This study aims to determine the influence of Human Relations and Work Environment Conditions in Building a Work Ethic with Motivation as Mediation at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Sawahlunto City. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing questionnaires as many as 39 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on the human relation variable on the work ethic variable. There is a positive and insignificant influence on work environment variables on work ethic variables. There is a positive and insignificant influence of the human relation variable on the motivation variable. There is a significant positive effect of the human relation variable on work ethic variables. There is a positive influence which is not significant, the motivation variable has an effect on work ethic variables. There is a positive and insignificant influence given by the human relation variable on the work ethic variable which is mediated by motivation. There is a positive and insignificant influence given by the work environment variable on work ethic variables mediated by motivation.

The purpose of this study was to determine and test the effect of career development, servant leadership and work motivation on employee performance, to determine and test the effect of career development and servant leadership on employee work motivation at the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency in Denpasar City and to know and test the effect career development and servant leadership on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. The population of this research is all permanent employees in the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency in Denpasar, which amounted to 48 people. The sampling method uses the census method (saturated sample), so that a sample of 48 people is obtained. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that (1) Career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Career development has a positive and positive effect on employee work motivation; (4) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation; (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (7); Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to explore the relationship between human relations and physical work environment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with an emphasis on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 65 employees using the purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study reveal that human relations and physical work environment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also prove that the human relation variable has a dominant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, this study provides insights to organizations in designing appropriate systems to improve employee performance..

<p>This causal research is aimed at obtaining information related to the possibility that the teachers’ job satisfaction of the government vocational schooll in North of Jakarta is effected by leadership style, work environment, and teachers’ work motivation. Research has been implemented using path analysis after all variables put into a matrix of correlation. In this research, teachers has been chosen as a unit analysis and 100 samples selected randomly. The results of analysis finds out that: 1) the teachers’ work motivation is affected directly by leadership style; 2) ) the teachers’ work motivation is affected directly by work environment; 3) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by leadership style; 4) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by work environment;5) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by the teachers’ work motivation; 6) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected indirectly by leadership style; and 7) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected indirectly by work environment. Therefore, the leadership style, work environment, and teachers’ work motivation should be put into account of human resources development in managing the teachers’ job satisfaction at The Education Office of DKI Jakarta Province.</p>

This study aims to determine what factors influence the increased effectiveness of the team at the Human Resources Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province. This study uses a cross-sectional design that is data collection that is conducted one time at a predetermined respondent with data analysis used is the partial least square (PLS) approach. A high level of trust will have a positive effect on the greater team effectiveness, so that at the same time team members will feel satisfaction in working with the group which will then affect the success of the team to achieve group goals. Thus, the more team members who are satisfied with the team, the better the performance of the interdependent team in completing the given task.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of widyaiswara competencies, changes in curriculum and infrastructure to training participants' satisfaction in the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province. In this study all the training participants of PIM III in the Human Resources Development Agency budget for 2017 and 2018 amounted to 370 people. The total sample is 192 people, the sampling technique uses the stratified random sampling method. The location of this study is in BPSDM, West Java Province, located on Jl. Colonel Maturi KM 3.5 No. 11, West Java. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) Software. The results showed that the widyaiswara's competence had a significant impact on participant satisfaction. Changes in education and training curriculum have a significant impact on participant satisfaction. Education and training infrastructure facilities have a significant impact on participants' satisfaction in education and training. Widyaiswara's competencies, curriculum changes and infrastructure facilities had an impact on the satisfaction of Diklatpim III participants in the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province. In general, this study concluded that the new pattern of education and leadership training according to the Head of Regulation of the State Administration Agency Number 19 of 2015 received positive responses from training participants and mentors, such as direct supervisors of participants in building high performance in institutions and training participants.Keywords : widyaiswara competence, curriculum change, facilities and infrastructure, training participants satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to analyze the assessment of Human Resources Development (HRD) Planning on the Government Organization Performance through Bureaucratic Reform Management. The Government Organization tasked with preparing public goods/services must be able to provide certainty of their performance capacity as an organization that is professionally organized and is non-excludability in providing an adequate level of service. This research is based on the performance of Government Organization that have not been maximized. The method used is the Second Order Structural Equation Modeling analysis method. The research results showed that HRD Planning had a significant influence on Organization performance through Bureaucratic Reform Management. Tests on the research model simultaneously proved that the model was fit with the fulfillment of all model fitting sizes indicated by the value of GFI = 0.925, CFI = 0.927, RMSEA = 0.075, and CMIN / DF = 1.995. The findings of this study prove that HRD Planning has a significant effect on Organization performance through Bureaucratic Reform Management. Based on these findings, the right strategy to strengthen Organization performance can be done by improving aspects of HRD Planning. Also, there is a need to pay attention to the management of strategic change by being more responsive and adaptive to environmental changes and HRD Planning.

This study aims to examine the influence of work environment human relations on the work ethic of BPJS Health Main Branch Makassar. This study uses a sample of all 49 employees, the survey was conducted from May to July 2018. Data were analyzed using the IBM Statistics SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Human relations, physical work environment, have a significant effect towards work ethic (2). The most dominant environment influences the work ethic of employees of the BPJS Kesehatan Makassar Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh human relation lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari seluruh jumlah pegawai sebanyak 49 orang, survei dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juli 2018. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program IBM Statistik SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Human relation, lingkungan kerja fisik, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja (2). Lingkungan yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap   etos kerja pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Makassar.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of human relations and working environment conditions partially and simultaneously on the work ethics of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling so that the entire population was used as a sample in this study as many as 53 respondents, the research instrument was a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of detemination, the t test and the F test. Based on the results of statistical tests conducted partially human relations have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees. Based on the results of statistical tests conducted partially human relations have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees. While the work environment conditions have a negative and not significant effect on the work ethics of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees. Simultaneously, human relations variables and work environment conditions significantly influence the work ethics of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees.
