This study aims to determine how the image of job insecurity, turnover intention, and influence of job insecurity on turnover intention in PT Sandy Globalindo. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, while the data collection techniques are interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 101 respondents who were determined by simple random sampling. Based on the research that has been done, regression equation is Y = 26 543 + 0,398X. The study states that in PT Sandy Globalindo, job insecurity and turnover intention have a positive relationship was at 0.464 and job insecurity influence turnover intention of 21,5%.

The current study aims to identified and described the differences in the level of public anxiety concerning the COVID-19 pandemic based on age and residential zone and the implications for guidance and counseling. This research used a quantitative approach with a comparative descriptive method. The population in this study were the people of 12 districts/cities in Riau Province with the sampling technique using simple random sampling which obtained a sample of 200 people ranging from adolescence to senior with details of 100 people coming from the red zone and 100 people from the green zone of COVID-19 transmission. The research instrument used a Likert-scale questionnaire on the level of public anxiety. The questionnaire was distributed using the google form and the data collection was conducted start from April until May 2020. The results of this study indicated that: (1) the public's anxiety concerning COVID-19 pandemic categorized as moderate; (2) public anxiety concerning COVID-19 pandemic with the highest percentage emerges in the senior category; (3) there was a significant difference between the level of anxiety of people living in the green zone and the red zone concerning COVID-19. These results can be used as references in making guidance and counseling programs in educational units, counseling organizations, and the government as a foundation for a policy brief in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.

This research aims to discuss about the distribution of sweet orange commodities in Pasaman sub-district Barat District. Methods are used in a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are the level of productivity, the Marketing and spread of sweet oranges.The sample determination in the study was done using simple random methods(simple random sampling). The data collection techniques used are poll techniques.The research results are obtained through poll interviews as well as conducting research on the field in Pasaman sub-district of Pasaman Barat.The results of this research in the pattern of sweet citrus plants in Pasaman sub-district is spread evenly (Scattered),The sweet orange productivity level is 29.51 tons/th and the marketing is 11.11% Direct marketing and 88.88 indirect

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix in the customer's decision to save the savings mudharobah at BMT Mujahidin KSP Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method with data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Samples used as many as 100 people with a simple random sampling technique, the  variables used in this research consists of the marketing mix (X) and consumer decision (Y). Results from this study showed that the marketing mix (X) significantly affects the decision of choosing members savings products mudharobah at KSP BMT Mujahidin (Y) with t-count is 25.485 and the value of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0.869. From the 0.932 correlation value which shows the influence of both variables between the marketing mix decisions are categorized as very strong consumer. As for the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) that is obtained is 0.869 which can be interpreted to mean that the variable X has the effect of 0.869 against the decision of choosing members savings products mudharobah at KSP BMT Mujahideen and 0.131 influenced by outside marketing mix.

Abstract: The Knowledge, People, TOGA. Family Medical Plants (TOGA) is one of many traditional medication that usedfor a long time in Indonesia. The successful of this family medical plants programvery depends with people’s knowledge about every single plants that can used asherbal medicine, especially the one with empirical evidence. Beside of that, alsodepends with how people use that herbal medicine for each different case.This research is intended to disclose the description of people’s knowledge andbehaviour about family medical plants at Nglinggi, Klaten Selatan. The present research deploy descriptive method, with 30 respondents assample that selected with simple random sampling. Data collection is conductedtrough guiding interview with respondent and direct observation. Instrument thatused is questionnaire and camera for observation. The data shows that all of respondents agree using herbal medicine foralternative medication, but there are respondents whose not used herbal medicinefor daily medication.The conclusions drawm from this research is people’s knowledge in Klaten is still undertarget, because of that we have to give these people more information abaout family medical plants (TOGA).

This study aims to examine the Influence of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Organitational Commitment as Intervening Variable.This research uses a quantitive approach with a survey method. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The population in this study amounted 291 employees and the sample used amounted 75 employees of PT Lumina Packaging. Technical data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Warppls 5.0 software. The result of this research found that Job Insecurity have a direct and significant  effect on Turnover Intention by 28%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 41%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 19%, Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 24%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 19%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 20%, and Organitational Commitment have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 23%. Job Insecurity have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 47%, Job Satisfaction have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable 42%, Job Stress have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 43%.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. A quantitative approach was used to assess the knowledge regarding prevention and management of water borne diseases among mothers of under five children. Simple random sampling technique was used to select the mothers of under five children for study.100 samples collected from selected areas of mehsana. The duration of data collection was 1 day. The results of the study revealed that majority of the study sample (58.63%) have average knowledge regarding water borne diseases, 71.5% of the study sample having knowledge about causes and risk factors of Water borne diseases, 68.22% of the study sample having knowledge about prevention of Water borne diseases and 70.36% of the study sample having knowledge about management of Water borne diseases.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan stres karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan / pekerja lapangan bagian operator mesin pada PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam, dengan kriteria karyawan / pekerja yang berjenis kelamin pria. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 orang. Subjek dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Subjek penelitian berusia 20 tahun sampai dengan 50 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan subjek penelitian adalah STM Mesin berjumlah 14 orang, STM Listrik berjumlah 9 orang, D1 Mesin berjumlah 3 orang, D1 Listrik berjumlah 8 orang, D3 Mesin berjumlah 4 orang dan S1 Tehnik Mesin berjumlah 2 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Kuesioner untuk mengukur Persepsi Terhadap Kebisingan dan Skala untuk mengukur Stres. Sebelum digunakan instrumen-instrumen ini diujicoba terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi Persepsi Terhadap Kebisingan dengan Stres adalah ( r = 0,482 dengan p = 0,003 (p < 0,01) ). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan stres karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam diterima. Jadi, semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat stres, dan semakin rendah tingkat persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin rendah pula tingkat stres.  Kata kunci : Persepsi terhadap kebisingan, stress This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of noise with the stress of employees PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam. The subject of this study were employees / workers in the field of machine operators PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam, the criteria of employees / workers who are male. The number of subjects is 40 people. Subjects were selected using purposive random sampling technique. Subjects aged 20 years to 50 years. The subjects education level is STM Machine totaled 14 people, STM Electrical totaled 9 people, D1 Machine totaled 3 people, D1 Electrical totaled 8 people, D3 Machine totaled 4 people and S1 Techniques Machine totaled 2 people. Instruments used in data collection are questionnaires to measure Perception of noise and Scale to measure stress. Prior to use these instruments are tested first. The results showed that the correlation coefficient Perceptions of noise with the Stress is ( r = 0.482 with p = 0.003 (p <0.01) ). This suggests that there is a positive relationship between perceptions of noise with the stress of employees PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam be accepted. Thus, the higher the perception of noise, the higher the stress level, and the lower the perceived level of noise, then the lower the stress level. Key words : The perception of noise, stress

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.
