This study aims to examine the influence of education and training, organizational experience, knowledge about budget towards the role of DPRD’s members on financial region supervision. This research is motivated by the facts based on the fact that there is still a weakness in the supervision of regional finances. Dependent variable in this research are the role of DPRD’s members on financial region supervision. Independent variables are education and training, organizational experience,knowledge about budget. The data in this research consist of primary data that taken by the questionnaires which distributed directly to respondents. The data are collected from 60 respondents of DPRD members of Manado City, Bitung City and North Sulawesi Province. The Hipothesis of this study are examine by using the multiple linear regression. The result of this research is indicated that is first, education and training have not  effect towards the role of DPRD’s members on financial region supervision. Second, organizational experience have not effect towards the role of DPRD’s members on financial region supervision. Third, knowledge about budget affect towards the role of DPRD’s members on financial region supervision. This study aims to examine the influence of personal background, political background and knowledge of council about budget towards the role members of DPRD on financial region supervision. This research is motivated by the fact individual backgroundwill effect to individual behavior for their role and on political activity. Dependent variable in this research are the role members of DPRD on financial region supervision. Independent variables are personal background, political background and knowledge of council about budget. The data in this research consist of primary data that taken from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The collected are from 43 respondents that members of DPRD at West Papua Province. Hipothesis of this study are examine by using Multiple Linear Regression use SPSS 22 program. The result of this indicated that‟s, first, there is a positive influence of personal background toward the role members of DPRD on financial region supervision. Second, political background haven‟t effect towards the role members of DPRD on financial region supervision. Third, knowledge of council about budget affect towards the role members of DPRD on financial region supervision. The suggestions for further research, research instrument of variable education and trainning, organizational experience, experience in DPRD should be developed. Measurement of variable length of employment in government should be developed.

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the development of leadership quality, coordination and training and education on improving safety culture. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that: partially shows that the role of leadership has a positive and significant influence of 26.4% on safety culture. The second independent variable is coordination which has a positive and significant effect of 74.4% on safety culture. Partially the third independent variable of education and training also has a positive and significant effect of 20.5% on the quality of safety culture. Furthermore, the independent variables of the Role of Leadership, coordination, training and education are tested simultaneously or together using the F Test and prove to have an influence with three positive independent variables and all three are significant to the Improvement of Safety Culture with the magnitude of influence can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) is 74.9%

AbstractThe purpose of the study was to determine the role of the Compang Lawi Village Consultative Body, Sambi Rampas District, East Manggarai Regency in overseeing the 2016 Village Fund Allocation in Compang Lawi Village. This type of research and research approach is normative and uses interview data as a complement. In this study, primary data is used in the form of information by asking directly to informants (resources) who clearly know the role of BPD supervision in overseeing 2016 ADD in Compang Lawi Village, Sambi Rampas District, East Manggarai Regency. Lack of understanding in carrying out the supervisory function and the absence of the Compang Lawi BPD work program. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  data primer berupa informasi dengan cara menanyakan secara langsung kepada para pemberi informasi (narasumber) yang mengetahui secara jelas peran pengawasan BPD dalam mengawasi ADD Tahun 2016 di Desa Compang Lawi, Kecamatan Sambi Rampas, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur. Kurangnya pemahaman dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan serta tidak dibuatnya program kerja BPD Compang Lawi. Kurangnya pendidikan dan latihan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah serta rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dan juga kurangnya sarana komunikasi guna memperlancar roda pemerintahan desa.

Tomato plants are vegetables that are easily damaged (parisable) so that requires the application of Good Handling Practices (GHP) which aims to reduce post-harvest yield loss. The purpose of this Final Assignment study is to increase farmers' knowledge about the application of tomato GHPs, namely treatment from harvest to market. This Final Project was carried out in the village of Senaning, Pemayung Sub-District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province from March to July 2020. The method used was descriptive method and multiple linear regression. Respondents were taken as many as 30 people who were determined deliberately (purposive sampling), namely farmers who are members of the tomato farmer group. The results showed that of 30 respondents at the level of farmer adoption, there were 17 knowledge persons in the low category (56.7%) and 13 moderate people (43.3%). Factors that influence the adoption of farmers in the application of GHP tomatoes are divided into 7 namely age, education, experience of farming, the role of extension workers, extension activities, availability of information and availability of facilities and infrastructure. From the analysis of variance analysis (Anova), it was found that all seven independent variables had a significant effect on the adoption of GHP tomato farmers (0.000> 0.05). Partially using the multiple linear regression formula, the results found that 6 independent variables, namely age (0.003), education (0.017), experience of farming (0.001), role of extension workers (0.029), extension activities (0.008), and availability of information (0.048) influence significant towards the adoption of farmers in the application of tomato GHP (Sig <0.05). While the availability of production facilities does not affect the adoption of farmers in the application of tomato GHP (0.119). The strategy taken to increase the adoption of farmers in the application of tomato GHP is by conducting counseling of tomato GHP and making a demonstration plot of tomato plants. After counseling there was a significant increase in the knowledge of farmers on tomato GHP with the T test sig (0,000).

This study discusses the influence of convenience and service to the taxpayer compliance in paying income tax. This study was performed at the Tax Office Primary Bantul. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the facilities and services affect taxpayer compliance and what efforts Bantul Pratama Tax Office in improving tax compliance. This study is built with two hypotheses, namely: (1) ease in the rocessoftaxation, (2) positive effect Compliance Services The type of data in this study is primary data, with sampling at Bantul Pratama Tax Office using incidental sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as a sample of 100 and only return 90. This research is kualtitatif, and testing using multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that two simultaneous independent variables significantly influence adherence. Partially shown that convenience has a positive and significant effect on adherence. This research was carried out in Kumpai Batu Atas Village, South Arut District, Kotawaringin Barat Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of the role of agricultural extension agents on the socio-economic conditions of farmers. Data analysis method uses Likert scale, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, f-test and determination coefficient. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data.The socio-economic conditions of farmers in "ngawi" farmer groups consist of the age of farmers 30-40 years (12%), 41-50 years (24%), 51-60 years (48%); education consists of elementary school (64%), junior high school (32%), S1 (4%); income level range <Rp. 1,500,000 (34%), Rp. 1,500,000 - Rp. 2,500,000 (64%),> Rp. 2,500,000 - Rp. 3,000,000 (12%) and the work of the farmer respondent all (100%) earns a living as farmer.                 The results showed the hypothesis testing together had a fcount of 0.087 smaller than the value of ftabel of 3.44 which means that Ha was rejected and H0 was accepted, this indicates that the independent variable includes the factors of instructor as educator, facilitator and supervisor together- the same does not affect the dependent variable, namely the socio-economic conditions of the farmers. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 1.64 + 0.35 X1 + 0.13 X2 + 0.05 X3 + e which indicates a positive influence between the instructor factors as educators, facilitators and supervisors on the social economic conditions of farmers. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained shows that 11.1% of socioeconomic conditions can be influenced by the extension factor as an educator, facilitator and supervisor.

ABSTRACT Objective: To determine the influence of nurse education and training on attitudes towards communication, emotional intelligence, and empathy. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted using three separate instruments to measure attitudes towards communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence, and two questions to determine the academic qualifications of the study participants. The effect of the variables was tested using one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlations, and hierarchical multiple linear regression. Results: The study sample comprised 438 nurses from hospitals in Valencia, Spain. Differences in subscale scores of the instruments according to degree level and specialized training were observed, showing that nurses with only a degree and less specialized training had lower capacity for empathy and emotional intelligence. The strongest correlations were found between the factors of the communication dimensions. Multiple linear regression showed that perspective taking and emotional clarity had the greatest predictive power. Conclusion: Degree level and specialized training were shown to influence the study variables and it is therefore necessary to prioritize education and training programs that promote the development of these skills to ensure improved service quality.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment influence simultaneously and partially and to know which variables that influence dominant between motivation variables and work environment on employee performance of packing beverage products at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan.In this study the primary data obtained through survey results of questionnaires distributed to the study respondents amounted to 32 respondents. In this study used data analysis that is with the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test to find out how big influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.The results of this study proves that based on simultaneous calculation results there is a mutual influence of independent variables that are positive and significant to employee performance variables. While the test results in multiple linear regression and partially showed that each of the independent variables are motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the employee's performance at PT. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. AbstractThe study was  conducted  to  determine  the  effect  of    education, experience, expertise, and character on company decisions using Islamic Economics graduates. The data processed in this study is primary data that obtained through distributing questionnaires to companies using graduates of Islamic Economics. The number of research samples was 40 companies. The data obtained were  analyzed using multiple linear regression equations through the equation KepPer = a+ b1Pen + b2Peng + b3K + b4KP + e. Education, experience, expertise, and character contributed 56% to the company's decision to use Islamic economic graduates and the remaining 44% was contributed by other factors outside the research. Variables that significantly influence the company's decision to use Islamic economic graduates consist of; education. While the variables that do not influence the company's decision to use Islamic economic Islamic economic are characters. Pendidikan, pengalaman, keahlian, dan karakter memiliki kontribusi sebesar 56% terhadap keputusan perusahaan menggunakan alumni Ekonomi Syariah dan 44% sisanya disumbangkan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian.Variabel yang signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan perusahaan dalam menggunakan alumni ekonomi syariah terdiri dari pendidikan. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak mempengaruhi keputusan perusahaan dalam menggunakan alumni ekonomi syariah adalah karakter. Secarasimultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap terikat.                                                       Kata Kunci: Keputusan Perusahaan, Pendidikan, Karakter.
