This article advances a holistic framework that aims to facilitate a better understanding of the nuanced impact of the internet on contemporary creative participation. Functioning simultaneously as the context, locus, and medium for creative activity, the internet affects each stage in the life cycle of a creative product – creation, distribution, interpretation, and remix. In addition, this influence is felt in a wide range of creative products: off-line and online, professional and vernacular. Previous research has not examined these different processes and types of creative output in conversation with each other; by advancing an integrative analytical approach and synthesizing research from multiple domains, this work attempts to address this gap. As a way to illuminate this impact and demonstrate the value of the proposed framework, the article applies this framework to three case studies: a work of off-line art ( The Artist Is Present), online art ( Moon), and online nonart or vernacular online creativity (Pepe the Frog memes). This analysis facilitates a deeper understanding of these interrelated processes, attends to the complex ways in which new media blurs the borders between those categorizations, and discusses the potential implications of these complex contemporary dynamics.

AbstractThe educator's producer institution is required to improve quality to be able to produce great graduates. This paper presents the research results on the readiness of the educator's producer institution at Raden Intan State Islamic Institute in preparing professional teacher candidates through the Pre-service Professional Teacher training program. This study uses a qualitative approach, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The inductive data analysis results obtained several conclusions: First, based on accreditation status, academic position, education level, and the ratio of lecturers and students, only three study programs have met the criteria. Second, the program for improving and developing instructional activities, partnership networks, and quality assurance has been running effectively. Third, the high interest of prospective students entering the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Raden Intan Lampung supports preparing professional educators. Meanwhile, the student selection process that puts aside the exploration of interests and talents and applied competencies, the limitations and lack of infrastructure, and the weak socialization of policies related to Pre-service PPG are part of the many inhibiting factors LPTKs in preparing prospective professional educators.

From the earliest ages, the commitment to an inclusive education needs the impulse of an educational system that opens its schools to all students. This reality would not be possible today without taking into account the educational support provided by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to the inclusive process, since they constitute the scaffolding that will allow participation and the realization of tasks adjusted to the possibilities and interests of the people. In the process of integration of ICT in the classroom, teachers are a key element since, as has been shown in numerous studies, one of the critical factors for the success of educational systems is the existence of trained, motivated teachers. The purpose is to know the main barriers or obstacles for the development of teacher training plans in ICT for people with disabilities, as well as the priority aspects for training. In the empirical part of the study, 241 interviews with professionals from the Spanish educational sector (members of management teams, ICT coordinators, directors and technological advisors of teacher training centers) were analyzed. Among the conclusions, we can highlight that the main barriers that hinder the implementation of ICT training activities and disability in most of the autonomous communities are determined in the first place by economic factors, lack of time, and teachers’ attitude. The conclusions of the study make it necessary to adopt important measures in the initial training of teachers in order to be trained in the incorporation and appropriate use of ICT in teaching people with different types of disabilities, especially taking into account that the reality that we face every time has more innovative and enriching technological tools that offer us a wide range of applications and adequate tools for this purpose.

The world of work and occupations are changing rapidly as globalisation and digitalisation make headway. Today the occupation and its necessary competence requirements stopped being acquired once and forever. Modern professions become dynamic, should constantly reinvent themselves and be maintained by upgrading the competence. Consequently, the pedagogical competence of HEI teachers must also meet the new requirements, and the teachers should continuously widen the scope of their interests. Professional teacher training in Finland is internationally acknowledged thanks to high professionalism of instructors and due to the fact that training is based on research. The article analyses the scientific foundation of professional teacher training in Finland, its implementation and relationship with the changing world of work drawing on the example of the curriculum of HAMK University of Applied Sciences. The analysis of the curriculum shows that pedagogical studies for in-work learners meet the requirement of dynamism. They require involvement and active participation of the learners in the teaching process and its implementation receives positive student feedback.. The curriculum focuses on developing the teacher’s work and provides an idealistic view on what it is to work as a teacher. A strive for continuous professional growth stems from pedagogical competence.
