Kurangnya moral anak bangsa saat sekarang ini, seperti pembegal yang marak dilakukan oleh kalangan pelajar SMP atau SMA, seks bebas, pornografi, narkoba, dan minum minuman keras sudah membuat miris kalangan pendidik. Karena pendidikan moral anak tidak hanya tugas keluarga, tapi juga guru sebagai pendidik. Dan tidak hanya tugas guru agama, tapi guru mata pelajaran biologi. The implementation of educational program for all through distance learning is expected to match with the condition of Indonesia’s geography, demography, and culture that vary from one place to another. The method of this research is a survey which conducted to collect information carried out by compiling a list of questions submitted to respondents. Commonly, survey research is used to examine all a group or individual behavior. Collecting the data using observation and interview sheets. Data collection uses observation sheets based on Minister of National Education Regulation No.24 of 2007. The private junior high schools In Pekanbaru city, laboratory profile resulted in complete criteria on average based on the completeness of science and biology laboratory facilities and infrastructure at five private junior high schools. At Private Middle School of Dwi Sejahtera obtained a score of 55.88% (Complete). Furthermore, the percentage of Private Middle School of Bhayangkari was obtained at 77.4% (Very Complete). At Private Junior High School of Yabri, the percentage obtained was 53.58% (Complete) and Private Junior High School of Technology obtained a percentage of 1.42% (Very Incomplete), then Private Junior High School of Insan Utama obtained a percentage of 54% (Complete).Keywords: Laboratory Profile of Science / Biology, Teacher Competence of Laboratory

<p>Textbooks that are too difficult to read will decrease students’ motivation in learning, while textbooks that are too easy to read will make students less interested in reading them. Therefore, the readability analysis needs to be done so that the textbooks used as learning media are suitable for the students who become the target readers of the books. This study analyzes the texts in Junior High School English textbooks entitled “English in Focus” grades VII, VIII, and IX published by the Center of Book Archieve of the Department of National Education by using cloze procedure. The tests were carried out in SMPN 1 Gunungputri and SMP Sejahtera 2 Cileungsi, involving students in grades VII, VIII, and IX. The texts tested were adapted to their grade levels. The tests were made in the form of 100 words which were then omitted at every 5th word. The readability results of “English in Focus” textbook are that not all texts in the book are suitable for students who use it. If the books are considered as suitable teaching material, these books need some changes because there are 6 texts from the total of 24 texts that are considered too difficult for students.</p><p>Keywords: textbook assessment, readability, cloze procedure</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the condition of the existing SMP potential in achieving the National Education Standards (SNP), 2) analyze the gap / gap between the real conditions Potential SMP with National Education Standards, 3) formulate an implementation strategy of the National Education Standards to Potential Junior High School. The unit of analysis in this study is 6 Potential Secondary Schools in the city of Bandung, which are in cluster 1 (1 Junior High School), cluster 2 (2 Junior High School) and cluster 3 (3 Junior High Schools). The results showed the level of the gap between the real conditions Potential Secondary Schools in Bandung with National Education Standards are as follows: standard financing is the largest gap compared with other standard is 59.2%. The next largest gap in a sequence is the standard of infrastructure (46.1%), the standard process (39.6%), the standard assessment (29.7%), teachers and education personnel standards (25%), the standard management (23.3 %), content standards (23.2%), and the smallest value of the average gap is competency standards (11%).

This research aims to determine the student’s higher order thinking skill (HOTS) after learning using the PMRI through LSLC is done approach to the material of number patterns in class VIII. This type of research is descriptive. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII.5 Junior High School number 18 Palembang amounting to 31 students. Data collectin techniques used were observations, giving test questions amounted to one questons in the form of descriptions, and interviews. After conducting the research, there have been many indicators of higher order thinking skills raised by students even though there are still some students who don’t bring up indicators. In addition, by using the PMRI approach and the LSLC system, students become mutually learning and active in learning. The conclusion of this research is the ability of HOTS students in class VIII.5 is enough, which can be seen from the scores obtained by students in the test questions that are in the range of grades 41-60. In addition, the emergence of the analysis (C4) indicator most often appears as much as 63.33%, evaluation (C5) as much as 30% and the creation (C6) indicator is the least indicator that appears as much as 20%.

The aim of National education is to create a generation that has good character and noble character. But 8 of 10 children experienced bullying cases in Indonesia stay on 4th in cases of child abuse. Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas as an educational figure in contemporary Islamic times. This study uses qualitative research methods with the type of library research. Strengthening Education forms good human character, Syed M. Naquib Al-Attas uses the concept of ta'dib, which is to instill good manners to form praiseworthy personalities in humans that encompass habits, character and habits. Strengthening character education at Al-Ishlah Cibinong Junior High School based on the Qur'an in planning, management, implementation and evaluation. Strengthening character education is highly needed in junior high schools by applying the model model, learning in class, integrating with all subject matter, integrating in Intrakulikuler, Kokurikuler and Extracurricular activities, empowerment and coaching.

Porn video cases involved to Islamic junior high school and college students which are the umpteenth of juvenile delinquency in any cases. The above case is certainly influenced by any cases that very concern and also shows the loss of moral education in the education world. The Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of National Education have essentially concerned to improving educational system in Indonesia. It is to lead the formation of moral and religious spiritual that is still seemed very minimal. The aim of this study is to answer the question on what is the expected of learning moral in the purposive line of educational activities through the development of student personality. This paper requires a new concept in reconstructing the concept of formal education today to lead the formation of character or morals, and its implication to the improvement of spiritual-religious values among the students. In the case of MTs Karangpawitan Garut, Islamic Union is seeking to maximize the interaction between cognitive and psychomotor aspects in the whole of education process. Unfortunately, much of them are still trying to internalize the values of the Qur'an as God's revelation to be applied in behavior or morals. Based on the background, this study shows that morals coaching through tahfizh al-quran in Islamic Junior High School can be seen one of the learning model to rebuilding the student character.
