Customers’ needs and wants with regard to dairy products are increasingly diverse, and companies must be able to produce a variety of products. This study aimed to obtain alternative product configurations in accordance with customer requirements and to determine the types of modules required to realize the product by synergizing conjoint analysis and the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method. The product configuration was based on pleasurable design consisting of three aspects, namely functionality, usability, and pleasure. Pleasurable design was chosen because it involves the human in the product design as a product user so that the product design is in accordance with customer expectations. The research used the survey method with consumers of ice cream. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the product attributes desired by consumers. Orthogonal design was used to construct alternative product configurations, while the product configuration rank was determined using conjoint analysis. Based on the results of the research, the selected attributes for the functionality aspects were taste and texture, the selected attributes for the usability aspects were shape and packaging materials, and the selected attributes for the pleasure aspects were health benefits and appearance. The orthogonal design results led to 25 alternative product configurations, followed by determination of the ranking of alternative product configurations. Then the DEMATEL method was applied to analyse the relationship between the product configuration attributes to determine the types of modules that must be provided.

This research was motivated by the launching of an activity program by the Directorate General of Taxation on medium-term tax administration reform (3-5 years). Administrative reform needs to be done to achieve a high level of compliance given the low increase in individual taxpayer compliance from year to year in Sumedang Regency. The study aims to determine how the influence of tax administration reforms on individual taxpayer compliance. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach, with sampling using the Slovin formula. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and literature studies. Data analysis is carried out quantitatively using product moment correlation test and f test. The results of the study obtained a correlation coefficient value of -0.261 and the degree of determination of the effect of tax administration reform on taxpayer compliance was 6.8% while 93.2% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing results obtained f count value greater than f table (f count 4.964> f table 3.998) so that the hypothesis is accepted or there is the influence of tax administration reform on individual taxpayer compliance at Sumedang Primary Tax Office.

Given the customer requirements for personalized product increased, the contradiction between actual products and customer satisfaction was existed. Analyzing the present situation of design templates, the product configuration approach based on design templates was proposed. The importance of template objects was sorted in descending to enhance the customer satisfaction for configuring product. A typical application of a small agricultural machinery product design was given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the design approach.

Product configuration design model is established on the basis of the base type product of standardization, seriation. According to the needs of customers, This paper arranges the physical and functional structure of the product, and sets up configuration model of the whole model. Through the analysis and configuration design, provides the final product to meet customer requirements. In this article, introduces the mix of configuration design knowledge representation methods, so as to adapt to the requirements of different types of product design.

Submission of Certificate of Origin (e-Form D) is conducted through a three-layer system named ASW Gateway, LNSW, and CEISA has raised issues related to the period/time of receipt of e-Form D given by customs authorities for the purposes of charging preferential tariffs in the ATIGA scheme. This article aims to analyze the legal certainty in submitting e-Form D to the customs authorities in the importing country, in this case, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for the purpose of charging preferential tariffs, so that it can be in line with the presentation principle based on the ATIGA OCP and Indonesian domestic legal provisions. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis and normative qualitative to draw conclusions. Based on the research, it was concluded that with regard to the submission of e-Form D, Customs and Excise Officials must have confidence based on factual evidence to determine whether the principle of submission of e-Form D has been accomplished or refused when an interruption in the ASW Gateway, LNSW or CEISA happened so the Customs Officer and Excise can determine tariffs based on OCP as well as domestic law in force in Indonesia. Keywords: ATIGA, Customs Authority, Directorate General of Customs and Excise, e-Form D, Tariffs Preference.ABSTRAK: Penyerahan SKA e-Form D dilakukan melalui tiga layer system yakni ASW Gateway, LNSW, dan CEISA memunculkan permasalahan terkait dengan jangka waktu/saat diterimanya e-Form D oleh otoritas kepabeanan untuk kepentingan pengenaan tarif preferensi dalam skema ATIGA.

The number of consumers with green awareness have grown these days and as a result they have turned to purchase eco-friendly products. For this reason, this study aims to propose a method for eco-design based on the anticipatory failure determination method to develop eco-design products. By using eco-design concepts adopted from the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, the process will limit the failures and issues related to environmental impact in product design. The proposed method for eco-design product in this study follows the following procedure. First, we analyze product failure. Second, we propose the determination of the non-green phenomenon of the failure. Thirdly, we integrate the intensified non-green phenomenon to generate non-green hypotheses and fourthly, we eliminate each non-green phenomenon hypothesis by introducing the contradiction matrix of TRIZ for obtaining solutions. Finally, we assess alternative eco-design solutions by evaluation. To verify the practicality of the new procedure, a washing machine is used as an example for illustration.
