Species and bird populations in Indonesia are among the top five in the world. In 2019 there were 1777 species of birds. Protection of Indonesian bird ecosystems has become one of the forms of nature conservation from the Indonesian government through the Office of the Environment. The government and the community must jointly play an active role in the protection of endangered species to avoid extinction. The process of breeding endangered species of birds has become the government's priority in preserving extinction. One of the aims of this research is how to make a colony cage or a pair of bird cages that can be controlled or function automatically to make it easier for breeders to breed lo birds, in this case lovebird birds. Smart enclosures with equipment such as node MCU, Arduino, ESP8266 can be integrated as a control service using IoT. This study has the specifications of automatic feeding and drinking so that birds can be controlled by their diet and avoid obesity and some pathogenic diseases that accompany it.

The Indonesian government or the Malaysian royal government needs land for railroad infrastructure development. To realize this, a regulation was made that became the legal umbrella for the government or royal government. The people must agree to regulations that require it. Land acquisition for public use in Malaysia can be completed quickly in Indonesia. Internationalization is an emerging trend in the development of higher education institutions (HEIs). Around the world, several projects and university associations and collaborations are launched to enhance internationalization including in Indonesia. For Indonesia, internationalization is an inevitable process and considered as a strategic step that Indonesian government should take in the globalizing world, especially after the ratification of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) by the government in 1994. Since then, the Government of Indonesia revises and produces policy and statutory regulations to promote international education in Indonesia and guarantee a good practice of integration of international dimension. Although many studies have been conducted to analyze this trend, very few studies focus on the legislations support for internationalization. For this purpose, the authors analyze the regulation with a normative juridical approach.

The Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) principle is one of international consensuses, especially for countries registered as members of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The principle is related to investment and international trade within the framework of economic liberalization. At its core, the MFN principle ensures equitable treatment of all parties economically active within a country. Recently, in Indonesia,  the Over Top company conducted business activities without paying taxes to the government. The case of the Over Top company highlights an unfair business situation in Indonesia, enabled by the Indonesian government through a poorly established monitoring system and codification of laws. This study argues that the absence of taxation, regulation, and fraud laws for the Over Top Companies in Indonesia, and the Indonesian government is responsible for the enforcement and maintenance of tax laws and the MFN principle for all entities conducting business in the state. Sustainable marketing is a holistic approach that puts equal emphasis on environmental, social equity, and economic concerns in the development of marketing strategies. The purpose of the study is to examine and discuss the sustainable agricultural marketing initiatives practiced throughout the World and Turkey, and to put forth suggestions to further improve the performance of agricultural marketing initiatives in Turkey. Some of the sustainable agricultural marketing initiatives practiced around the world are carried out through civil organizations. Furthermore; some of these initiatives have also launched by farmers, consumers, food processors and retailers. The long-term strategies to increase these initiatives should be determined due to the fact that examples of successful sustainable agricultural marketing initiatives are inadequate and cannot be spread in Turkey. In this context, first of all, the supports provided by the government to improve agricultural marketing systems, such as EU funds for rural development should be compatible with the goals of sustainable marketing. For this purpose, it should be examined whether all proposed projects related to agricultural marketing meet the social, economic, and environmental principles of sustainable marketing. It is important that supporting organizations, especially civil society organisations, should take an active role for faster dissemination and adoption of sustainable agricultural marketing practices in Turkey. These organizations may provide technical assistance in preparing successful project proposals and training to farm groups. In addition, the other organizations, such as local administrations, producers' associations, cooperatives, can contribute to the success of sustainable agricultural marketing initiatives. The use of direct marketing strategies and vertical integration attempts in sustainable agricultural marketing initiatives that will likely be implemented in Turkey is important in terms of the success of the initiatives. It's also essential to bring to the fore the various themes, such as regional delicacies, safe production methods, human and environmental health, regionalism, regional artisanship, and biodiversity to cultivate a successful marketing strategy in promotional activities of sustainable agricultural marketing initiatives.

th-century society. If any active role were possible for the lay Christian it was simply that of promoting true religion in the station in life in which God had placed them. Behind the social derision lay the fear of more sinister influences. Legislation had progressively outlawed suspect political activity, but how could those with a vested interest in maintaining constitutional stability be sure that the emerging networks of village preaching and Sunday schools were not being used as cover for the dissemination of republican and atheis-tic ideas? Across a broad swathe of clergy from English high churchmen such as Tatham and Horsley to the General Assembly, and even to those like Porteous within the Popular party, deep suspicions were entertained. A number of writers suggested that among the preachers disaffected elements were working to dissolve the traditional bonds of social cohesion. They despised the king, sought to destroy patriotic feeling and hoped ultimately to overturn the government. In 1799 both the Pastoral Admonition and the rector of Chislehurst in Kent voiced the fear that Samuel Horsley was to develop the following year in his pastoral charge to the clergy of the Rochester diocese: the belief that the associational structure to which many of the preachers belonged was a device to foster subversion and connect apparently innocuous religious gatherings with the world of clandestine pol-itics. In one or two Anglican clerical outpourings there was even a further
