The article analyzes the current state of the study of future preschool teachers’ readiness to health-saving activity with preschoolers in domestic and foreign educational theory and practice. The article considers the relevance of the problem of healthy lifestyle in the younger generation forming, starting from preschool age. Despite the considerable interest of scientists to the issues of personality’s readiness for teaching, which reflect future specialists of preschool education preparation process and its result: readiness or professional competence (professional training of future preschool teachers for physical education of preschoolers – Yu. Kovalenko, S. Petrenko, O. Shovkoplias and other; work in families – O. Zalizniak, N. Kovalevska and other; using computer technologies – S. Diachenko, I. Mardarova, O. Nesterenko and other)), the issue of future preschool teachers’ readiness forming to health-saving activity with preschoolers both in theoretical and in practical aspect remains little studied, which is manifested in the lack of a unified understanding of this phenomenon; further development requires the issue of disclosure and justification of the content, forms and methods of future preschool teachers’ readiness’ forming to health-saving activity with preschoolers. The basic concepts are analyzed in article: «readiness», «readiness to activity», «health-saving activity», professional activity». The concept «forming future preschool teachers’ readiness to health-saving activity with preschoolers is considered as professional training in higher education, the purpose of which is to acquire future preschool teachers a certain level of special pedagogical knowledge, skills, development of their pedagogical abilities, personal professional qualities, which on the basis of sustainable pedagogical motivation will allow them to ensure the formation of preschoolers health-saving competence».

The article reveals the category ‘professional burnout’ and describes the ways of emotional states self-regulation of educators in modern preschool educational institutions. Methods for improving kindergarten teachers’ professional competence and self-esteem are clarified. It is defined how to find balance and harmony in professional activity to avoid overload and prevent professional burnout.The changes that are taking place in preschool education today place new demands on kindergarten teachers’ professional training. To optimize educators’ activities, it is necessary to balance the mode of their work and rest. Only by paying due attention to this issue can we avoid the phenomenon of professional burnout, which is quite common today.Attitudes towards colleagues, children, and parents should be based on the basic principles of partnership pedagogy, in particular respect for the individual, positive attitude and friendliness, and distributed leadership. In these conditions, educators of preschool educational institutions will be able to achieve maximum success in their activities, create effective learning and play environments that will form a comprehensively developed personality, and help the kindergarten teacher to maintain enthusiasm for many years.The article emphasizes that professionals must be able to resist the influence of adverse external factors that occur during professional activities. The key vectors of the educator’s life position should be optimism, self-efficacy, and the use of productive strategies to have their emotional state, to remain calm in any situation. It is necessary to be able to maintain mental balance, internal and external resources, and creative potential.

The modern sociocultural situation of the development of society involves taking into account all aspects of human life in the educational process. Are our students - future preschool teachers - ready to build their activities taking into account socio-cultural aspects. The authors consider the characteristic of readiness, highlighting motivational and value-based component (awareness of the importance of their process, readiness for continuous improvement and professional development, highlighting the values of professional activity), activity-technological component (knowledge of the ways of interaction with the subjects of the pedagogical process, design of the educational and educational process, the use of modern teaching tools (IT), information and knowledge component (knowledge of the specifics of preschool childhood, modern trends in the development of society and education, learning technologies). The study shows the insufficient level of development of the 2nd and the 3rd components of the readiness of future teachers. The proposed methods of professional training of future teachers of preschool education are associated with the use of business games, conducting master classes, studying the technological component of the educational process.

Teaching preschool children in English is a potential development of a creative, competitive, highly moral personality. The task of the preschool teachers is helping the child understand their internal value orientations. The content of the training of the teacher of English for children of preschool age is the system of knowledge, ability and skills necessary for carrying out professional activities. The sources of the contents of teacher training should be pedagogical theory, normative documents on education, theory and practice, didactic patterns and methods of teaching preschoolers of English. For the development of preschoolers of the educational course of the English language the game, communicative, cognitive-research, artistic, labor and physical activity is organized.

In the article self-education as a component of professional training acts as a way to implement it. In this context, the self-education of future educators, we mean the process that ensures the continuity of raising the educational level and expanding the information field of professionals, improving the quality and raising the level of their competence and professionalism, related to personal development and participation in general and pedagogical culture. Serves to form a worldview, because the student is the subject of management of their own educational activities during professional training. Based on the analysis of different approaches to the definition of "self-educational competence" in the context of this study, we consider this term as an integrative phenomenon characterized by stable internal motivation, the formation of professionally significant personal qualities, skills and abilities to organize cognitive personality. search activities aimed at a continuous process of professional development; and is an integral part of the professional competence of the specialist and an indicator of the success of his professional activity. Given the above, it is possible to state the close connection between the concept of "self-education" and the concept of "vocational training"; self-education should be understood as a way to implement this training, which, accordingly, aims to form a skilled worker capable of developing strategies for professional development as a result of self- education. This is one of the most important prerequisites for further professional realization of him as a specialist In this regard, higher education faces the task of developing more effective learning technologies and creating conditions that would be focused on stimulating students' self- education. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the key concepts "educator", "future educator", "self-education", "competence", "formation of self- educational competence". Methods: analysis, systematization and generalization of psychological and pedagogical literature in order to clarify the state of development of the research problem and clarify the conceptual apparatus.

An urgent issue for preschool education is the training of specialists in the specialty 012 “Preschool Education” to carry out educational work in the field of art, and creativity. Modern scientific works that cover the issues of training future teachers on these issues have been studied. The article is devoted to the issues of preparing future pedagogues for leadership of artistic and creative activity in artistic labor of preschool children in pre-school establishments. It was found that the acquisition of professional competencies should take place not only through the enrichment of knowledge, skills and abilities of students from higher educational institutions but also through the improvement of their own culture. The aim of the article is to outline the features of professional preparation of future educators to guidance artistically-creative activity of children of preschool age in the process of artistic labor. In the article, some scientific research on the problem of formation of professional competence of future educators are analyzed. The peculiarities of professional training of students to the leadership of artistic and creative activity of artistic labor of preschool children are revealed in the article. The author proposes the use of modern pedagogical technologies to intensify the students’ activity in the course of studying the course “Art work and the basics of design”: educational games, master classes, mini-projects, heuristic receptions of training (“transformation”, “brain attack”, “improvement”, “Direct analogy”, “symbolic analogy”, “professional self-improvement”), receptions of creative training “Karus”: “combining”, “search analogues”, “universalization”, “suggestive questions”. The author discovered the use of various non-traditional artistic techniques that have been included in the work with preschool children recently: quilling, beading, decoupage, sculpting out of salty dough, creation of a lapbook, workshop, etc. The application of the proposed pedagogical technologies contributes to the effective training of future educators for the leadership of artistic labor in modern pre-school establishments. The topicalty of the problem dealing with the professional mobilization competence is determined by professional requirements to the professional training intended for the future social workers. It provides readiness for permanent improvement of professional competence and discloses future specialist’s personal reserves, we mean hidden internal potentials which contribute to the ability to mobilize the efforts aimed at continuous professional and self-development. The purpose of the article is to determine the nature and structure of the phenomenon called «professional mobilization competence of a social worker» as well as to identify the pedagogical conditions facilitating its development. A set of methods was used to solve the assigned tasks: theoretical methods: the analysis of psychological and pedagogical theory and practice of higher social and pedagogical education, the analysis of personal teaching activity and higher education standards in the specialty 231 «Social Work»; empirical methods: diagnostic, observational. It’s been determined that the professional mobilization competence is interpreted as a complex integrated quality of an individual which allows conscious and effective implementation of his / her own strategy aimed at solving specialized tasks and practical problems related to the social sphere or to the educational process. The structure of the professional mobilization competence comprises a set of these components: personal mobilization, state of preparedness, individual potential. The conditions providing the development of the professional mobilization competence have been determined: deep rethinking of the existing personal qualities and improvement of the other ones which are necessary for successful professional activity under the new changed conditions of existence, awareness at the level of beliefs in the individual potential within the training. The paper discusses the features of implementation of additional professional training programs for preschool teachers. The author reveals a facilitative approach in organizing and teaching classes as models of a teacher and students relationship, based on care, organization and encouragement of teachers process of self-development. The paper describes two types of facilitation: social facilitation, which is seen as facilitating or reinforcing influence of social factors on the quality of the individual performance in the learning process, and pedagogical facilitation as a synergy (cooperation), the interdependence of the teacher and the group taking into account each students personal autonomy. The essence of pedagogical facilitation of additional professional education is presented as an active job in the group, as a result of which students will be able to analyze the problem and to make unconventional decision as professionals. In this regard, the task of the teacher is to involve students in the educational process and to share some managerial functions with the aim of creating conditions for a revival of deep interest to the subject (module) and promoting positive attitude to educational activity. Facilitative orientation of training courses for preschool teachers includes: creating conditions for a positive mood and understanding of prospects of professional improvement and personal growth; getting specific educational product that can move to a situation of professional activity (project, program, technology, etc.); providing prospects for further progress opportunities in the area of professional activities.

The article is devoted to the issue of future specialists of preschool education training to creative self-realization in professional activity. The authors of the article reveal the pedagogical diagnostics of readiness to creative self-realization in professional activity of higher educational institutions’ students. The purpose of the study is to reveal the results of pedagogical diagnostics of future specialists of preschool education readiness to creative self-realization in professional activity. A diagnostic methodology and criteria of future specialists of preschool education to creative self-realization in professional activity readiness has developed. The criteria of future specialists of preschool education to creative self-realization in professional activity readiness are: motivational and valuable, creative activity, assessment and reflective. Each criterion includes a group of quality indicators. The methodological tools was developed, which was used for pedagogical diagnostics of this professional quality forming in future specialists of preschool education. The experimental study helped to identify the characteristics of qualitative measurements for primary, reproductive and creative levels of readiness of future preschool teachers’ professional training. We see the prospect of further research in the development of methodology of future specialists of preschool education preparing to creative self-realization in professional activity.

The essence of organizational culture of the head of educational institution, its humanistic direction and vectors of development are revealed in the article. Organizational culture (as a phenomenon) in the world theory and practice of management is defined in the humanistic approach to the organization and management of people in it, where the main task of management is adaptation to the external environment and trying to change it through the development of organizational culture, which helps to influence the activities of the organization through established values, norms, traditions, language, etc.; equips executives with a special system of concepts that makes day-to-day leadership of people meaningful and understandable. A great potential in addressing this issue is the process of professional training of executives, during which it is possible to influence both the interests of the organization as a whole and its individual members – teachers. The role of the leader in the development of organizational culture of the modern school is positioned, which requires not only comprehensive knowledge, perfect knowledge of management science, but also true dedication and unlimited responsibility for the task, high pedagogical skills. Analyzing scientific approaches to the study of this problem is necessary to develop methods that would increase the motivation of managers to constantly seek ways to improve management credo, and, as a consequence, create the benchmarks of their professional behavior and organization of management activities. The results of the study are summarized regarding the essence of pedagogical skill, which includes the following components: professional competence, readiness for creative professional activity, pedagogical abilities and pedagogical technique. It is determined that the pedagogical skills of the head of the modern school are considered in the context of introduction of new effective educational technologies, rational use of didactic, material and technological and human resources, achievements of the national pedagogical theory and practice, high level of organizational culture of raising the educational level of the educational cadre.

Основная задача детского сада - подготовить ребенка к самостоятельной жизни, дав ему для этого необходимые умения, навыки, воспитав определенные привычки. Сегодня в дошкольных учреждениях уделяется большое внимание здоровье сберегающим технологиям, которые направлены на решение самой главной задачидошкольного образования – сохранить, поддержать и обогатить здоровье детей. During this period there is an intensive development of organs and the formation of functional systems of the body. The steady tendency of deterioration of health of preschool children outlined in recent years, increase in number of children with violations of mental and speech development, dictates need of search of the mechanisms allowing to change this situation. The main task of the kindergarten is to prepare the child for independent life, giving him the necessary skills, bringing up certain habits. Today, preschool institutions pay great attention to health-saving technologies, which are aimed at solving the most important task of preschool education – to preserve, support and enrich the health of children.
