This study aims to reveal, (1). The Influence of Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) Effect of Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance (3) Effect of Internationalized Employee Leadership Style on Employee Performance (4) Effect of anorizing Leadership Style Assignment on Employee Performance (5) Effect of Intrinsic & Extrinsic Motivation, Internative Style Employees & Tasks together on Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Amdafa Guides Mandiri in Lubuk Kilangan Subdistrict, Padang City, amounting to 49 people. Sampling using Slovin formula and cluster random sampling method obtained a sample of 45 people. The method used in this research is simple random sampling method. The results of the study indicate that the variable Work Motivation and Leadership Style partially and simultaneously significantly influence Employee Performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Citra Harapan Anugrah in Jakarta. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

One concept to maintain corporate image is employee performance. A concept that seeks to create a good and reliable Human Resources within the company to achieve the goals of the company itself. When the company has committed to maintain employee performance improvement will encourage companies to pay attention to the level of work discipline experienced by employees and the provision of proper work motivation to see the level of job satisfaction of each employee will make employees feel more eager in completing the work. The population of this study were non-permanent employees of Hotel ASTON Jember and the sample was set by 50 respondents. The variables analyzed in this research are work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The sampling method used is simple random Sampling in which all permanent employees have the opportunity to be sampled in this study. This type of research is an explanatory research.Research is a study that tries to explain a subject matter and there is a hypothesis testing and perform  analysis  of  data  obtained.  Methods  of  data  analysis  using  Multiple  Linear Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that discipline, motivation and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on performance Employees at Hotel ASTON Jember and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Hotel ASTON Jember's employees. Work motivation can be seen from the data and employee attendance employee delays the data in the company, judging by the attendance of data and delays the data of employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero). From the Data Obtained can be said that the attendance and delay of employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) is fairlygood in every month. As for measuring the performance of employees in this research, they have a Key Performance Indicator and, preliminary questionnaire. This research aims to know the condition of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Jakarta as well as influence the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation to the employee performance. The approach to this research is quantitative with the type of descriptive research using IBM SPSS 20. While the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. Method of collecting the data through the dissemination of questionnaires using sample 272 employees. The sampling method uses probability sampling technique while sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The results of the study proved that the motivation of intrinsic partially work has a significant influence on employee performance, while the extrinsic motivation of work has no significant influence on the employee's performance. Also the results proved that the motivation of intrinsic work and motivation of extrinsic work have a simultaneous influence on the employee's performance. It is hoped that Researchers can then use other variables such as organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee commitment. To know other aspects not addressed in this research and can also use other research methods such as path analysis and SEM analysis. Advice for companies to provide creativity training that aims to provide opportunities for its employees to bring out the idea of ​​the free as rational as possible. Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation to employee performance. Using by simple random sampling method 40 respondents from taken 160 employees population. Explanatory research use SPSS 20, the data used is primary and secondary data, . The analysis showed that: the relationships among the exogenous variables of job satisfaction and work motivation has a direct influence on the endogenous variable employee performance. Therefore, it is still necessary to improve the performance of an increase in motivation, job satisfaction to employees by providing stimuli. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan . Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling 40 orang responden dari populasi yang berjumlah 160 orang karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 20, data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : variabel eksogen kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap variabel endogen kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kinerja masih diperlukan adanya peningkatan motivasi, kepuasan kerja dengan memberikan stimuli kepada karyawan. This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Region of Papua and West Papua Manokwari Area. This research is an associative study using quantitative data. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of the Manokwari Area. The sampling method uses simple random sampling with the number of respondents 67 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that, both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test), leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of the variation in the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of Manokwari is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture.

The sample of this study was 386 out of a population of 10,293 employees. The research sample was obtained by random sampling cluster technique after which the population was proportionate using proportional random sampling. The data is analyzed with the Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed: (1) Organizational Culture has no effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects employee performance (3) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (4) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (5) Leadership style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development (6) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development. (7) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Development (8) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development (9) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development. (10) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance through Human Resource Development. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance while the workload and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT. Smelting. The population in this study were employees of PT Smelting. The sampling method uses probability sampling, namely by simple random sampling technique. Samples taken were 60 respondents. While the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the results of the study, it has been concluded and it can be concluded that the kaizen culture has a positive effect  on  the  performance  of  employees  of  PT.  Smelting  either  partially  or simultaneously with the most dominant variable is seiketsu.
