The use of computers in people's lives is growing as is the case with companies that provide scholarships for the children of employees who work at the company. The scholarship selection system is still done manually so it is ineffective and inefficient and requires a long time. By using a new system design to assist in data processing of spare part goods, producing a desired system a system is created. In this study the authors used the method of field research, interviews, library research and laboratory research, in conducting analysis using UML (Unified Model Language). The new system will be implemented later to improve the quality of information generated so that these designs can be useful for the company concerned.

<p><em>PSB is one of the administrative processes that will be used by prospective students every year. Acceptance of prospective students is based on the criteria obtained when graduating from SMP / MA, Prospective students referred to are new students who will register at the SMK / SMA level. The problem is that prospective students from outside the area also find it difficult to register because they have to go to school first, where it is very time-consuming and requires a lot of money. In research and system testing, it is carried out with several methods, namely field research, library research and laboratory research. Field research was carried out by direct observation to SMK / SMA Yapim Taruna Marelan, so that the working mechanism of the existing system was known. Literature research is done by studying books that can add to the study of science for this system and research. Whereas laboratory research is carried out by creating a web-based PSB. The benefits of this research can improve the quality of SMK / SMA Yapim Taruna Marelan in the admission of new students and the increasing number of students each year.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> acceptance of new students, psb</em></p>

<em>The author conducted research on Cv. Puplas s, aims to know about financial management and data collection of consumers in  Cv. Puplas. Transaction management and report creation that is still manual and do not have a database, so often the occurrence of errors in the processing of financial transactions. Likewise, when the consumer data processing and reporting process given to the leadership takes a long time and less efficient, because the data is still in the form of archives. To overcome this problem, the writer tries to design a system that can solve the problem. This research is done using field research method with direct observation and interview, then in Library Research for Literature study and laboratory research to design Information System using Web Programing CodeIgniter and SQLyog as database manager</em>

This research describes about the design of online sales information system supported by MySQL database with PHP programming language. From the research conducted on CELCIUS SHOP can be concluded that the old system used is not effective because the process is done takes time and place so as to make the performance of employees less efficient. After doing research on CELCIUS SHOP with research methods starting from field research, library research, and laboratory research, it can be concluded that the information system used is still not optimal. Therefore, the design of output design, input design, file design and program flow of the new system. The results of the analysis are applied to an online sales application program. The newly designed information system is expected to improve the quality of information and performance in the future.

Padang Baiturrahmah University Library provides a variety of books, articles and journals that can be read and borrowed by students, faculty, staff, public and employees. The problem that arises is the library can only be visited at certain hours. The research method used is the field research, library research and laboratory research, so dihasilkanlah a new system analysis using tools such as milk (Flow of Information Systems), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and Context Diagrams With this tool will be produced several inter-related files in a database management. The new system is expected to improve the quality of information and the work of libraries in the future and be able to reduce and overcome existing problems.

A continuous integration system is crucial to maintain the quality of the 6 millions lines of C++ and Python source code of the LHCb software in order to ensure consistent builds of the software as well as to run the unit and integration tests. Jenkins automation server is used for this purpose. It builds and tests around 100 configurations and produces in the order of 1500 built artifacts per day which are installed on the CVMFS file system or potentially on the developers’ machines. Faced with a large and growing number of configurations built every day, and in order to ease inter-operation between the continuous integration system and the developers, we decided to put in place a flexible messaging system. As soon as the built artifacts have been produced, the distributed system allows their deployment based on the priority of the configurations. We will describe the architecture of the new system, which is based on RabbitMQ messaging system (and the pika Python client library), and uses priority queues to start the LHCb software integration tests and to drive the installation of the nightly builds on the CVMFS file system. We will also show how the introduction of an event based system can help with the communication of results to developers.

The dependence of management decisions on information support is not a debatable issue for a long time. However, the changing quality of information creates both new challenges and new opportunities in the information and analytical field. The decision-making process, which would seem to be facilitated by digitalization, is actually becoming more complicated. As one of the main effects of digitalization, we note the apparent availability of information. In fact, simple facts that create an information network no longer become, moreover, they become smaller, or rather, their availability decreases. The necessary information sinks in the ocean of information noise. Echo chambers and filter bubbles exacerbate this problem. At the same time, the possibilities provided by the effects of echo cameras and information bubbles remain low.

The aim of this study is to present electrooculogram signals that can be used for human computer interface efficiently. Establishing an efficient alternative channel for communication without overt speech and hand movements is important to increase the quality of life for patients suffering from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or other illnesses that prevent correct limb and facial muscular responses. We have made several experiments to compare the P300-based BCI speller and EOG-based new system. A five-letter word can be written on average in 25 seconds and in 105 seconds with the EEG-based device. Giving message such as “clean-up” could be performed in 3 seconds with the new system. The new system is more efficient than P300-based BCI system in terms of accuracy, speed, applicability, and cost efficiency. Using EOG signals, it is possible to improve the communication abilities of those patients who can move their eyes.
