We introduce a new mechanism and control system for wireless assistive finger training. The proposed mechanism and control system can provide natural finger flexion and extension via magnetic force and torque between a driving coil and a multi-link magnetic assist device placed on the fingers. The proposed mechanism is designed to allow normal movement while maintaining a natural finger shape, even when multiple magnets are applied to the fingers. Anatomical features were considered in the design to accommodate the angular changes between the fingers during hand extension and flexion. The magnetic force between the control system and the device on the hand allows extension and flexion of the fingers without the use of wires and electrical motors. The performance of the driving system and the magnetic device were verified through various simulations and experiments. A control program with motion tracking is also developed using LabView software. Hence, a wireless assistive finger training system is successfully realized.

Greenhouse environment system is an often nonlinear, change and inertia complex system. It is very hard to build math model and control. Since moisture and temperature have a influence to crops grow, we select them to build the manner of control system, applying fuzzy control system to design moisture and temperature controller, and to write fuzzy control program based PLC, then we should observe the factual control effect. The result of system running show: when temperature is set to 25oC and moisture is 80%RH, the process of control is stable and the system is very stable, it can meet the greenhouse requirement.

The PC control system of automatic measurement by the Labview software programming, then control relay, and control the work state of the HP3. It shows that the design of USB interface application system is realized by using labview programming easy and high efficiency.

This paper presents a COM/DCOM based N-layer software architecture and its usage in the design and development of the WFD2000 operating program. In order to improve the sealing quality and reduce the labor intensity of people, the stepping motors have been adopted in the salver mechanical transmission part and sealing part of the original sealing machine. In the paper, salver feeding and control system of sealing machine have been designed. The results have been obtained such as control principle diagram of the control system, equivalent circuit diagram and outer wiring diagram of PLC and PLC control program. It can realize the automatic control of the sealing machine. Improved sealing machine has the characteristic of simple mechanical transmission parts, advanced control system, small human error, low fault rate and easy operation.

The paper introduces a small artificial climate chamber control system based on expert knowledge, discusses the method of temperature control and parameters setting, The temperature and humidity control program can fit the expert knowledge base of different varieties of crop growth curve, consistent with the growth needs of different food crops. Taking the ganoderma lucidum as the example, the paper gives its expert knowledge base and control fitting curve. in addition, the modular design of hardware makes the whole system simple and applicable, finally, the simulation images show that this design can achieves the proper accuracy and has good effect.

Silicon metal is known as a metalloid or semi-metal with several characteristics of metals. Silicon metal also has a large influence on the modern world economy. But the production of the silicon metal consumes high energy and discharges huge furnace fume. According to the technical demands of the fume cleaning and micro-silicon powder recovery system to the silicon metal furnace, this paper studies the control scheme with the structure mode of Schneider PLC and the Kingview software, develops the relevant control program and monitor program, and optimizes the control strategy through the on-line debugging. The practical application indicates that the control system is stable and reliable with the best effect of dust extraction and the longest service life to the dust settling bag.

Thermoelastic martensitic phase transition in Ni-Ti based shape memory alloys enables designing micro- and nanotools that are controlled by small changes in temperature (~10°С). This makes it feasible creating a new generation of complex microrobotical systems for manipulation and treatment of various nanoobjects in nanoindustry, medicine, nanoelectronics, etc. This work deals with the development of a physical and mathematical model for the micro manipulation system. The system under investigation pertains to shape memory composite nanotweezers with the composition Ti2NiCu/Pt located at the tip of a tungsten microneedle. The activation and control of the nanotweezers is done by heating them by the passage of an electric current flowing through a microdiode located in the needle. The microdiode serves the twin purpose of Joule heating and temperature sensing/measurement so as to close the feedback loop of the control system. The prototype of the control system was manufactured and tested. The data from the simulation were compared with those from the preliminary experiments.
