Background: Depression is a significant public health problem for adolescents. The goal of this study was to evaluate the moderating role of human support in an online depression prevention program on both depression outcomes and overall engagement with the intervention. CATCH-IT is an Internet-based depression prevention program that has been shown to reduce symptoms for adolescents who report elevated depression symptom scores, compared to a health education (HE) control group. Participants in the CATCH-IT arm received human support (e.g., motivational interviewing, completed contacts). This study analyzes the moderating role of human support on depressive outcomes and engagement, and examines if engagement predicts depression outcomes. Methods: This secondary analysis consists of a randomized controlled trial for adolescents assigned to the CATCH-IT group. Mixed effects modeling, general linear models, and an exploratory multiple linear regression were used to explore the moderating relationship of human support between intervention and overall engagement. Study variables included depression outcomes (e.g., Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CESD)), engagement components (e.g., modules completed, time on the site, and characters typed) and human support (e.g., motivational interviews and completed contacts.) Results: Results showed no significant relationship between contacts, motivational interviews, and depression scores. However, motivational interviews increased engagement with the intervention, such that those who received more motivational interviews completed significantly more modules, spent more time on the site, and typed more characters (p < 0.05). The number of contacts increased engagement with the intervention, and those who received more contacts spent more time on the site and typed more characters (p < 0.05). Exploratory multiple linear regression modeling demonstrated that male, African American/Black, and Hispanic/Latinx users were less engaged compared to other users. Lastly, engagement was not a significant predictor of depression outcomes (p > 0.05). Conclusions: The efficacy of CATCH-IT is not better explained by the degree to which participants received doses of human support from providers during the use of this online intervention. This may reveal the high potential of effective online interventions without the blended integration of human support for adolescents. To increase engagement of adolescents with an online depression prevention program, human support may be more efficient when utilizing MI rather than technical support.

This study examined the link between residential mobility and interpersonal trust building. Study 1 revealed a negative association between residential mobility and trust by measuring personal residential-mobility history. Study 2 demonstrated that participants who were momentarily primed with mobility showed a lower investment than participants in the control group in a trust game. The results of Study 3 showed that need for closure moderated the link between residential mobility and trust-building intention. Specifically, lower need-for-closure people had a significantly lower trust tendency in the mobility group than in the stable group. These findings illuminate the underlying influence of need for closure in the link between residential mobility and trust.

Background/Aims: Although it is widely acknowledged that atherosclerosis is mainly a chronic inflammatory process, in which both miR-29b and interleukin-6 (IL-6) play multifaceted roles, the association between miR-29b and IL-6 remains unknown. The aim of the present study was to explore the relationship between miR-29b and IL-6 and to test whether circulating levels of miR-29b and IL-6 could predict atherosclerosis. Methods: A total of 170 participants were divided into two groups according to carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT): study group (CIMT ≥ 0.9mm) and control group (CIMT < 0.9mm). Levels of circulating miR-29b and IL-6 were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), respectively. The association of miR-29b and IL-6 levels with CIMT was assessed using Spearman correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The study group showed higher miR-29b levels (31.61 ± 3.05 vs. 27.91 ± 1.71 Ct, p < 0.001) and IL-6 levels (3.40 ± 0.67 vs. 2.99 ± 0.37 pg/ml, p < 0.001), compared with the control group. CIMT was positively correlated with miR-29b (r = 0.587, p < 0.001) and IL-6 (r = 0.410, p < 0.001), and miR-29b levels were also correlated with IL-6 (r = 0.242, p = 0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis also showed that CIMT was positively correlated with miR-29b and IL-6. After adjustment for age, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol and C-reactive protein, CIMT was still closely correlated with miR-29b and IL-6. The combination of miR-29b and IL-6 (AUC = 0.901, p < 0.001) offered a better predictive index for atherosclerosis than either miR-29b (AUC = 0.867, p < 0.001) or IL-6 (AUC = 0.747, p < 0.001) alone. Conclusion: Circulating levels of miR-29b and IL-6 may be independently correlated with subclinical atherosclerosis, and may serve as novel biomarkers for the identification of atherosclerosis.

Tomato plants are vegetables that are easily damaged (parisable) so that requires the application of Good Handling Practices (GHP) which aims to reduce post-harvest yield loss. The purpose of this Final Assignment study is to increase farmers' knowledge about the application of tomato GHPs, namely treatment from harvest to market. This Final Project was carried out in the village of Senaning, Pemayung Sub-District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province from March to July 2020. The method used was descriptive method and multiple linear regression. Respondents were taken as many as 30 people who were determined deliberately (purposive sampling), namely farmers who are members of the tomato farmer group. The results showed that of 30 respondents at the level of farmer adoption, there were 17 knowledge persons in the low category (56.7%) and 13 moderate people (43.3%). Factors that influence the adoption of farmers in the application of GHP tomatoes are divided into 7 namely age, education, experience of farming, the role of extension workers, extension activities, availability of information and availability of facilities and infrastructure. From the analysis of variance analysis (Anova), it was found that all seven independent variables had a significant effect on the adoption of GHP tomato farmers (0.000> 0.05). Partially using the multiple linear regression formula, the results found that 6 independent variables, namely age (0.003), education (0.017), experience of farming (0.001), role of extension workers (0.029), extension activities (0.008), and availability of information (0.048) influence significant towards the adoption of farmers in the application of tomato GHP (Sig <0.05). While the availability of production facilities does not affect the adoption of farmers in the application of tomato GHP (0.119). The strategy taken to increase the adoption of farmers in the application of tomato GHP is by conducting counseling of tomato GHP and making a demonstration plot of tomato plants. After counseling there was a significant increase in the knowledge of farmers on tomato GHP with the T test sig (0,000).

This study aims to examine and analyze environmental disclosure's effect in mediating the relationship between corporate governance, profitability, and media exposure towards firm value. Total 135 samples of companies that have been listed on IDX in 2015 - 2019 were obtained and analyzed using multiple linear regression. This study showed that corporate governance and profitability increase firm value as investors tend to see corporate governance and profitability as a signal in determining investing decisions. Meanwhile, media exposure and environmental disclosure cannot increase firm value. This study also finds that corporate governance decreases ecological disclosure. Meanwhile, profitability and media exposure cannot increase firm value. Thus, this study also proves that corporate governance, profitability, and media exposure cannot increase firm value through environmental disclosure.

This research was carried out in Kumpai Batu Atas Village, South Arut District, Kotawaringin Barat Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of the role of agricultural extension agents on the socio-economic conditions of farmers. Data analysis method uses Likert scale, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, f-test and determination coefficient. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The socio-economic conditions of farmers in "ngawi" farmer groups consist of the age of farmers 30-40 years (12%), 41-50 years (24%), 51-60 years (48%); education consists of elementary school (64%), junior high school (32%), S1 (4%); income level range <Rp. 1,500,000 (34%), Rp. 1,500,000 - Rp. 2,500,000 (64%),> Rp. 2,500,000 - Rp. 3,000,000 (12%) and the work of the farmer respondent all (100%) earns a living as farmer.                 The results showed the hypothesis testing together had a fcount of 0.087 smaller than the value of ftabel of 3.44 which means that Ha was rejected and H0 was accepted, this indicates that the independent variable includes the factors of instructor as educator, facilitator and supervisor together- the same does not affect the dependent variable, namely the socio-economic conditions of the farmers. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 1.64 + 0.35 X1 + 0.13 X2 + 0.05 X3 + e which indicates a positive influence between the instructor factors as educators, facilitators and supervisors on the social economic conditions of farmers. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained shows that 11.1% of socioeconomic conditions can be influenced by the extension factor as an educator, facilitator and supervisor.
