In the area of dusun Wangun, has a lot of tourism potential that can be made for an attractive tourist destination, such as tours to Mount Puntang, pine forest tours and their environmental attractiveness. To promote the existing tourism potential, the PKK communities in Dusun Wangun have made souvenir products inspired by their region's natural products (coffee, sorghum, etc.). The Souvenir products that they have made are projected to help promote regional tourism as well as increase community income in their area. To help promote these souvenirs products, it is necessary to have promotional tools that also can be used as promotional tools to enhance tourism village attraction. Promotion tools includes a place to display souvenir products that they have made. The methodology of this research uses literature review data on the form of media promotion and product display, field surveys and interviews, training, prototyping and design implementation. The result of this training was an increase in the knowledge of the community specifically youth groups in the Dusun Wangun, to display their product and their manufacture to support tourism promotion in their area.

There is a tendency back to nature treatment in Indonesian community because modern/synthetic medicines is expensive and have a various alarming side effects.  That is why natural products medicine becomes more popular, aside from mass media promotions. Researches on natural products such as herbal medicine increases along with the desire to get phytofarmaca that can compete with modern medicines. The aims of this literature review are to discuss and provides information on pharmaceutical standardization of natural products toward phytopharmaca for developing Indonesian traditional medicine. Pharmaceutical standardization will strengthen the basic of pharmaceutical science in producing safe, efficacy, and qualify traditional medicine products. The pharmaceutical standardization consists of standardizing simplicial quality, safety, efficacy, and stable formulation of medicines for use in health services.

Sponges are prolific sources of various natural products that have provided the chemical scaffolds for new drugs. The sponges of the genus Petrosia inhabit various regions and contain a variety of biologically active natural products such as polyacetylenes, sterols, meroterpenoids, and alkaloids. This review aims to provide a comprehensive summary of the chemical structures and biological activities of Petrosia metabolites covering a period of more than four decades (between 1978 and 2020). It is also described in this review that the major groups of metabolites from members of the genus Petrosia differed with latitude. The polyacetylenes were identified to be the most predominant metabolites in Petrosia sponges in temperate regions, while tropical Petrosia species were sources of a greater variety of metabolites, such as meroterpenoids, sterols, polyacetylenes, and alkaloids.

Usage of supplements has increased dramatically this last decade. From herbs to vitamins and mineral, consumers are interested in improving health, self-treatment and preventing diseases. Often using information from the internet to self-prescribe, many consumers believe that natural products are safe, while many others avoid using these products because of the lack of an approval process by health officials in many countries. Herbs and other supplements including proteins, vitamins and minerals provide significant benefits to health. The lack of guidance from health professionals however can be problematic. When combined with drugs and disease, herbs can interact and cause side effects. Some of the steps to evaluate the safe use of supplements is to know their mechanism of action, clinical effect, and consumers’ medical history. For example, an herb that induces liver enzymes will reduce the effect of a drug that is metabolized by these same enzymes. This can be life threating if the patient depends on this drug for normal function. Based on drug-herb interaction experience and literature review, this book chapter provides insights into safe use of echinacea, licorice, turmeric, and black seed in patients with heart disease, diabetes, and COVID-19.

AbstractMouthwashes are an effective complementary method in the biofilm prevention and chemical control, when the practice of mechanical removal is insufficient. Among the active compounds most used in antiseptics are chlorhexidine, cetylpyridinium chloride, triclosan and essential oils. In order to reduce undesirable effects, such as teeth and restorations staining and the supragingival calculus formation, observed mainly after use for long periods, natural products of plant origin have been extensively studied and incorporated into oral hygiene formulations. Commonly used as a functional food or spice in world gastronomy, Coriandrum sativum (C. sativum), popularly known as coriander, is a natural therapeutic resource with several properties, including antifungal and antioxidant ones. Thus, the objective of this study was to carry out a literature review of articles published in the last 10 years that relate natural products, dentistry and C. sativum, in order to understand the role of naturally occurring agents with potential therapeutic applications in the dental fields, as well as to evaluate the application of C. sativum in the treatment of oral diseases. Therefore, a bibliographic search was carried out in the ScienceDirect and PubMed databases, obtaining 20 articles. It was possible to confirm the antifungal properties and the mode of action of the essential oil from C. sativum in Candida species, as well as its relatively low cytotoxicity in human cells. These findings should encourage further studies for the development of mouthwashes based on C. sativum as an alternative to mouthwashes available on the market. Keywords: Dentistry. Oral Health. Background: Enhancing the immune system is very important during the Covid-19 pandemic to prevent infections and reduce the risk of disease severity. Therefore, it is necessary to use natural products with an immunostimulant effect. In Islam, there is a system of treatment or disease prevention based on Al-Quran and Hadith, which is called Tibb an-Nabawi or prophetic medicine. Objective: This research aims to conduct a literature study of Tibb an-Nabawi, which has proved to be able to increase the immune system, based on Islamic and scientific approaches. Method: The research was based on a systematic literature review using research articles from the last ten years. The inclusion criteria were articles discussing the immunostimulatory activity of Tibb an-Nabawi, while the exclusion criteria were immune system enhancing herbs that were not Tibb an-Nabawi. Results: Based on the literature studies, it is known that at least six natural products based on Tibb an-Nabawi have scientifically proved to increase the immune system, namely black cumin, honey, dates, ginger, garlic, and pumpkin. The mechanism of immune system enhancement is different in each substance, but in general, they can increase humoral or cellular immunity. The active compounds contained in each of these ingredients contribute to the resulting immunostimulant activity. Conclusion: Black cumin, honey, dates, ginger, garlic, and pumpkin are natural products based on Al-Quran and Hadith, which have scientifically proved to enhance the immune system. Keywords: Tibb an-Nabawi, Thibbun Nabawi, immune system, immunostimulant, pandemic
