ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen Brekele Chips dan mengusulkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk dapat Brekele Chips terapkan guna meningkatkan minat beli konsumennya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 123 penduduk Jawa Barat pada kelompok usia remaja yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan Brekele Chips dan penyebaran kuesioner ke sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis internal based resources, analisis valuable, rare, costly to imitate, dan non-substitutable, analisis sustainable competitive advantage, dan analisis strengths, weakness, opportunities, dan threats. Berdasarkan analisis sumber daya internal yang dimiliki, hasil menunjukkan bahwa Brekele Chips dapat menerapkan suatu strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumennya melalui pengadaan event marketing creative challenge. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the buying interest of Brekele Chips consumers and propose the right marketing strategy to be able to apply Brekele Chips to increase consumer buying interest. This research uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 123 residents of West Java in the adolescent age group obtained through purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data obtained from in-depth interviews with Brekele Chips and distributing questionnaires to the research sample. The data analysis method uses internal based resources analysis, valuable, rare, costly to imitate, and non-substitutable analysis, analysis of sustainable competitive advantage, and analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Based on the analysis of its internal resources, the results show that Brekele Chips can implement a marketing strategy to increase consumer buying interest through the provision of creative challenge marketing events.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dapat diaplikasikan pada UMKM Toko Sikece dan untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran pada UMKM Toko Sikece dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan Internal Resources Based, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), framework Value Rarity Imitability Organization (VRIO) dan tabel Threats Opportunities Weaknesses Strengths (TOWS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi yang tepat untuk penetration share yaitu dengan meningkatkan penjualan dengan strategi promosi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjulan pada toko sikece.   Kata kunci: strategi promosi, penjualan, penetration share, internal based resourcesAbstractThis study aims to find out the strategy applied to UMKM Toko Sikece and to compile UMKM Toko Sikece marketing strategy with qualitative descriptive research method. The result of study indicate that proper strategy for penetration share is increasing sales and promotion strategy. The result of this study expected to increase sales on Toko Sikece. The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the impact of TQM, Transformational Leadership (TL), and Executive Ability (EA) on improving sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) in MSMEs in Banten Province based on local leading potential. The method of distributing questionnaires is used in this study to collect primary data. This study's population consisted of all owners and managers of MSMEs in Banten Province. In contrast, the sample in this study is formed of the owners and managers of MSMEs of Local Leading Potential in Banten Province. Purposive sampling was being used in the study, as well as Warp PLS V. 7.0 and SPSS Version 25 test equipment. The findings of this study were as follows: (1) TQM had a significant positive effect on TL and SCA, but not on EA. (2) TL has a statistically significant positive effect on SCA and EA. (3) EA has a statistically significant positive effect on SCA. (4) TL mediates the effect of TQM on SCA and TQM on EA, and (5) EA does not mediate the effect of TQM on SCA. VAF (Variance Accounted For) has been used to calculate mediation effects.

Karampuang traditional house is one of the cultural heritages that has symbols and meanings believed from generation to generation. This study aims to determine what symbols are contained in the Karampuang traditional house, both verbal and non-verbal, and to analyze the symbols. This research used qualitative method which the data were collected by using some techniques including: observation, in-depth interviews, documentation study, literature study, and field notes. The study used two data sources, primary data and secondary data. The technique of determining informants in this study was the purposive sampling technique. There were six informants. A traditional house consists of two houses. There are two renowned traditional houses, to wit; Arung and Gella. Arung’s house faces West, while Gella's traditional house faces East. The Roof of the house has two layers with a timpa laja’ in three layers. The roof Gella's is not double-decked and two-tiered; while the Arung’s composed of three of the timpa laja. In regard to the Islamic symbols in traditional houses, the houses are constructed with 30 house poles, as a symbol of the number of juz in the Quran. The 5 poles running north to south symbolize the 5 pillars of Islam; while 6 poles from west to east are a symbol of the six articles of faith. The ladder of the Karampuang traditional house only has one ladder with odd steps which the position is different from the house in general.The door of the house is located in Elle 'ri olo which is parallel right againts Salima'. Above the door, there is a stone that functions as a counterweight so that the door can be partially or completely open. The floor of a house made of bamboo is also called salima as a symbol of the rib which stretches from north to south called tunebbe'. The kitchen is located at the front that can be clearly seen when climbing the house’s ladder; in front of the door is a kitchen with two stoves located.

This research has identified the government's strategies to encourage creative fashion industries in Indonesia with its cultural branding and the applicability of sustainable competitive advantage as a concept to maintain competitiveness. This research employed a qualitative research method based on primary data, obtained from in-depth interviews at the Creative  Economy  Agency,  the  Indonesian Ministry of Trade and, the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, and the Central  Statistics  Agency.  In analyzing the data, this research categorizes the reports and journals of the government's endeavor result. It then reduced the data by creating a discussion scheme and writing the core of each discussion component. Data is triangulated to compare the results of interviews with research objects and documents. The research found that the following are crucial strategies to empower sustainable competitive advantage of the creative economy in Indonesia's fashion subsector:  Developing  Priority Industry Clusters, Research and Development, Indonesia Trend Forecasting, Innovative and Creativity through Nusantara Collaboration, Modest Fashion, Intellectual Property Rights, and  Economic Partnership Agreement.

This research aims to find out the right strategy in using Instagram as an advertising medium for MSMEs in Amoira using descriptive qualitative methods. The data is taken by doing two ways, namely interviews and also observations. The data obtained is processed by several methods such as internal resources analysis, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) analysis, VRIO framework, and also TOWS analysis. Then the researchers conducted a content analysis to propose strategies for using Instagram. In this study, generate strategies that can be carried out based on the analysis conducted on Amoira. This article is based on annotated translation. Annotated translation is a translation with commentary. The objective of this article is to find out strategies that was employed in translating in Personal Pronoun I and You in the novel The Sins of Father by Jeffry Archer. The research used qualitative method with retrospective and introspective as research approached. The syntactic strategies by Chesterman is employ as tools of analysis. The result shows that from 25 data, there are 5 primary data which are taken using purposive sampling technique. There are 3 word ‘I’ and 2 word ‘You’, which all the data has the same translation principle and strategies.

 This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of former drug addicts, starting from drug abuse until they become addicted, deciding to stop using them. This study uses a qualitative approach, the subject or informant is determined using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type based on predetermined criteria, which involves one informant, namely a male (F) aged 42 years. Data collection methods used in this study are in-depth interviews (in depth interviews), where researchers will interview informants with semi-structured interviews. In addition, researchers also used observation and psychological tests, which are graphic tests in the form of DAM (Draw a Man) and BAUM (tree drawing) tests, and intelligence tests using WAIS. The data analysis technique used is case study analysis of case / incident patterns. Based on the results of research F became a drug addict because of the learning process, where the enjoyment and lack of parental supervision is a reinforcement to continue using drugs. Generalization of people, places, pleasure makes it difficult for F to stop using drugs.   Keywords: Psychological Dynamics, Drug Addicts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis mantan pecandu napza, dimulai dari awal menyalahgunan napza hingga menjadi kecanduan, memutuskan untuk berhenti memakai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Subjek atau informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sampling non-probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, yaitu melibatkan satu informan, yaitu laki-laki (F) yang berusia 42 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara secara mendalam (in depth interview), dimana peneliti akan menwawancarai informan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur. Selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan observasi serta menggunakan tes-tes psikologi, yaitu tes grafis berupa tes DAM (Draw a Man) dan BAUM (tes menggambar pohon), serta tes inteligensi dengan menggunakan WAIS. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis studi kasus pola kasus/kejadian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian F menjadi pecandu narkoba karena adanya proses belajar, dimana kenikmatan dan kurangnya pengawasan orang tua merupakan reinforcement untuk terus menggunakan napza. Adanya generalisasi terhadap people, place, pleasure menyebabkan F sulit untuk berhenti menggunakan napza. Kata Kunci: Dinamika Psikologis, Mantan Pengguna Napza

This study examines the relationship between dynamic capabilities (experience, routine, skills, firm characteristics, knowledge and technology) and competitive advantage sustainability in the Egyptian pharmaceutical sector. The data was collected using primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was collected from questionnaires distributed to 160 top managers in 20 pharmaceutical firms. The secondary data about pharmaceutical firms like rankings, revenues and market share was collected from external sources such as Intercontinental Marketing Service (IMS). The questionnaires examine six independent variables based on a five-scale Likert scale. The methodology used in the study is non-probability sampling (judgmental sampling), Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient and Chi-square tests. The results support the notion that there is a significant relationship between four of the six dynamic capabilities (experience, skills, firm characteristics and knowledge) and the competitive advantage sustainability for pharmaceutical firms in Egypt. Designing the questionnaire and formulating the questions to target the required field was challenging, given that the topic is dynamic and the business scene in Egypt has witnessed drastic political changes since January 2011. The study should assist pharmaceutical companies in Egypt in directing their investments properly and in determining the weaknesses in their dynamic capabilities that need to be addressed.

Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.

This research aims to find out and test the influence of E-SPT Implementation, Knowledge and Socialization on Personal Taxpayer Compliance in TelukJambe Village. The study used quantitative methods using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in the study was 620 people. The sample in this study was 86 respondents. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling.  The results showed that the Implementation of E-SPT had no significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance, Knowledge had a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance and Socialization had no significant effect on People's Taxpayer Compliance. The influence of E-spt, Knowledge and Socialization together affects Taxpayer Compliance. Keywords: Implementation of E-SPT, Knowledge and Socialization, Taxpayer Compliance
