This study aims to determine the differences in financial performance of website based companies (technopreneur) before and after merger determination using fundamental variables, namely CR (current ratio), DER (debt to equity ratio), ROA (return on assets), ROE (return on equity), and NPM (net profit margin) for all merger companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses an event study type with a window period of 1 year before and 1 year after the determination of a merger. The population of this study uses all website based publicly listed companies that merged on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 - 2017 with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique so that 17 companies were sampled. This analysis technique uses a different test analysis on abnormally distributed data (Wilxocon signed rank test). The data source used is secondary data from the official IDX and KPPU websites

This study aims to analyze differences in the company's financial performance before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. The observation period was conducted for 2 years before and 2 years after the IPO. The sampling technique was purposive sampling in order to get 12 companies. Variables used to measure financial performance are Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) ), and Fixed Asset Turn Over (FATO). This research uses a quantitative approach with statistical methods. The data analysis technique used is one sample Kolmogorof Smirnof to test the normality of the data and paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the company's financial performance measured by CR, DAR, DER, and TATO before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and there is no difference in the company's financial performance measured by ROA, ROE, and FATO before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO). ). The results of overall financial performance after the IPO action have not been fully realized so that the company's expectations for creating better financial performance have not been realized.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effects of the Loan to Value (LTV) policy on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method of 42 property and real estate companies that meet the criteria. The research period is divided into 2 namely before the Loan to Value policy (2013-2014) and after the Loan to Value policy (2016-2017) with the Paired Sample t Test analysis technique. The test results show if the current ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity and Debt to Asset have significant differences between before and after the LTV policy is applied. While the fast ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin and Debt to Equity did not show a significant difference. <p class="Imar-Abstract">Covid-19 struck the Indonesian banking industry in particular ASEAN, through the weaker economic growth, which resulted in a slowdown in credit growth and eventually reduce profitability. This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of banks before and after the occurrence of a covid-19 pandemic and formulate alternative strategies to improve the financial performance of Indonesian banks. The study sample consisted of four banks with saturated sampling method (census) are owned banks (State Bank) listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the bank's annual report period 2019 until the second quarter of 2020 which is accessed via the IDX website. Performance is measured using the six financial ratios namely ROA, BOPO, NPL, NIM, CAR and LDR with different test analysis method (Paired T-Test). The study found that in the form of financial ratios ROA, BOPO, CAR and LDR pre and post Covid-19 pandemics have significantly different values, while the NPL and NIM did not differ significantly.</p>

The objective of this research is to examine the difference of abnormal return, and companies’ financial performance, before and after merger or acquisition. The companies’ financial performances are projected by financial ratios, which are return on asset and return on equity. This research is expected to help economic actors in making economic decisions related to merger and acquisition. The samples in this study are 11 companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia) in the year 2010-2011, except financial sectors and done corporate action merger or acquisition. The sample in this study determined based on purposive sampling. Data used in this study is secondary data such as annual reports or financial reports. The results from this study are (1) there is no difference of abnormal return before and after merger or acquisition (2) there is no difference of companies’ financial performance that projected by return on asset before and after merger or acquisition (3) there is a difference of companies’ financial performance that projected by return on equity before and after merger or acquisition. Abstract : The purpose of this research to determine the difference between the financial performance before and after the acquisition of a nonfinancial company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using which is proxied with the ratio of finance current ratio, total assets turn over, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, earnings per share. The research period used is 2011-2016. The population in this study are companies that do acquisitions listed on the BEI. The sample selection of this research using non-probability sampling techniques, with purposive sampling approach. The sample size is 17 samples. The data used are secondary data. Tests conducted are the descriptive statistical test, normality test, and test wilcoxon signed-rank test. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is by using a paired sample analysis differentiation technique. Based on the result of research indicate that there were significant differences in total assets turnover, return on equity, and earnings per share, while the current ratio and debt to equity ratio did not have a significant difference between before and after the acquisition.

This research to analyze and evaluate intellectual capital on financial performance obtained by return on equity, asset turnover and growth in revenue. The population in this study are consumer goods companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample was received by 21 companies obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20 application and uses the VAICTM method to measure intellectual capital. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a significant effect on financial performance generated by return on equity, but intellectual capital does not have a significant effect on financial performance required by asset turnover and growth in revenue.

This study aimed to find out the effect of managerial ownership, financial performance, corporate competition on stock prices with capital structure as the intervening variable in the coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Managerial ownership variables by the shareholding presentation. Financial performance variables by Total Asset Turnover (TATO). Firm competition variable by Concentration Ratio (CR). Capital structure variables by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Stock prices variable by Price to Book Value (PBV). The population of this study was the coal mining companies listed on the IDX. This study used Purposive as the sampling technique. The data source was secondary data from financial statements published through the IDX official website. This study used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with a quantitative approach using regression techniques with the E-Views version 10 program. The results of this study showed that the dealings of managerial ownership had a positive and significant effect on DER, TATO had a negative and not significant effect on DER, while CR had a negative and significant effect on DER. The dealings of managerial ownership, TATO, DER has a positive and significant effect on PBV, while CR has a negative and not significant. The dealings of managerial ownership influences PBV through DER, interestingly TATO has no effect on PBV through DER and CR influences PBV through DER

This study aims to examine the differences in corporate financial performance before and after secondary offerings. The financial performance is proxied by WCR, DER, Solvency, ROA, ROE, Asset Turnover (ATO) and Growth ratio which representing the value of liquidity, financing, activity, performance and growth of the firm. The study involved 67 samples of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange conducting secondary offerings during 2008-2013 period and selected through purposive random sampling method and using Financial Statement data from 2005-2016 period. Hypothesis test is performed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the ratio of Solvency, ROA and ROE between before and after secondary offerings, but there are significant differences in the ratio of WCR, DER, Asset Turnover and Growth. WCR ratio after secondary offerings increased, while DER ratio after secondary offerings decreased, the condition of both ratios showed better performance. While the indication of poor performance seen in decreasing asset turnover ratio and growth ratio.Keywords : agency theory, financial performance, secondary offerings

The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.
