The object of this research is at PT. Telkom Indonesia is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method because the research data is in the form of numbers and uses statistical analysis using liquidity ratios. Data analysis techniques use quantitative analysis in analyzing liquidity ratios, namely Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, At PT. Telkom Indonesia is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for a period of three years (2015-2017) The results showed that PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk for the period of three years 2015 to 2017 in terms of the company's current ratio and quick ratio has not been in accordance with the standard ratio. PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk has fluctuating liquidity conditions so that this is still considered poor.

The objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the numeracy ability of group A RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang, The research method used in the purpose of this study in the Quantitative method with the type of research being Experimental Research, population and sample of 27 children, the research instrument in the form of a checklist in order determine to fint out the numeracy ability of group A in RA Al Khodijah through APE Montessori Manic Math and documentation in the formof photos of children during the learning process, while assessment instrument uses ratting scale which is used for raw data in the form of numbers and more flexible to measure the kegia process.tan in a learning with observation method then the collected data is calculated as the total value. Data analysis techniques used are non parametric statistical analysis techniques using t-test for small correlated samples. The value of Z = -4.324 and the Asymp value Sig (tailed) 0, and Sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.01 then Ha is accepted, it means there is a very significant influence so concluded there is a very significant effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the ability to count group A in RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang.

The research objective is to increase the wealth of mufrodat through hypnoteaching methods. The research subjects were all fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observation formats, question sheets, field notes, and interview guidelines. The research method is classroom action research. Data analysis techniques are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results of the study are: 1) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the pre cycle before receiving hypnoteaching learning method treatment gets an average of 65.38. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who get a score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 23% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 77%. 2) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the first cycle after applying hypnoteaching learning method got an average of 72.3. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 61.5% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 38.5%. 3) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the second cycle gets an average of 90. The smallest value is 75 and the highest score is 100. With a Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 92.3% while students who have not yet reached Minimal Completeness Criteria is 7.7%. 4) The use of hypnoteaching method can increase the wealth of mufrodat of fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in 2016/2017 Academic Year.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), simultaneously on Return on Assets (ROA) on BUMN Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study uses an associative approach. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) specifically Bank BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study was state-owned Bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which amounted to 4 companies. Based on the sample withdrawal criteria above, a research sample of 4 BUMN bank companies was obtained. The type of data used is documentary data, which are research data in the form of financial statements owned by state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques are used to test the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA) either partially or simultaneously is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a negative and not significant effect on Return on Assets. Partially, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. And simultaneously, Non Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) at State-Owned Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

This study aims to describe the style of language used by the novel Tanah Langit Merah and the Comet novel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data collection technique is the documentation technique. Data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Novel Comet contains a comparative language style of 109 citations, contrasting 39 quotations, linking 31 quotations, and repeating 10 quotations. (2) The novel Tanah Langit Merah contains comparative language styles, 97 parable parables, 117 metaphor quotations, 25 personification quotations, and 1 quote antithesis. (3) antagonism, hyperbole 74 citations, oxymoron 6 quotations, sarcasm 24 quotations, satire 15 quotations, paradox 10 quotations. (4) linkages, 8 excerpt metonemicals, 3 excerpts euphemisms, and 15 citation elepsis. (5) iteration, alliteration of 11 citations, anaphora 4 quotations, and efficiency of 2 quotations. Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the effect of audit delay, (2) determine the effect of audit delay on audit audits, (3) audit of audit information on audit behavior, (3) performance audit at the Indonesia Securities audit 2015-2017. This study uses purposive sampling technique. An intelligent sample of 19 companies from 42 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, research data analyzed 57. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results showed (1) the size of the company had no significant effect on audit delay, proved the regression coefficient -1,148; significant value (0.199> 0.05). (2) the complexity of operating the company has no significant effect on audit delay, proven regression coefficient = 13.420; significant value (0.194> 0.05). (3) the type of opinion has a significant effect on audit delay, proven regression coefficient 203.3365; significant value (0,000 <0,05).Keywords: company size, complexity of company operations, type of opinion, audit delayAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit delay,(2) mengetahui pengaruh kompleksitas operasi perusahaan terhadap audit delay, (3) mengetahui pengaruh opini audit terhadap audit delay, pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017. Penelitian ini sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 19 perusahaan dari 42 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017, sehingga data penelitian yang dianalisis berjumlah 57. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, terbukti koefisien regresi -1,148; nilai signifikan (0,199>0,05). (2) kompleksitas operasi perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, terbukti koefisien regresi=13,420; nilai signifikan (0,194>0,05). (3) jenis opini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, terbukti koefisien regresi 203,365; nilai signifikan (0,000<0,05).Kata kunci: ukuran perusahaan, kompleksitas operasi perusahaan, jenis opini, audit delay

The purpose of the study is to provide an overview and influence of the project method on the stimulation process of linguistic intelligence of children aged 4-5 years at the Bina Karsa Kindergarten in Lampung Province. The research method used is Action Research. Data collection techniques carried out through observation, interview stimulation of linguistic intelligence through project methods. Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques, namely, a complete description of the process of linguistic intelligence stimulation activities through project methods and quantitative descriptive, the results of the percentage of the effect of the project method on the success of linguistic intelligence stimulation with stages through Cycle 1, Cycle 2 and so on. Samples selected by children aged 4-5 years at Bina Karsa Kindergarten. Sampling through interviews with teachers and direct observation. Linguistic intelligence is the intelligence of language intelligence in processing words or the ability to use words effectively both verbally and in writing. Project method is a project method is one method used to train children's ability to solve problems experienced by children in everyday life. Based on the pre-research results, it can be concluded that stimulation of linguistic intelligence through the activities and use of media in accordance with the activities of linguistic intelligence stimulation, and the method often used is the method of storytelling and play. The method of storytelling is not enough in the stimulation process, a trial using the project method is carried out.

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance. This research aims to find out the determinants of profitability in banking companies. This research is quantitative with the population of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019, and used purposive sampling techniques that obtained samples of 27 banking companies. Data analysis techniques in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression. This study obtained the results that BI rate, inflation, and Non Performing Loan (NPL) simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability. While partially, BI rate and inflation have insignificant negative effect on profitability, and NPL has a significant negative effect on profitability.

Cash distribution by stock buyback is one ways to increase stockholder wealth. This study is to analyze the effect of misprice (misvaluation) and leverage on stock buyback. Limited prior study discussed about stock buyback and misprice especially in Indonesia, theoritically, in Indonesia not only firm with undervalue stock do stock buyback but also firm with overvalue stock. Stock buyback can increase the stock prices, but the implementation in Indonesia is still small. Non-financial firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2017 used in this study. Samples were taken by a purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. The data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results showed that misprice has a positive effect on buyback. The different thing found in Indonesia because overvalued firms hold stock buyback. Leverage has a negative effect on stock buyback. Firms with leverage below the target tend to do a stock buyback. In addition, the stock buyback also used to correct prices (for undervalued stock to be fair). The implication in this study is stock buyback not only viewing to correct prices but also giving a signal to the market that the firm is in a good fundamental condition.
