The purpose of this paper is to examine the marketing aspects in the perspective of Islamic business ethics according to Islamic economists. This writing is a literature research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source is a reference according to the topic of study. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively including data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the aspects of Islamic marketing were minimal and more dominant over conventional marketing

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo di Desa Loram Wetan Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah kesenian Barongan Kudus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo, penari barongan, dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata, serta perangkat desa Loram Wetan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik Keabsahan  Data menggunakan triangulasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:1) Sejarah kesenian Barongan Kudus yang diambil dari cerita babat tanah Jawa; 2) Bentuk penyajian Kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo yaitu gerak, tata rias, tata busana, tempat pementasan/pertunjukan, properti, iringan music; 3) Bentuk pelestarian Kesenian Barongan yaitu melestarikan kesenian barongan yang dibutuhkan adanya kerjasama anatara pelaku kesenian dengan pemerintah terkait untuk melestarikan kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo yang hampir punah. Kata kunci : eksistensi, kesenian, barongan THE EXISTENCE OF SETYO BUDOYO BARONGAN ARTS IN LORAM WETAN VILLAGE, JATI DISTRICTS, KUDUS REGENCY  Dinda Putri Ayuningtyas14209241037AbstractsThe aim of this research is to describe the existence of Setyo Budoyo Barongan Arts in Loram Wetan Village, Jati Districts, Kudus Regency.This research is using qualitative descriptive approach. Data validity techniques by triangulation.The results of this research are: 1) The history of Barongan Kudus was taken from Babat Tanah Jawa story; 2) The presentation form of Setyo Budoyo Barongan Arts are movement, make up, costume, stage, property, and accompaniment; 3) The preservation form  of Barongan Arts is conserve it, and it needs the cooperation between the artists and the government to conserve Setyo Budoyo Barongan Arts that almost extinct. Keywords: existence, arts, barongan

The purpose of this research is to identify 1) the advantages and weakness of talaqqi method in program tahfidz Al-Qur'an juz 29,30, and 2) Attempt to overcome the weakness of talaqqi method in program tahfidz Al-Qur'an juz 29,30, The type of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection methods used in this study are the method of observation, interview and documentation. Validity of data used is triangulation method and triangulation of data source by using three step activity data analysis that is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that 1) The advantages of talaqqi method is the motivation factor and habalan memorization of students which is still less so this method is considered very suitable and effective to be applied in the madrasah and students can read and memorize the Qur'an in accordance with the rules of science that tajwid correct. The weakness of the talaqqi method is derived from its own student factors that have not mastered the science of tajwid well such as short length, pronunciation makhraj, students who are easily bored so it will be joking with friends of their own. 2) Efforts made by teachers in overcoming the weaknesses of talaqqi method is to check the reading, control the development of memorization of students, listened one by one, come to the desk students who felt still have difficulty in memorizing, and by forming homogeneous classes tailored to the level of students' memorization skills.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain pembelajaran menulis puisi anak melalui pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah subjek 20. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diuji keabsahannnya dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa puisi anak yang buat oleh siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Asmaul Husna sudah sesuai dengan unsur intrinsik teori Nurgiantoro.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the design of learning to write poetry for children through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 20 subjects. The data collection methods were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the research data was tested by triangulation of sources. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the children's poetry made by students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Asmaul Husna is in accordance with the intrinsic elements of Nurgiantoro's theory.

ABSTRACTShariah marketing is a strategic business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering and changing the value of an initiator to its stakeholders, which in its entirety conforms to the covenants and principles of muamalah (business) in Islam. This study aims to find out how the implementation of sharia ethics marketer at bank BRISyariah KCP Kepanjen.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach where the goal is to describe systematically about the focus of research. The limitations in this study examine the principles of sharia ethics of marketer.  Subjects in this study there are five informants. Data were collected by direct observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing with triangulation method as a validity test.The result of this research shows that Bank BRISyariah KCP Kepanjen has implemented 9 sharia ethics of marketers consist of have a spiritual personality, behave kindly and sympathetically (shiddiq), be fair in business (al-'adl), serving and humble (khidmah), keeping promises and not cheating, honest and trustworthy (al-amanah), do not like to suspect (su'uzh-zhan), do not like to vilify (ghibah), and do not do bribes (riswah).

This study aims to show that Instagram, which has only been popular for posting photos or videos, is very effective as a medium of al-Kitabah learning and can increase the ability of the students in al-Kitabah Maharah. In addition, it shows positive and negative responses of students to the use of Instagram as al kitabah maharah learning media. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data and information were collected by using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that Instagram is one of the social media that strongly supports and motivates students to create and innovate in writing without being limited to place and time. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained a very positive response from 21 students that all students agreed with the use of Instagram as a medium for learning al-Kitabah maharah. Students give positive responses because they are flexible, not limited in time, learning is more varied and students are more active and creative. As for the negative responses of students needing an internet connection, teachers do not control directly. Researchers hope that with this study, the teachers can use the Instagram application as a medium for learning Arabic, so students can wisely utilize social media.

The purpose of this research is to uncover the problem of The Implementation analysis of Islamic Economic Law AgainstTempe To know-selling practices in Laok Jang KangeanSumenep Village.This research is field reseach that is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. Samples are taken using total sampling that all sellers and buyers know and tempe so that this problem can be presented clearly, the research instruments used are interviews, observations and documentation. Poda Na Lima is Angkola-Mandailing local wisdom means five advices which are used as a basis for the formation of islamic character of its people in their life. This local wisdom has dealt with islam such as to maintain cleanliness and purity both mentally and physically. This study explains about how Islamic character based on “Poda Na lima” local wisdom in Angkola-Mandailing community. The five basic values of Poda Na Lima are paias rohamu (the obligation to purify your hearth), paias pamatangmu (the obligation to purify your body), paias parabitonmu (the obligation to clean your clothes), paias bagasmu (the obligation to clean your house) and paias pakaranganmu (the obligation to clean the environment). This type of research was qualitative using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are done by observation, in-depth interviews and literature review that examines directly about Poda Na Lima. Data analysis used systematically starting from data collection, data presentation, data reduction to draw conclusions. The result of this study shows that those traditions were very important identities to of Angkola-Mandailing community particularly to perform a good character and personalities to build a clean and healthy community order. And also become a guideline and foundation of life held by every Angkola-Mandailing ethnic group in managing life.

Tengger tribe has a dish that is served on special occasions ceremony. The special occasion ceremony held by the Tengger tribe is inseparable from the culture and Hindus’s religion which is the majority religion of the Tengger tribe. Argosari Village is one of the villages that still carries out all special occasion’s ceremonies related to custom and religion. This village is in Lumajang Regency. This research was using qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data source was obtained from interviews with five informants are the Dukun Pandhita of Argosari village, Mangku village, and society’s Argosari. Data analysis is performed interactively with steps such as reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification and to check the validity of finding with member checking methode to Dukun Pandhita. The results of the research which is identifiying the special occasion dishes of Tengger tribe, there are 6 groupings dishes based on staple foods such as rice, side dishes such as omelette, fried chicken, fried noodles. Vegetable dishes include jangan benguk, jangan kentang. Snacks consist of pepes, pasung, jenang abang, apem, juadah, tetelan. The beverages such as tea and coffee. Dandananan such as gedhang ayu, pencok bakal. Masyarakat suku Tengger mempunyai hidangan yang disajikan pada upacara kesempatan khusus. Upacara kesempatan khusus yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat suku Tengger tidak terlepas dari kebudayaan dan agama Hindu yang merupakan agama mayoritas suku Tengger. Desa Argosari merupakan salah satu desa yang masih melaksanakan semua upacara kesempatan khusus yang berkaitan dengan adat maupun keagamaan, Desa ini terletak di Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan lima informan yaitu Dukun Pandhita teraktif dengan langkah reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengecekan temuan dilaksanakan dengan member checking kepada Dukun Pandhita. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 6 pengelompokan hidangan yang disajikan pada kesempatan khusus, yaitu makanan pokok antara lain nasi, hidangan lauk pauk berupa telur dadar, ayam goreng. Hidangan sayuran antara lain jangan benguk, jangan kentang. Sedap-sedapan yang terbagi menjadi jajanan telesan berupa pepes, pasung, jenang abang, apem, juadah, tetelan dan jajanan garingan seperti matari

ABSTRAKPelaksanaan ibadah umrah di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hal ini didorong dengan semakin baiknya kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk itu diperlukan perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji yang memfasilitasi para jamaah untuk melakukan ibadah menuju ke tanah suci. Mengenai hal tersebut, sudah seharusnya perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Hal ini sangat penting dikarenakan banyak terjadi pelanggaran etika bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan, tidak terkecuali oleh perusahaan travel umrah haji, seperti yang banyak diberitakan dibeberapa media yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya jamaah yang gagal berangkat ke Baitullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu survei pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mubina Tour Indonesia kabupaten Gresik telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan cara menyampaikan secara jujur dan benar, senantiasa berusaha untuk selalu menepati apa yang telah dijanjikan, membekali semua karyawan dengan berbagai skill dan mengemas promosi dengan trik-trik yang menarik.Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Perusahaan Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah dan Haji. ABSTRACTPerforming Umrah in Indonesia year by year has been experiencing a significant increase. It is motivated by a better economic condition in Indonesia. Therefore, Umrah and Hajj Travel Organizer Company is needed to facilitate Muslim pilgrims to pilgrimage to Mecca. According to this, this kind of company shall implement Islamic business ethics to run their business activities. It is very important because there are many Islamic business ethics violations committed by some companies, unexceptionally Hajj and umrah travel companies as widely reported in several media. It was proven by the large number of pilgrims who failed to go to Baitullah. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the case study method. Data collecting techniques used by the researcher are preliminary survey, observation, interview, documentation, and literature review. The result of the research shows that Mubina Tour Indonesia in Gresik Regency has implemented Islamic business ethics by delivering information honestly and truthfully, always trying to fulfill what has been promised, equipping all employments with many various skills, and packaging promotion with interesting techniques.Keywords: Islamic Business Ethics, Umrah and Hajj Travel Company.
