The analysis of existing technical means for growing plants in controlled conditions of artificial climate is given. The concept of a multi-section climatic chamber is substantiated, design options are proposed, as well as a block diagram of automated control.

В данной статье приводится описание технологического процесса обжига керамического кирпича в кольцевой печи Гофмана. Проанализирован существующий уровень автоматизации объекта. Приведено обоснование для внедрения автоматизированной системы управления процессом обжига кирпича и вариант структурной схемы системы автоматизированного управления. Также представлены основные характеристики интегрированной среды разработки SIMPLE-SCADA, выбранной для организации операторского уровня автоматизированной системы управления технологическим процессом. Для определения показателей качества системы определены прямые и косвенные оценки качества функционирования системы управления. This article describes the technological process of firing ceramic bricks in a ring Hoffmann furnace. The existing level of object automation is analyzed. The justification for the introduction of an automated control system for the brick firing process and a variant of the block diagram of the automated control system is given. The main characteristics of the integrated development environment SIMPLE-SCADA, selected for the organization of the operator level of the automated process control system, are also presented. To determine the quality indicators of the system, direct and indirect assessments of the quality of the management system are determined.

Abstract Not for nothing it is said that "a good roof is priceless." Although it may lead to discussions, which roof is good, because there are a lot of requirements and criteria for the functional characterization. It must be understood that the roof structure defines the durability of the building as a unit, therefore it defines lifetime of other parts of the building and also the function of space that is covered by the roof. Therefore it is very important to pay particular attention to the design, as well as the realization of the roof structure. The aim of this publication is to judge the physical and technical parameters in the design of the roof coating module in a climatic chamber.

In Ukraine, the condition of surface water near industrial enterprises is extremely critical. The operation of enterprises leads to intensive water pollution with industrial and domestic wastewater. Therefore, improving the quality of treatment facilities through the introduction of automated control systems is an urgent problem. For the operation of automated control systems for typical cleaning processes, a software package is required, which is developed on the basis of appropriate algorithmic software and mathematical models of processes. To obtain them, methods of mathematical and simulation modeling and block diagram method of algorithmization were used. In order to assess the quality of the developed algorithm for controlling the process of buffer wastewater neutralization during operation, a comparison of control system operation based on this algorithm with the most successful foreign variants of neutralization control systems was made. Simulation for the average values of operating parameters Q = 75 m3 / h, CP = 75 g / l, and Ck = 2 g / l at minimum b = 0.02 g / l pH and maximum buffer value b = 0.47 g / l pH, and also with  unidirectional extreme combination of parameters Q = 50 m3 / h, CP = 100 g / l, b = 0,02 g / l pH and Q = 100 m3 / h, CP= 50 g / l, for minimum b = 0.02 g / l pH and maximum buffering value  b = 0.47 g / l pH shows that the best quality of transient processes is for the control system operating on the basis of the developed algorithm. For any combination of parameters, the transients for this control system provide better quality transients. Studies have shown that the control system based on the developed algorithm in comparison with the previously proposed systems provides better process control by reducing the time of transients and reducing the dynamic deviation of the output parameters, which improves the quality of wastewater treatment. Given the non-stationary process and high requirements for the cleaning parameters, manual control of this process is beyond the power of even an experienced operator. The developed mathematical model describing the dynamics of the wastewater neutralization reactor with buffer properties and the process control algorithm made it possible to proceed to the development of the control system software, which is necessary for the automated control of this process.

The effect of modifiers - nickel bis(N,N-dimethyldithiocarbamate) (DTC-Ni) and iron tris(N, N-dimethyldithiocarbamate) (DTC-Fe) depending on their content on the structural peculiarities of polyurethane matrix based on polyoxytetramethylene glycol-1000 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 1,4-butanediol has been studied. The method of IR spectroscopy according to the results of NH groups’, C = O- and COC fragments’ association has shown the structuring effect of modifiers due to the PU matrix coordination. The processes of photolysis occurred as a result of exposure of PU under the conditions of the climate chamber have been also studied by IR spectroscopy method. The influence of modifiers and their content on the modified polyurethanes density has been investigated. The planar structure of DTC-Ni has shown to contribute to the density increase of modified PU as the result of polymer chain coordination, while the spherical structure of DTC-Fe - causes a density decrease due to steric hindrances in the implementation of H-bonds. Modification of polyurethanes with both nickel bis (N, N-dimethyldithiocarbamate) and iron tris (N, N-dimethyldithiocarbamate) as well as UV irradiation and moisture under the conditions of the climatic chamber contribute to the increase of water absorption. Studies of the strength properties of modified polyurethanes in comparison with the matrix under the conditions of the climate chamber have established the photosensitizing effect of nickel and iron dithiocarbamates. By studying the mass of samples of PU-DTС-Fe/Ni after extraction with dimethylformamide in the Soxhlet apparatus it has been found an increase in the level of gel fraction (0.29 - 1.58%) with increasing the modifier content, which confirms the presence of a network structure of modified PU due to radical processes taking place during destruction with the modifier participation. The influence of alkaline and acidic media on the destruction level of both modified polyurethanes and their analogues depending on the modifier content under the influence of climatic chamber conditions has been studied. Comparative derivatographic studies in air of weight loss of modified polyurethanes have confirmed the structuring and thermostabilizing effect of DTC-Ni on the PU matrix due to the probable difficulty of oxygen diffusion to the polymer volume, while the spatial structure of PU-DTC-Fe reduces the thermal stability.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the temperature and relative humidity influence in the life cycle, mortality and fecundity patterns of Triatoma rubrovaria. Four cohorts with 60 recently laid eggs each were conformed. The cohorts were divided into two groups. In the controlled conditions group insects were maintained in a dark climatic chamber under constant temperature and humidity, whereas triatomines of the ambiental temperature group were maintained at room temperature. Average incubation time was 15.6 days in the controlled conditions group and 19.1 days in the ambiental temperature. In group controlled conditions the time from egg to adult development lasted 10 months while group ambiental temperature took four months longer. Egg eclosion rate was 99.1% and 98.3% in controlled conditions and ambiental temperature, respectively. Total nymphal mortality in controlled conditions was 52.6% whereas in ambiental temperature was 51.8%. Mean number of eggs/female was 817.6 controlled conditions and 837.1 ambiental temperature. Fluctuating temperature and humidity promoted changes in the life cycle duration and in the reproductive performance of this species, although not in the species mortality.

Continuous improvement of the fleet of technological equipment, in the conditions of existing production, is a difficult task, the solution of which must take into account many parameters, such as mechanization, automation and application of new technologies within the concept of Industry 4.0. One of the effective methods of improving the technical and economic indicators and reliability of production is the modernization of existing technological equipment, which is based on the need to use modern methods of development and implementation of information technology, such as Industrial Internet of Things, cyber-physical production systems. The subject of this study is the testing of methods for developing additive cyber design for automation of complex industrial equipment. The goal of this article is to develop a cyber-physical production control system for the modernization of the DA2238B hydraulic press. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to analyze the technical characteristics and control system of the hydraulic press DA2238B; to carry out research of the scheme of hydraulic basic and, taking it into account, to choose sensors and executive mechanisms, and also operating modes; to develop the scheme of inclusion of the hydro equipment; to develop an automated control system based on a modern single-board computer and to develop an intuitive additive cyber-design of the operator interface; to conduct experimental research. Conclusions: as a result of research, a block diagram was developed and an automated control system based on LattePanda was implemented. Selected pressure and temperature sensors for control of pressing processes, which allowed to ensure accurate compliance with the requirements of the technological process. An automated operator's workplace has been developed, in which touch control based on additive cyber-design has been implemented. The developed control system provides: collection and analysis of production data on the basis of which it is possible to improve production technology and to provide forecasting of achievement "Lean Manufacturing".

This is the first in a series of 13 papers about the safety and productivity of firefighters suppressing wildland fires ('bushfires' in Australia) with hand tools, with particular emphasis on their physiological and subjective responses and the factors that influence them. The measurements were made during a broader investigation to determine the most intense fire that could be suppressed by hand tools, by bulldozers, and by air tankers. The investigation was carried out during three successive summers in dry eucalypt forests of Western Australia and Victoria. Four crews, each of 7 or 8 male firefighters, were studied while they attempted, for periods of 35-220 minutes, to suppress well-developed experimental bushfires with hand tools, and also while they built fireline in the same way without fire. Additional studies were made under controlled conditions: outdoors in the forest, indoors in field laboratories, and in a climatic chamber in Sydney. Most of the measurements were also made on the scientific observers, who shared the firefighters' environment but performed less strenuous work. All findings were highly consistent over the four crews, three summers, and two States and are thus generally applicable to bushfire suppression with hand tools in southern Australia.

The article describes the methods of creating digital projects for automated control systems, the specifics of creating digital projects and the difference between methodological solutions for railways. The advantages of the developed methodology for digitizing the path with respect to the conversion of design coordinates from the MSC to a new coordinate system to ensure the operation of SAU-3D are shown. The block diagram of creating a digital project based on the digitization of the path using the hardware-software complex "Profile" and design geometric parameters. Examples of using traditional project documentation to obtain initial design data for creating digital projects are shown.

One of the ways to increase the efficiency of the process of managing continuous dynamic objects is to develop new or improve existing control systems based on modern methods involving the achievements of information technology. The article deals with the creation of highly efficient control algorithms for technological objects, operating in conditions of uncertainty, designed to manage real-life objects. An algorithm is proposed for the structural-parametric adaptation of the PID parameters (proportional-integral-differential) -regulator, which allows to reduce the number of iterations in the learning process of the fuzzy-logical inference algorithm by reducing empty solutions. To determine the empty solutions, hybrid algorithms are used, which include modernized genetic and immune algorithms, which in turn allow you to configure the adaptation parameters of artificial neural network models. A block diagram of an automated control system for executive mechanisms is proposed, which includes a block for adapting the correction of not only parameters, but also the structure of the control system, which allows to reduce the error in the results of training a neuro-fuzzy network from 8 to 1%. The proposed algorithm is simple to implement on microcontrollers, which allows it to be implemented in the tasks of process control in the conditions of information uncertainty in real conditions at the operation stage.

By gaz chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technique based metabolite profiling of the methanol extract derived from leaves of Prunella vulgaris L. (Lamiaceae) was carried out. P. vulgaris was grown in climatic chamber. For every metabolomics profile, we estimated 102 target substances, and 41 of them were identified. Metabolite spectrum on vegetation stage is different than other stage by absent of groups: amino acids, terpenes and lipids. Comparison of the results of statistical analysis based on the data array, including all detected metabolites (metabolite profiling) show, that metabolomes of blossom and fructification stage of plants match often and only a small number of metabolites P. vulgaris at the this stage make it specific. It was studied the spatial heterogeneity in the structure of the metabolic network. The results of it are showed that metabolomes variety of the leaves from one plants much more than local variety in the range of parts of one leaf. Spatial distributions of metabolites of heterogeneity in a leaf have been illustrated on the example of threonic acid.
