DINAMIKA PSIKOLOGIS PADA MANTAN PECANDU NAPZA YANG SEDANG MENJALANI PROGRAM SUBSTITUSI ORAL METADON (STUDI KASUS)

 This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of former drug addicts, starting from drug abuse until they become addicted, deciding to stop using them. This study uses a qualitative approach, the subject or informant is determined using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type based on predetermined criteria, which involves one informant, namely a male (F) aged 42 years. Data collection methods used in this study are in-depth interviews (in depth interviews), where researchers will interview informants with semi-structured interviews. In addition, researchers also used observation and psychological tests, which are graphic tests in the form of DAM (Draw a Man) and BAUM (tree drawing) tests, and intelligence tests using WAIS. The data analysis technique used is case study analysis of case / incident patterns. Based on the results of research F became a drug addict because of the learning process, where the enjoyment and lack of parental supervision is a reinforcement to continue using drugs. Generalization of people, places, pleasure makes it difficult for F to stop using drugs.   Keywords: Psychological Dynamics, Drug Addicts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis mantan pecandu napza, dimulai dari awal menyalahgunan napza hingga menjadi kecanduan, memutuskan untuk berhenti memakai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Subjek atau informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sampling non-probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, yaitu melibatkan satu informan, yaitu laki-laki (F) yang berusia 42 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara secara mendalam (in depth interview), dimana peneliti akan menwawancarai informan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur. Selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan observasi serta menggunakan tes-tes psikologi, yaitu tes grafis berupa tes DAM (Draw a Man) dan BAUM (tes menggambar pohon), serta tes inteligensi dengan menggunakan WAIS. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis studi kasus pola kasus/kejadian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian F menjadi pecandu narkoba karena adanya proses belajar, dimana kenikmatan dan kurangnya pengawasan orang tua merupakan reinforcement untuk terus menggunakan napza. Adanya generalisasi terhadap people, place, pleasure menyebabkan F sulit untuk berhenti menggunakan napza. Kata Kunci: Dinamika Psikologis, Mantan Pengguna Napza

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kusioner dan melakukan wawancara, sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna pada tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non probability sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan korelasi determinasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini variabel yang paling dominan adalah faktor esktern bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Dimana besarnya kontribusi faktor penyebab kredit macet terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sedang.Kata Kunci : Kredit Macet, NPL, Bank Perkreditan Rakyat   AbstractThis research aims to determine the factors internal bank and factor external bank of causing non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. The research method that was used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected by using questionnaires and conducting interviews, while for secondary data obtained through literature study. The population in this study is non performing loans customers at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna in 2018 as many as 46 people. The sampling technique that was used is non probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique that was used is a multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the research are the most dominant variable is factor external bank. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence of factor internal bank and factor external bank  to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Where the magnitude of the contributing factors causing of non performing loans to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya showed a moderate influence.Keywords: Non Performing Loans, NPL, Rural Credit

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh liabilitas dan ekuitas terhadap profitabilitas. Indikator untuk mengukur profitabilitas menggunakan Return on Equity (ROE), sementara kewajiban menggunakan rasio hutang jangka pendek terhadap ekuitas (STDE) dan ekuitas pemegang saham menggunakan rasio rasio prorietary (PR). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Infrastruktur Primarindo Asia, tbk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling, dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah selama 8 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan liabilitas jangka pendek, dan modal tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas baik secara parsial maupun simultan.   Kata kunci: Hutang Jangka Pendek (STDE), Prorietary Ratio (PR) dan Return on Equity (ROE).   Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of liabilities and equity on profitability. Indicators to measure profitability use Return on Equity (ROE), while liabilities use the ratio of short-term debt to equity (STDE) and shareholder equity using the ratio of prorietary ratio  (PR). this research was conducted at PT. Primarindo Asia infrastructure, tbk. This type of research is associative research. The sampling technique used is a non probability sampling technique that is purposive sampling, with the sample used is for 8 years. The analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the regression analysis shows short-term liabilities, and capital alone has no influence on profitability either partially or simultaneously. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas komunikasi yang terdapat dalam Tari Kanjet Anyam Tali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi komunikasi. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi nonpartisipan, analisis dokumen dan studi pustaka. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi, analisis dan interpretasi.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Situasi Komunikatif yang terdapat dalam tempat pelaksanaannya yaitu Rumah Lamin. Peristiwa Komunikatif terbagi menjadi tujuh: a) Setting, lokasi ditampilkannya Tari Kanjet Anyam Tali adalah di Rumah Lamin. b) Panutan, yang menjadi panutan pada saat penari menarikan Tari Kanjet Anyam Tali adalah Orang Tua, Pelatih Tari, Serta Burung Enggang. c) Tujuan, tujuan diadakan Tari Kanjet Anyam Tali adalah Untuk Menyambut para tamu yang hadir d) Tahapan pertunjukan. e) Bentuk pesan, dalam Tari Kanjet Anyam Tali adalah nyanyian, gerakan dan penampilan. g) Aturan wajib yang perlu dilakukan oleh para penari adalah wajib menguasai setiap gerakan. h) Mitos, mitos yang berlaku pada saat ditampilkannya Tari Kanjet Anyam Tali adalah hadirnya para Dewa di Rumah Lamin. Tindakan Komunikatif yaitu verbal dan nonverbal, yakni gerakan yang merupakan gambaran dari menganyam tali dan ekspresi wajah tersenyum. Patung burung enggang digunakan sebagai symbol kedamaian yang ingin dicapai. Lagu yang mengiringi Tarian ini adalah Bangun Tawai yang berarti mengajak berkumpul bersama dan bahagia bersama. AbstractThis study aims to determine the communication activities contained in Kanjet Anyam Tali Dance. This research used a qualitative approach with methods of ethnography of communication. The informants were 3 (three) people are determined using purposive sampling technique. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, analysis of documents and literature. The data analysis technique used is the description, analysis and interpretation.Results from the reseach showed that, Communicative situation is the place of execution, namely lamin house. Communicative events is divided into seven: a) setting, where they appear Kanjet Anyam Tali Dance is in lamin house. b) Role Model, which became a role model at the time of the dancers the Dance Kanjet Anyam Tali is Parent, Coach Dance, as well as hornbills. c) Objectives, goals held Kanjet Anyam Tali Dance is To Welcoming the guests who were present in the village Pampang d) Stages show. e) The form of the message, the message forms Kanjet Anyam Tali Dance is singing, motion and appearance. g) Rules shall be performed by the dancers are required to master every move. h) Myth, myth prevailing at the time of display of dance Kanjet Anyam Tali is the presence of the gods in the House Lamin. Communicative action contained is verbal and nonverbal. Statue of hornbills is used as a symbol of peace to be achieved. The song that accompanies this dance is Bangun Tawai which means getting gathered together and happy together.

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics on employee loyalty at Nurul Hayat Foundation in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires to employees of Nurul Hayat Surabaya. The analysis technique used is SEM PLS by conducting a non-probability sampling technique used in sampling in this study, namely the purposive sampling technique. This study aims to prove empirically the effect of companies growth to companies value with profitability as moderating. This study done at manufacturing companies in consumer goods sector that listed on the IDX. Sample were selected using with non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Total observation on this study is 60 observations for period 2015-2017. Analysis technique that used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of this study show companies growth and profitability doesn’t affect companies value. Profitability didn’t capable to moderating companies growth in affecting companies value.  Keywords: Companies Value;  Companies Growth; Profitability.

Abstract : Patients with mental disorders until now still in view as a strange and frightening public, the lack of understanding of the public about mental disorders cause people with mental disorders are less acceptable in the public. The purpose of this research to determine the acceptance of public to mental disorder.The design was used qualitative research used descriptive phenomenology approach. Data collected by in-depth interview method then analyzed was used collaizzi data analysis technique. Sampling in this research was used purposive sampling technique with the number of 4 participants.The result of the research was the finding of 10 themes that is 1) do not consider public with mental disorder; 2) There were still little public attention to people with mental disorders; 3) Treat public with mental disorders inhumanely; 4) The public had not fully recieved mental sufferers; 5) Consider inner pressure as the cause of mental disorders; 6) Consider spirits as the cause of mental disorders; 7) Assume not strong science as the cause of mental disorders; 8) Wanting public with mental disorders can re-interact with the public; 9) Obtaining the attention of health workers for the cure of mental sufferers; 10) Feeling uncomfortable with the existence of people with mental disorders. Therefore, people need to be given information about mental disorders so that people can treat public with mental disorders humanely involving.Keywords : Acceptance, community, mental disorder. Abstrak : Penderita gangguan jiwa sampai sekarang masih di pandang sebagai orang yang aneh dan menakutkan, kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai gangguan jiwa menyebabkan penderita gangguan jiwa kurang diterima di lingkungan masyarakat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerimaan masyarakat pada penderita gangguan jiwa. Desain yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode in-depth interview kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan tehnik analisa data collaizzi. Pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 4 partisipan.Hasil penelitian adalah ditemukannya 10 tema yaitu 1) Tidak menganggap penderita gangguan jiwa; 2) Masih terdapat sedikit perhatian masyarakat terhadap penderita gangguan jiwa; 3) Memperlakukan penderita gangguan jiwa secara tidak manusiawi; 4) Masyarakat belum menerima sepenuhnya penderita gangguan jiwa; 5) Menganggap tekanan batin sebagai penyebab gangguan jiwa; 6) Menganggap roh halus sebagai penyebab gangguan jiwa; 7) Menganggap tidak kuat ilmu sebagai penyebab gangguan jiwa; 8) Menginginkan penderita gangguan jiwa dapat kembali berinteraksi dengan masyarakat; 9) Mendapatkan perhatian dari petugas kesehatan demi kesembuhan penderita gangguan jiwa; 10) Merasa tidak nyaman dengan keberadaan penderita gangguan jiwa. Oleh sebab itu masyarakat perlu diberikan informasi mengenai gangguan jiwa sehingga masyarakat dapat memperlakukan penderita gangguan jiwa secara manusiawi.Kata Kunci : Penerimaan, masyarakat dan gangguan jiwa

This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

Buleleng Regency is located in the northern part of Bali Island with an area of 1,365.88 km2 and along the coast 157,05 km. About 57 tourist attractions such as nature tourism, marine tourism, agro tourism and historical place that can be visited by tourists so that it has its own characteristics compared to other objects. This is the reason authors try to analyze locally-generated revenue (PAD) in Buleleng Regency. The limitations are: (1) Percentage ratio to analyzing the growth rate of PAD Buleleng Regency (2) The object of research is PAD Buleleng Regency from 2001-2016. Sampling in this research using non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This is a quantitative research which measured in numerical scale and data used in the research obtained from bps.go.id site of Buleleng Regency. It can be concluded that the (PAD) of Buleleng Regency increased from 2001 to 2015, but decreased by 3.73% in 2016.

ABSTRACT  The quality of health services has a close relationship with patient satisfaction, because if reality exceeds expectations the patient will use the health service. Patient satisfaction is the expectations that arise after comparing between  reality and expectations. This study aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction of National Health Insurance participants in Kimia Farma Pharmacy 396 Tuminting, Manado City. This type of research is a descriptive study, using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaire sheets to the level of patient satisfaction to 290 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The results obtained by an average overall patient satisfaction of (-0.51), it can be concluded that the level of satisfaction in the negative range which means the patient is not satisfied with the services provided.Keywords : National Health Insurance, level of satisfaction, expectations, reality. ABSTRAK  Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan kepuasan pasien, karena jika kenyataan melebihi harapan maka pasien akan menggunakan pelayanan kesehatan tersebut. Kepuasan pasien akan muncul setelah membandingkan antara kenyataan dan harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Apotek Kimia Farma 396 Tuminting Kota Manado. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan lembar kuesioner tingkat kepuasan pasien kepada 290 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh rata-rata secara keseluruhan kepuasan pasien sebesar (-0,51), dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan berada pada rentang negatif yang artinya pasien tidak puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Kata kunci : Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), tingkat kepuasan, harapan, kenyataan.
