IT solutions have a significant role in supporting controlling processes, as well as in shaping the performance of organization as a whole. The aim of this article is to examine the impact of controlling dynamic capabilities on organizational performance through quality of controlling and verify the role of IT support for the obtainment of benefits for the organization as a whole. The empirical verification of hypotheses was done on the sample of 229 organizations functioning in Poland. The presented results of empirical research allowed for the construction of a model demonstrating the impact of dynamic capabilities of controlling on organizational performance through quality of controlling. Next, it was concluded that IT dynamic capabilities as well as IT reliability moderates the influence of dynamic capabilities of controlling on organizational performance. Methods of statistical description and estimation were used for the empirical research (based on the questionnaire as a main tool of data gathering), esp. multiple linear regression analysis with mediator and moderators was performed using SPSS Macro Process.

Controlling is a method, which is most often used in contemporary organizations. The expectation of improvement of the organization’s results is the most important reason of controlling implementation. The relation between controlling use and organizational performance is often taken for granted, however there are no comprehensive research explaining in detail how it affects results of organization functioning. The article attempted to fill in the existing research gap and explain how controlling affects results of organization functioning. The analysis concerned the impact of controlling use on both job performance and organizational performance. Since the job performance in case of controlling is increasingly dependent on the IT solutions, the analysis concerned the impact of IT reliability and User Experience (UX) on the developed model of the controlling influence on organizational performance. In that context the aim of the article was to clarify the mechanism of controlling use influence on organizational performance – considering the mediating role of job performance of employees and moderating role of IT solutions (the impact of UX and IT reliability on the relations between controlling, job performance and organizational performance). Formulated hypotheses were verified empirically on the sample of 637 organizations (349 operating in Poland and 288 operating in Switzerland). The presented results of empirical research allowed for the construction of a mediating model demonstrating the impact of controlling use on both job performance and organizational performance and shown that UX and IT reliability are moderators of the relation between the controlling use and job performance, and the relation between job performance and organizational performance.

The progress of the Islamic bank cannot be separated from the role of its customers who give trust to the bank to deposit their financial assets. It is a fact many groups of customers decide to be the customers of the Islamic bank because of their religiosity. The other influences factor of a customer’s decision is the quality of the product. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and level of customers’ religiosity towards customers’ decision whether to keep their funds in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Branch of Purwokerto, or not. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 100 customers. The results indicate Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Based on F, it can be seen that both variables of product quality and religiosity simultanously affect the customers’ decision to keep theirfunds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto. Based on t test, it can be seen that independently, either variable of product quality or variables of religiosityinfluences the customers’ decision to keep their funds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto.

This study observes the phenomenon of organizational performance with the lens of dynamic capabilities. This study investigates the impact of dynamic capabilities on organizational performance, taking organizational competencies as moderating variable, focusing on a paper industry at Lahore, Pakistan. The measurement of dynamic capabilities is based on the multi-dimensional construct underlying the four main factors which include i.e. Sensing, Learning, strong coordination, and competitive response to the rivals. This will lead to explore relationship of dynamic capabilities with organizational performance. Empirical research posits that dynamic capabilities have a direct impact on the organizational performance of the firm. It also proves that organizational competencies have positive moderating role in relationship of organizational performance and dynamic capabilities. This suggests that the direct relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance is insignificant.

Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus period in 2030. In order for  Indonesia to get the maximum benefit from this demographic bonus, the availability of abundant  productive-age human resources must be balanced by improving the quality of education and  skills. Educated and competitive human resources need to be improved in terms of the number  and quality of competitiveness to support sustainable growth. In this research, the authors want to see the role of universities in influencing economic growth. The role of universities can  be measured by the number of universities, college enrollment rate and the human development  index (HDI). The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research  data used are panel data, data from 34 provinces in Indonesia with the study year 2015 - 2018.

The object of this study is Milkmo, which is a startup business that offers milk-based drink coated with chocolate syrup. This research distributes as many as 97 questionnaires to majority of male and female respondents aged 15 to 25 years old, using purposive sampling method. This research uses quantitative method by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that product quality and the perception of each price have significant effect on purchase decision of Milkmo product, therefore all hypotheses were upheld. This implies that the business owner should improve the quality of the product and set the price of the product carefully so they would not be rivaled by their competitors.

Occupational health has been the scope of numerous studies, primarily due to the concern that the worker should enjoy good working conditions and a satisfactory quality of life. This study seeks to analyze the impact of oral health on the quality of life of workers at a public university using the simplified version of the Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP-14) and associated factors. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 326 workers who responded the questions of OHIP-14 about self-rated health, oral morbidity, and socioeconomic and demographic questions. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to verify the association between the independent variables and OHIP-14. About 40% of the impact of oral health on quality of life can be explained by the variables: education level (p = 0,03), age (p = 0,03), reason for visiting a dentist (p = 0,01), oral health perception (p < 0,01) and satisfaction with teeth and mouth (p < 0,01). The use of OHIP-14 can be useful for planning programs and actions focused on health education for occupational health, prioritizing workers with greater psychosocial impacts caused by oral problems.
