained 37 (80.4%), envy of others was 26 (56.5%), showed arrogant attitudes obtained 33 (71.7%). The results of the analysis are expected to the development of nursing science to be able to provide information such as counseling to students who are narcissistic. <p class="abstrak"><em>Social media is used to express someone's personal image and connect with anyone. Not only that, many people play social media to display their advantages. So it is undeniable that everyone can compare each other like physical insults or body shaming like social media. This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of body shaming on Instagram on the trust of female students in the Communication Studies program, State University of Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an explanatory format. The researcher collected data using a questionnaire distributed through a link to 37 respondents, and the sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate an effect of body shaming on Instagram on female students' self-confidence. The regression coefficient value obtained in this study is Y= 22.788 + 0.285X with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the X variable affects the Y variable. Body shaming on Instagram on female students' self-confidence by 6.9% with a shallow category and the rest is influenced by other things outside of this study, such as the psychological component.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p class="abstrak"> </p><p class="abstrak">Media sosial digunakan sebagai wadah untuk mengekspresikan diri dan berhubungan dengan siapapun itu. Tak hanya itu, banyak orang yang memainkan media sosial hanya untuk memajang kelebihannya. Sehingga tak bisa dipungkiri, layaknya media sosial, setiap orang pasti bisa membandingkan satu sama lain seperti penghinaan fisik atau <em>body shaming</em>. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh <em>body shamming</em> di Instagram terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswi di program studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang idigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan format <em>explanatory</em>. Peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui <em>link</em> kepada 37 responden dan Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Teknik <em>simple random sampling</em>. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh <em>body shaming</em> di <em>Instagram</em> terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswi, nilai koefisien regresi yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah Y= 22,788 + 0,285 X dengan tingkat signifikans 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh <em>body shaming</em> di <em>Instagram</em> terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswi sebesar 6,9% dengan kategori sangat rendah dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh hal-hal lain di luar dari penelitian ini, seperti komponen psikologi</p>

Research on customer satisfaction analysis on service quality at PT Ramajaya Copier is to analyze and determine the extent of customer satisfaction with the services provided by PT Ramajaya Copier. This research was conducted to 93 PT Ramajaya Copier customers in Batam City using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Using the method of analysis of important performance analysis (IPA) of this study resulted in 4 (four) indicators of service satisfaction statements included in quadrant I, namely improving performance to be improved to meet customer expectations. The four indicators of the statement are: employees are polite and friendly to customers (2.61), customer convenience when coming to PT Ramajaya (2.69), the company serves regardless of customer background (2.61), the company tolerates delays payment to customers (2.61).

Abstrak. Banyak mahasiswa memiliki kendala dalam penyelesaian studi tepat waktu. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah proses penyelesaian skripsi. Berdasarkan data  Jurusan Biologi FMIPA UNNES, rata-rata mahasiswa dari 2012 sampai 2014 yang lulus tepat waktu hanya 20,55 persen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh fakot internal dan eksternal terhadap penyelesaian skripsi dan menganalisis variabel yang berkontribusi dominan terhadap proses penyelesaian skripsi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan quantitative methods dengan strategi penelitian expost facto. Responden terdiri dari mahasiswa Biologi angkatan 2012, 2013, dan 2014. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data diambil dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode simple random sampling menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal  berpengaruh positif terhadap proses penyelesaian skripsi. Hasil nilai r2 pada analisis regresi diketahui bahwa variabel yang paling berkontribusi terhadap penyelesaian skripsi adalah motivasi lulus tepat waktu (18,9 persen).Abstract. Most of students have some problems to completing their studies on time. Based on the data in Biology Departement of FMIPA UNNES, the average of students from 2012 to 2014 who graduated on time only 20.55 persen. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the thesis completion and analyze the dominant variables. The research design is quantitative methods with expost facto research strategies. The sample of respondents consisted of student of the Biology Departement of academic year 2012, 2013, and 2014. The sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. The data was taken using a questionnaire instrument and analyzed using simple linear regression method by SPSS. The result showed that the internal and external factor have a significant influence values of the thesis completion. This study showed that motivation to graduate on time had the most significant contribution on thesis completion (18,9 percent).

Service quality is a form of activity undertaken by a company that aims to meet the wants and needs of customers by providing good service. Customer loyalty is a consumer's assessment of the quality of the product or service it receives based on existing expectations in the mind. Loyal customers will always tend to only one brand even though there are many similar brands. Sample in this study amounted to 135 respondents, is the people of Bandung who have or often use online transportation. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality on online transportation customer loyalty. The result obtained shows that service quality influence significantly customer loyalty by 24,1%.

The study investigated the level of job search skills among undergraduates of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife Osun state and determined the predictive ability social media on job search skills. It examined the influence of the social media on job search skills of undergraduates of the university, Further, it investigated the influence of demographic variables (sex, age and level) and area of specialisation on job search skills of the undergraduate students. These were with a view to providing information on the factor that could improve the job search skills of O.A.U undergraduate students.The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The population for the study comprised 26,000 undergraduates of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State as at 2016/2017 academic session. The study sample comprised 496 students were selected using a multi-stage sampling procedure. Out of the thirteen faculties, four faculties were selected using simple random sampling technique. Four departments were selected from each of the selected faculties using simple random sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique was used to select graduating students (Parts 4 or 5) from each of the faculties selected. One hundred and twenty-five undergraduates were selected from each faculty, using convenience sampling technique. An instrument titled “social media of Job Search Skills” was adapted from existing standardised instruments and used to collect data. Data collected were analysed using percentage, frequency counts, mean, standard deviation, linear regression, and ordinal logistic regression.The result showed that 21.4%, 55.6% and 23.0% of undergraduates of Obafemi Awolowo University students demonstrated low, moderate and high levels of job search skills respectively. Also, the predictive ability of social media showed that social media (0.323, p< 0.000) had a significant influence on students’ job search skills. The study concluded that social media could improve the job search skills among undergraduates of OAU.
