This study aims to analyze the process of implementing a cloud-based official travel filing system at PT. Timah Tbk. This research was conducted in January to April 2019. Analysis of system implementation was carried out based on the System Development Life Cycle method using analytical tools such as Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation methods. The analysis process was carried out on the blueprint that had been made in the previous stage then continued with the implementation process using the Kec workflow application. The results of the implementation of the new system, at PT. Timah Tbk has succeeded in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out the submission, approval, recording and realization of payment processes. In addition, the new system meets the goals the company wants, namely paperless and cashless.

Gonova Beauty Care is a beauty clinic that offers various types of beauty care services, consultations and beauty products, which was established on September 14, 2016. Where all transaction activities at the clinic still use the traditional process where customers must first come to the clinic. To help overcome the problem in Gonova Beauty Care, the author tries to analyze and design a new system using the system development methodology, namely the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The proposed new system is based on the website to manage transactions that occur at the clinic and can make it easier for customers to place an order. The website is designed to serve the transaction of sales of beauty products and ordering beauty services. It is generally accepted in the information system (IS) field that IS quality is highly dependent on the decisions made early in the development life cycle. The construction of conceptual data models is often an important task of this early development. Therefore, improving the quality of conceptual data models will be a major step towards the quality improvement of the IS development. Several quality frameworks for conceptual data models have been proposed, but most of them lack valid quantitative measures in order to evaluate the quality of conceptual data models in an objective way. In this article we will define measures for the structural complexity (internal attribute) of entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and use them for predicting their maintainability (external attribute). We will theoretically validate the proposed metrics following Briand et al.'s framework with the goal of demonstrating the properties that characterise each metric. We will also show how it is possible to predict each of the maintainability sub-characteristics using a prediction model generated using a novel method for induction of fuzzy rules.

Perpustakaan mempunyai peranan penting dalam hal menyediakan informasi yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan dan merupakan unsur penting dalam lembaga pendidikan. Keberhasilan dalam peningkatan efisiensi dan efektifitas pendidikan dapat didukung dengan kehadiran perpustakaan. Perpustakaan yang ada di MAN 1 Sumbawa Besar adalah perpustakaan non digital, di mana anggotanya adalah guru dan siswa yang ada di lingkungan MAN 1 Sumbawa Besar. Masalah yang muncul pada perpustakaan tersebut adalah adanya keterbatasan jumlah buku yang dimiliki sehingga seringkali buku yang akan dipinjam stoknya kosong di perpustakaan karena sedang dipinjam oleh peminjam lainnya, selain itu juga adanya batasan hari dan waktu layanan perpustakaan sehingga peminjaman buku hanya dapat dilakukan pada hari dan jam kerja. Untuk dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan akan buku dan tingginya minat baca pada guru dan siswa MAN 1 Sumbawa Besar maka aplikasi perpustakaan digital adalah solusi yang tepat. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang merupakan metodologi klasik yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan, memelihara dan menggunakan sistem informasi yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, seleksi, penerapan dan pemeliharaan. di mana perancangan sistemnya dibuat dengan menggunakan Flowchart Sistem untuk menggambarkan alur dari sistem yang dirancang dan Usecase Diagram untuk menggambarkan menu-menu yang dapat diakses oleh user. Perancangan database dibuat dengan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram yang menghasilkan 5 (lima) tabel yaitu Tabel User, Tabel Jenis, Tabel File, Tabel Kategori dan Tabel Ebook. Output tercetak yang dihasilkan berupa Laporan Data Anggota, Laporan Data File dan Laporan Data Ebook untuk diserahkan kepada Kepala Sekolah setiap bulan sekali. Dengan aplikasi perpustakaan digital ini perpustakaan pada MAN 1 Sumbawa Besar akan dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada anggota dan juga pada pihak lain yang bukan anggota perpustakaan dengan menyediakan ebook dan file yang dapat diunduh kapanpun tanpa dibatasi jam layanan dan tanpa batasan stok buku fisik. Kata Kunci : perpustakaan, perpustakaan digital

Processing of asset management and inventarize at SMKN 7 Padang running manually such as inventarize of new stuff to be record through ledger by hand. Cause of that, the managing asset operator have troubles to manage and making asset management reports, managing and checking supply data of stuff, list of entry and ordering stuff, difficult to search data and making data stuff that already exist. To solve this problem, we made an information management system of asset management and inventaries. Scheme of the system method used system development life cycle (SDLC). It start from system design to phase scheme of detailed system, like flowmap, and DBMS (Database Of Management System) for databases, normalization, ERD (Entity Relationship diagram) and also use Java for language program and Neatbeans 7.4 for IDE. It will be implemented through the desktop. The advantages of this application is : facilitating in data processing and help the operator to manage the asset of inventaries at SMKN 7 Padang. Beside that, this program provide simplicity for students, teachers, and visitors to borrowing and repayment asset of inventarize at SMKN 7 Padang.

Registration and list of attendees are an important factor to be done in formal and informal activities. The purpose is to know the attendees’ personal data and presence. Registration and presence using the manual method such as form filling in a piece of paper produce problem, among them is over excess of paper and time consuming presence activity. Therefore, a new efficient and effective system that take advantage of Android Smartphone and Quick Response Code (QR Code) as Smart Attendance System is needed. The use of Android and QR Code technology simplify registration and presence process so that the proses would be much faster and efficient. The design of QR Code presence application based on Android is using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model and designed using Use Case Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram. The presence application is made using combination of two platform, that is Android and web. On the Android Smartphone there are scanner and administrator profile. Whilst at the web platform contain participant, event, and admin database. The existence of the design and Smart Attendance system implementation, registration and list of attendees process will be faster, efficient, and used as on of the smart system to support the smart city is expected.

Generally, vehicle service is a must for the vehicle owner. However, due to tight work routines, people often forget to service their vehicles. In addition, the service process is still using a manual system, such as taking a queue number which leads to the long queue of the service time. An Android-based Motorcycle Repair Shop Information System provides a solution to remind people to do a regular service on their vehicles with a reminder feature and make online bookings.  The system development uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The implementation process requires an Android smartphone and a computer device by using MySQL as data storage, Firebase as a notification sender, React native and Visual Studio Code are used for developing the system. The results of the UAT test (user acceptance testing) from 20 users show 55,8% answered agree to the display, features and flow of the system, 39,5% answered strongly agree to the three question parameters, and 4,7% answered disagree with the flow and display of the system.

PT. Gomeds Network is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company based in the city of Gorontalo. This company has problems or obstacles in the process of applying for leave for its employees where leave applications are still handled manually, even though personal computers are available as a support facility for work activities. All of this allows errors or inaccuracies in employee leave data at PT. Gomeds Network. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based employee leave application information system which makes it easier for employees to apply for leave and get complete and detailed information related to leave, also this leave application can be done online anywhere that can be done. connected to the internet so there is no need to meet with the staffing department. The research method used is the waterfall system development model or systems development life system (SDLC) with unified modeling language (UML) where the tools used to describe the system model are in the form of activity diagrams, use case diagrams, component diagrams and deployment diagrams and in making bases. data using entity relationship diagrams (ERD). With this employee leave application information system application can help employees in filing leave and make it easier for companies to process and manage employee leave data and incoming data can be stored safely in the database and can improve the performance and time efficiency in activities in the staffing department..

Along with the development of times, artisan cakes are increasingly in demand by the public to celebrate special days or as a gift. Online artisan cake is a cake shop that uses social media like Instagram and Facebook to sell their cakes. The current cake ordering process is still done manually which is done through two stages. First, customer sees and chooses the type and design of cakes through Instagram or Facebook. Second, he or she places an order on the cake selected before via Line or WhatsApp. The need of two different media makes the ordering system less efficient. Apart from that, customer who want to make special or custom requests can only deliver their request through messages via Line or WhatsApp, so there are often misunderstanding and inaccuracies caused by either customer or cake maker different picture of request. Therefore, an information system is needed to support the order process and cake design at online artisan cake shops using Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development using prototyping. System modeling is developed by using UML 2.5, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and entity relationship diagrams. The final result of this final project is a website that supports ordering process and cake design at online artisan cake shops that can simplify the ordering process and order customization on the design of the ordered cakes. The website created has gone through the test phase and is ready to use.

Budgeting most colleges are not based on good governance and conceptual, but based on short-term needs in each college. Other problems are related to the use of information technology in both hardware, software and brain ware (user) in the management of information technology is still not well-thought in its development. This research aims to design a wake-up governance by using the Information Technology IT Balanced Scorecard framework is a system of management, measurement and control quickly, accurately and comprehensively can provide insight to the Leadership of the portrait and the development of information technology in institution. Information system development using SDLC (system development life cycle). College performance measurement method using IT balanced scorecard framework. The results showed that the use of information systems governance college performance using IT Balanced Scorecard help the efficiency and effectiveness in making an evaluation report IT governance, helping the presentation of information and error reduction calculations, the transaction data maintained intact his security, was able to complete the reporting process with fast, speed up the calculation process and the conclusion of the assessment of the performance of the college.
