All this time the character education is still needed until now because of the declining moral continually occur in the generation of this nation and nearly brought the nation to a destruction, It is necessary to find repair solutions, one of which is to implement character education in the world of education. This research uses qualitative research, the procedure of data collection used were: Observation, interviews, and Library. The method of qualitative data analysis techniques through three stages, they were data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The results showed: The  Planning of character education shows that  all the teachers make learning program by entering values into the character of learning, holding management planning in improving the quality of education, and planning of student activities, the value obtained by the mandate, responsibility, humanity, nationalism, curiosity, logical thinking, critical, work hard, creative, independent, self-confidence, respect for diversity, tolerance, solidarity, care for the environment, patriotism, courtesy, collaboration, innovation, work hard and living clean behavior. The implementation of character education shows the teachers put character values to the students during the learning, conduct management and policy agenda in support of character education in schools , and organize student activities, the value obtained are the care each other, independent, sense of desire of knowledge, love of country, care about the environment, creative, innovative, work hard, respect for achievement, togetherness, available, self-contained, obey to social rules, respect for diversity, discipline, responsible, and Nationalist. Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), is research and development that is commonly called (R&D). The subjects of this study were Students of grade VII of SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City with 27 students and 2 teachers. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. Data collection instruments and techniques with a questionnaire. The results of the study stated that the products developed were feasible with expert validation scores, , in expert I, Content eligibility aspects "very good" 100%, aspects of conformity with character education "very good" 97%, didactic aspects "very good" 93%, construction aspects "very good" 100% and technical aspects "very good" 93%. whereas the final result of the assessment was conducted by expert II, the aspect of Feasibility of "very good" content was 100%, the suitability aspect of Character Education was "very good" 97%, the Didactic aspect was "very good" 100%, the construction aspect was "very good" 100% and the technical aspect was "very good” 96%. While overall the quality of LKPD percentage of students' responses to LKPD based on Character Education is "very good" with a percentage of 86% and the results of teacher responses are "very good" with a percentage of 93%.

Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education based on local wisdom through Orek-Orek dance. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. His research sites are Paron Elementary School and Kedungputri 1 Elementary School, Ngawi District. Data collection techniques include study documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Strengthening Character Education policy based on Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 20 of 2018 during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. The data sources were the principal and teachers in TK Aisyiyah 1 Gurah Kediri. Based on the research results, it is known that there are three stages in the implementation of Strengthening Character Education (PPK), namely through planning, implementation and evaluation activities. Religiosity, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and  integrity as character value listed in Permendikbud No. 20 of 2018 are integrated into the kindergarten curriculum, namely aspects of religious and moral values, social emotional, language, cognitive, art, physical motor skills, Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. During the pandemic, learning activities at TK Aisyiyah 1 Gurah were attempted to achieve the target by planning student activities at Home Learning. The learning process uses a portfolio system through groups on one of the messaging platforms. PPK integrated curriculum evaluation is carried out periodically to find out the deficiencies and necessary improvements.

The ability to learn and innovate has been known as a key-factor for nurses to deliver quality of care and patient safety. To be successful in nursing innovation, nurses should perform sound innovative behaviors; thus, their innovative work behavior (IWB) should be promoted. A comprehensive learning program aimed at improving IWB with effective cognitive stimulation could enhance innovation abilities and quality of innovative idea performance. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a learning program that uses Modified Hybrid Brainstorming (MHB) techniques in increasing IWB and improving the quality of ideas generated (fluency, flexibility and originality) among nurses. A sample of 60 nurses were randomly assigned to a within group pre-test and post-test study design. The learning program with the MHB method was developed and implemented for 3 sessions workshop. IWB was measured pre- and 12 weeks post-program. Pre- and post-training session fluency, flexibility, and originality of generated ideas were also measured. The percentage of absolute agreement and the index of item- objective congruence of research instruments were met. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and paired t-test. The results revealed that the average IWB scores of nurses after the implementation of the MHB learning program increased significantly (p < 0.05). There was also a significant difference in post-test scores (p < 0.05) of fluency, flexibility, and originality of ideas. This study showed that offering the MHB learning program to nurses is a feasible method to improve IWB and innovative idea.

This study aims to identify and explain the management of character education in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring in improving the quality of education in State Senior High Schools (SMAN). This research was descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were principals, vice principals, and teachers. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on data analysis, it was found that character education management is started from planning students’ character education by determining the goals, constructing programs or school activities, and integrating character values. Furthermore, the organization of character education is carried out by dividing the tasks and the person in charge of the activity or program. Next, the implementation of character education is through the integration of character values in all subjects, in the school daily activities, in school programs, as well as building communication and cooperation between schools and parents of students. Lastly, character education is done through supervision consists of observing students’ behavior and scoring mentioned in students’ discipline book.

Character education is a process of instilling certain character values which at the same time students are able to grow their distinctive character when running life into old age. In physics subjects are able to make a meaningful contribution to character education. The application of character education in learning needs to be adjusted to the approach used. One of them is by applying Salingtemas approach in learning. The research location was SMP Negeri 1 Palakka, bone district with a total sample of 30 students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis techniques, data obtained from interviews, observations, documentation, followed by describing (describing), analyzing and interpreting in depth especially data relating to character formation and character description of students. Broadly speaking, the stages used to analyze data include data reduction, data display, conclusions and verification. Character valuesformed by applying character edification with a mutual approach are disciplined, religious, honest, logical thinking, creative, independent, creative, communicative, cooperation, mutual respect, self-confidence, polite, honest, responsible, hard work, caring for the environment and Social care.Keywords: Character Education, The Salingtemas ApproachPendidikan karakter adalah merupakan proses menanamkan nilai karakter tertentu yang sekaligus peserta didik mampu menumbuhkan karakter khasnya pada saat menjalankan kehidupan hingga tua. Pada mata Pelajaran fisika mampu memberikan kontribusi berarti terhadap pendidikan karakter. Penerapan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran perlu disesuaikan dengan pendekatan yang digunakan. Salah satunya dengan menerapkan pendekatas Salingtemas dalam pembelajaran. Lokasi penelitian di SMP Negeri 1 palakka kabupaten bone dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dilanjutkan dengan mendeskripsikan (memaparkan), menganalisis dan menginterpretasi secara mendalam terutama data yang berhubungan dengan  pembentukan karakter dan gambaran karakter peserta didik. Secara garis besar tahap-tahap yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data diantaranya reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi.  Nilai Karakter yang terbentuk menerapkan pendidikan karakter dengan pendekatan salingtemas adalah disiplin, religius, jujur, berpikir logis, kreatif, mandiri, kreatif, komunikatif, kerja sama, saling menghargai, percaya diri, santun, jujur, bertanggung jawab, kerja keras, peduli lingkungan dan peduli sosial.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Pendekatan Salingtemas

The strategy of improving the quality of character education through the so-called tazkiyatun nafsi method is an effort to improve the quality of character education in Indonesia by inculcating the Islamic values from an early age to the children or the generation of the nation. Data collection is done through such methods as observation, interview, and documentation. The informants are the head of Madrasah, akidah akhlaq teacher, Quránic studies teacher, guidance and counseling teacher, and some students of MI Sabilillah Lamongan. While to analyze the data is by using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques that will explain the phenomenon that occurred in a school. The result shows that the improvement of character education quality applied by using the tazkiyatun nafsi method is to familiarize the students to perform either fardhu or sunnah prayers for example dzuhur prayer, dhuha prayer in addition to familiarizing them to read the Qur'an and familiarizing them on the importance of dzikir, istighfar, and reciting the prayer on the Prophet. In every implementation of education, there are always supporting and inhibiting factors. The factors that support the implementation of quality improvement of character education through the tazkiyatun nafsi method are among others teachers are never tired to educate the students, the principal who always provides good policies on the implementation of KBM, including foundation circles, community organizations, and the last is the enthusiastic students of MI Sabilillah Lamongan, while the most dominant inhibiting factor is lack of available places.

This research is the kind of research the field with the approach descriptive qualitative with the title the implementation of character education early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik. This research aims to review the process of implementation of character education on early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik and to know the supporting factors and the inhibitors. Technique of data collection is  by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data is with three stages, the reduction of data , presentation of data, and withdrawal conclusions/ verification These research findings can be concluded that the implementation of character education early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik is through three rounds of including planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning in the process of the implementation of characters education is begun by inserting the character values into the school curriculum, annual program, semester program, Program of Learning Plan weekly/Rencana Program Pembelajaran Mingguan (RPPM), and Program of Learning Plan dayly Rencana Program Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH). The process of implementation of character education is integrated in learning activities , exemplary, and habit.While the scoring in the process of applying character education integrated in the assessment of learning and spontaneous assessment conducted by educator. In the process of the implementation of character education in RA Sabilul Huda there are factors that support and inhibit. The factors that support the implementation of the character education are the charge of character education in the school curriculum, the motivations of school for the quality of output, the infrastructure that supports for the implementation of character education is enough. While the factors that inhibits the implementation of the character education are different characteristic students, the different environmental of students, the funding of character education still charged fully to the school, the students readily not focus, and the monitoring of the center of curriculum is not enough.

The problem of this research is on the roles and functions of madrasah supervisors in improving the quality of Madrasah Aliyah in Tanete Riattang district of Bone regency. It’s important to know the understanding of supervisors on their roles and functions in improving the quality of schools, the planning of supervisors in conducting their roles and functions, and the implementation of supervision in improving the quality of Madrasah Aliyah in Tanete Riattang district of Bone regency. This reseach was a qualitative research where the main sources of the research data were the head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bone, Madrasah supervisors, Principals, teachers, and staffs of Madrasah Aliyah in Tanete Riattang district. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages of data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing. The results of this research showed that the supervisors’ understanding was monotonous in which the supervisors prepared their programs according to the supervisory standard. In addition, the supervisors merely made a one-time visit to 24 different madrasas which could be considered to be inefffective.

Regulation of Kulon Progo Regent number 65 of 2017 concerning strengthening character education confirms that Mataraman culture must be part of the learning program at the elementary school, including the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as an Islamic-based education. This article aims to describe how the integration of Mataraman culture in Islamic manners education at MI Ma'arif Plampang Kulon Progo in the implementation of classroom learning and its application in madrasas, using a differentiated integrative learning model. This research is qualitative. MI Ma'arif Plampang integrates the Mataraman culture and Islamic manners education based on the guidelines for strengthening character education regulated by the Regent of Kulon Progo, by emphasizing mutual respect according to the morals taught in the Islamic religion. The teaching material of Mataraman culture that is integrated into Islamic manners education is unggah-ungguh basa of Javanese language and literature with subjects of akidah-akhlak (Islamic creeds and morality). The developed values are religious values, courtesy, respect and obedience to others. Supporting factors include government policies regarding the use of traditional Javanese clothing in the style of Yogyakarta every Thursday Pahing, the quality of teachers and facilities for madrasa infrastructure, although there are inhibiting factors, namely inconsistent behavior from teachers and outsiders to the mixed culture.
