This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the Physical Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety in the Yellow Forces in Padang City, with a population of 283 people. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique, namely the technique of taking sample members from the population carried out randomly regardless of the strata that exist within the population. The number of samples in this study were 62 people. from 0.314 to 0.908 and the reliability coefficient is 0.931. While the coefficient of validity on the occupational health and safety scale moves from 0.322 to 0.764 and the reliability coefficient is 0.942. Hypothesis test results show the magnitude of the reliability coefficient of 0.479 with a significant level of p = 0,000 meaning that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the work environment and occupational health and safety, with a positive direction. This means that if the research has a high work environment then work health and safety will also be high. Likewise, if you have a low physical work environment, eating health and safety will also be low. The effective contribution Environment with of the Physical Work Occupational Health and Safety in the Yellow Forces in the City of Padang is 23%.

Indonesia is a country with numerous SMEs spread throughout 34 provinces. One of the important problems that need to consent more is labor health and safety. To increase safety, SMEs need to identify factors of occupational health and safety. SMEs need to properly avoid workplace accidents, and the batik industry is no exception. As a first step, it is necessary to identify the OSH factors that can be used in a prevention accident strategy. The population in this study were workers in Indonesia, these batik companies were located in Solo, Yogyakarta, Pekalongan, Cirebon, Minahasa, Bali, Madura, Indramayu, Bengkulu, and Palembang. The questionnaire consisted of latent variables, from the research that has been done, variables that affect work safety are the physical work environment, social work environment, job stress, and work productivity, while the variables that have a significant influence on occupational health are the physical work environment, social work environment, and work stress.

The competition in business world demands a company to improve its performance. The work environment became a necessity for employees. The company’s eforts in fulflling the needs are the improvement of the physical work environment and the non-physical work environment in the company. PT. Freeport itself has realized that the company’s success depends on the contribution of each employee. In order to do so, Freeport is committed to achieving excellence which includes necessity and satisfaction of each employee.The purpose of this research is to understand  the representation of work environment between physical work environment and non-physical work environment, job satisfaction, as well as the infuence of work  environment on job satisfaction at Grasberg Power Distribution Department in PT. Freeport Indonesia Tembagapura Papua.Quantitative approach is used simultaneously with causal research method. Number of samples were 57 respondents, where the sampling technique used is saturated sample technique. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis are used as the technique of data analysis. The result of partial hypothesis test showed the physical work environment and the non-physical work environment had the most positive and signifcant infuence to the employees satisfaction with t > t  and the signifcant test result was 0,000 smaller count table than 0,05. H was accepted. Based on the result of simultaneous hypothesis test, the work 0 environment (the physical work environment and the non-physical work environment) has the positive signifcant infuence to the employees satisfaction of Grasberg Power Distribution Department. It can be evidenced by F calculate > F table (40,086> 3,170) with the signifcancy at 0,000 < 0,05. According on the determination coefcient test, around 59,8% employees satisfaction variable was afected by the work environment. The residue which are 40,2% was afected by the other variables which is not investigated in this research.Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, Employee Satisfaction.

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Objective - This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with sample on DAOP I Jakarta. Methodology/Technique - The study population numbered 292 employees and 75 respondents be adopted as a sample of the study. Techniques of analysis using a statistical test structural equation model-based variance (SmartPLS). Findings – The results showed that, (1) Occupational Health and Safety had no effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (2) the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Occupational Health and Safety has no effect on Employee Performance even though through Job Satisfaction mediation, (5) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Job Satisfaction, (6) Occupational Health and Safety, and the Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,533, (7) Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance with coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,890. Novelty - The company is expected to provide adequate rest periods, maintain the nutritional intake of its employees by providing healthy food, provide educational scholarships for further levels for employees, safeguard the work environment from chemical hazards and other hazards, and give positive motivation to the employees. The concept of Occupational Health and Safety has become increasingly important as a result of increased industrialization and the development of new technologies all over the world. The basic philosophy of Occupational Health and Safety is to reduce the number of work accidents and to provide a healthier work environment for employees. The most risky sectors in the world are designated as mining, agriculture, forestry and construction. Markets are classified as "Dangerous Classes of Occupational Health and Safety" issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (ILO, 2004). When the risks are taken into consideration, marketing companies should perform risk analysis to ensure that hazards and problems will ocur. In this context, it is needed to provide and implement training on occupational health and safety regularly in order to protect against the identified risks. Periodic evaluations are performed at regular intervals that decrease in loss of life and property at marketing companies, both tangible as well as intangible losses will be reduced. This research entitles Analysis of the Effect of Work Environment and Compensation to the Work Satisfaction (A Study at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram). It is aimed at analyzing the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment and compensation to the work of the staffs at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram, both simultaneously and partially. This particular research is an associative research. Those surveyed are 103 staffs in total who are employed as civil servants at that particular department. The sample of the research was selected using total sampling technique, in which it took all civil servants as respondents. The instruments were examined using multiple linier regression analysis method, in which the software SPSS 20 was used to examine research hypothesis. The research reveals that ,(1) physical. non-physical work environment and compensation partially effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (2) physical. non-physical work environment and compensation simultaneously effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (3) physical work environment effected the staffs’ work satisfaction dominantly.Key words: Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Work Satisfaction

This research aims to find impact of work discipline, competence, occupational health and safety to employees performance on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang. Design used in this research is associative. Variables used are four variables, those are independent variables which Work Discipline (X1), Competence (X2), and Occupational Health and Safety (X3), and also dependent variables is Employees Performance (Y). Population in this research as much 135 persons. Sampling technique useed probability sampling, sampling method used cluster sampling. Sample used as much as 101 persons. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) Work discipline, competence, occupational health and safety simultaneously have positive and significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang, (2) Work discipline and competence partially have positive and significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang, and (3) Occupational health and safety have no significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang.

This study aims to determine the influence of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment Against Job Satisfaction of Employees Office of Marine and Fisheries Office of Central Sulawesi Province. Independent variable of this research is Physical Work Environment (X1) and Non Physical Work Environment (X2). While the dependent variable is Job Satisfaction (Y). The research method is quantitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data  while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used in this study were 216 respondents. The sample of this research is 68 respondents with sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the variable Job satisfaction. Partially the working environment of physical and non working physical environment have an effect on to job satisfaction of officer at office of Marine and Fishery Office of Central Sulawesi Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 216 responden. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 68 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and organizational involvement on employee retention. This research was conducted at Kumala Hotel Legian Beach. The population of this study was all permanent employees totaling 148 people and using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 108 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The method of data collection is done by means of interviews and surveys with tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that all research hypotheses are acceptable. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Organizational involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The better the non physical work environment and organizational involvement, the higher the employee retention rate.
