This research is the kind of research the field with the approach descriptive qualitative with the title the implementation of character education early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik. This research aims to review the process of implementation of character education on early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik and to know the supporting factors and the inhibitors. Technique of data collection is  by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data is with three stages, the reduction of data , presentation of data, and withdrawal conclusions/ verification These research findings can be concluded that the implementation of character education early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik is through three rounds of including planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning in the process of the implementation of characters education is begun by inserting the character values into the school curriculum, annual program, semester program, Program of Learning Plan weekly/Rencana Program Pembelajaran Mingguan (RPPM), and Program of Learning Plan dayly Rencana Program Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH). The process of implementation of character education is integrated in learning activities , exemplary, and habit.While the scoring in the process of applying character education integrated in the assessment of learning and spontaneous assessment conducted by educator. In the process of the implementation of character education in RA Sabilul Huda there are factors that support and inhibit. The factors that support the implementation of the character education are the charge of character education in the school curriculum, the motivations of school for the quality of output, the infrastructure that supports for the implementation of character education is enough. While the factors that inhibits the implementation of the character education are different characteristic students, the different environmental of students, the funding of character education still charged fully to the school, the students readily not focus, and the monitoring of the center of curriculum is not enough.

This paper aims to analyze the implementation of Robbani Education carried out at SDIT SUIS Bogor in shaping the character and spiritual intelligence of students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach. Primary and secondary data sources were collected using in-depth interviews, FGD, observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles and Huberman with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The validity of the data was tested by using the data triangulation method to get the quality of meaning in the interview results. The research findings include that the method of educating by example and habituation alone is not enough to maximize the level of success in character education and spiritual intelligence. The author views that the formation of character and spiritual intelligence will be maximized if using Nashil Ulwan's theory as a whole, namely educating by example, educating by habituation, educating with advice, educating with attention, and educating with punishment.

Character education is a necessity across the area, time and age. Character education is absolutely necessary not only in school, but also at home and in other social environments. It was prioritized since the past, present and future. Even today the students in character education is no longer for an early childhood but also adult and even the elderly age. Therefore character education should be designed and implemented systematically and simultaneously to help the students understand the human behavioral values which are associated with someoneself, fellow human beings, the environment and his or her Lord. Character education can be reached through three stages, namely socialization of the introduction, internalization, application in life.

Abstrak : Theoretically the results of the discussion of this research is expected to provide scientific contributions to the development of science, to provide some suggestions to the school and other schools in terms of teacher performance in improving the quality of education, to be the evaluation for Yayasan Pondok Al Kenaniyah to provide better service in the quality of their education. This study is also expected to be the contribution for the researcher in the field of education. This study uses a qualitative method of data collection. The data is achieved by conducting interviews, observation and checklist. The data is obtained to analyze the performance of teachers in improving the quality of education with the subject of 60 people in Yayasan Al Kenaniyah, East Jakarta to investigate. Based on the data obtained can be summarized as follows: regarding to the performance of teachers in the learning plan, the performance of teachers in the implementation of learning, the performance of teachers in the assessment of learning outcomes, also discipline of the teachers in performing their duties to get good performance. Thus, the quality of education will be better in the future.

Human resource management is oriented to optimizing a working system in an organization. Kindergarten teacher development management is needed to meet the qualifications so that all teachers are able to have competence in the field of early childhood education so as to improve the quality of educational institutions, Early childhood is a golden age or golden age, so in learning kindergarten teachers do not only act as a conveyer of information to students However, teachers are required to have the ability and understand the uniqueness of each student in order to help them in various difficulties in developing creativity and learning. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding become the data analysis techniques in this study. The research findings show that teacher development at TK IT Nur Al Izhar is done by coaching, counseling, mentoring, motivating, and empowering through; 1) professional training, 2) collective activities of teachers such as Clusters, IGTKI, KKG, and PGRI, 3) participation in scientific forums in the form of technical guidance, workshops, seminars, 4) mentoring the learning process.

<p class="Abstract"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The spiritual leadership model is a very supportive aspect in character education efforts in religious based schools. This study aims to describe and find a substantive theoretical framework about the spiritual leadership of the headmaster's Nun in improving the quality of teacher services to Christian spiritual education at SDK Santa Maria II and SDK Sang Timur Malang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a multi-site study design. The research findings show that the model of spiritual leadership which is apparent from efforts to in still spiritual values with a personal and programmatic approach, has a positive impact on teachers.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Model kepemimpinan spiritual merupakan aspek yang sangat mendukung dalam upaya pendidikan karakter di sekolah berbasis religi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menemukan kerangka teori substantif tentang kepemimpinan spiritual Suster kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guru terhadap pendidikan spiritual kristiani di SDK Santa Maria II dan SDK Sang Timur Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi situs. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan spiritual Suster kepala sekolah yang tampak dari upaya penanaman nilai spiritual dengan pendekatan personal dan terprogram, memberikan dampak positif bagi guru.

All this time the character education is still needed until now because of the declining moral continually occur in the generation of this nation and nearly brought the nation to a destruction, It is necessary to find repair solutions, one of which is to implement character education in the world of education. This research uses qualitative research, the procedure of data collection used were: Observation, interviews, and Library. The method of qualitative data analysis techniques through three stages, they were data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The results showed: The  Planning of character education shows that  all the teachers make learning program by entering values into the character of learning, holding management planning in improving the quality of education, and planning of student activities, the value obtained by the mandate, responsibility, humanity, nationalism, curiosity, logical thinking, critical, work hard, creative, independent, self-confidence, respect for diversity, tolerance, solidarity, care for the environment, patriotism, courtesy, collaboration, innovation, work hard and living clean behavior. The implementation of character education shows the teachers put character values to the students during the learning, conduct management and policy agenda in support of character education in schools , and organize student activities, the value obtained are the care each other, independent, sense of desire of knowledge, love of country, care about the environment, creative, innovative, work hard, respect for achievement, togetherness, available, self-contained, obey to social rules, respect for diversity, discipline, responsible, and Nationalist. <p>Learning is the process of interaction between students between students and educators by involving parents and learning resources in the atmosphere of learning and playing in PAUD units or programs. Learning activities in early childhood are essentially concrete curriculum development in the form of a set of plans that contain a number of learning experiences through play given to early childhood based on the potential and developmental tasks that must be mastered in order to achieve the competencies that must be possessed by children. Learning methods that can be used in teaching English in kindergarten are MASAK learning methods (Easy, Fun, Casual, Active, Creative). It aims to foster children's courage in expression in English so that children are interested in ongoing learning activities. The MASAK learning model invites children to directly interact with their friends, take action, and is a fun activity, so that children will easily remember vocab or vocabulary. The role of a teacher in providing learning media that is interesting and easy for children to understand is needed. Explicitly, this activity aims to explain the procedures and benefits of applying the MASAK learning method in vocabulary learning and English speaking skills to the teachers PAUD RA Bintang Sembilan Cipayung, Depok. From the results of the implementation of community service activities, several conclusions are given as follows: (1) The COOK Method (Easy, Fun, Casual, Active, Creative) is one of the right methods to be used in teaching English, especially vocabulary and listening to children with fun and easy way. (2) Teachers can utilize the use of the COOK method in conveying learning about mastering English vocabulary. (3) Schools can utilize the COOK method to support learning so as to improve the quality of learning and produce quality learning.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Strengthening Character Education policy based on Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 20 of 2018 during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. The data sources were the principal and teachers in TK Aisyiyah 1 Gurah Kediri. Based on the research results, it is known that there are three stages in the implementation of Strengthening Character Education (PPK), namely through planning, implementation and evaluation activities. Religiosity, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and  integrity as character value listed in Permendikbud No. 20 of 2018 are integrated into the kindergarten curriculum, namely aspects of religious and moral values, social emotional, language, cognitive, art, physical motor skills, Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. During the pandemic, learning activities at TK Aisyiyah 1 Gurah were attempted to achieve the target by planning student activities at Home Learning. The learning process uses a portfolio system through groups on one of the messaging platforms. PPK integrated curriculum evaluation is carried out periodically to find out the deficiencies and necessary improvements.
