For that, it should be with the polemics of this kind needs be no specific response to concerns relating to issues that have been merasahkan and disrupt the comfort and harmony of religions, especially Islam in terms of legal analysis. The goal is that these problems can be solved by the decision of the best and can provide solutions that can diajalankan by the public, and can eliminate the unilateral truth of the allegations. Furthermore, to provide the best solution on the claims of heresy heresy, in society, the author gives an explanation which is very comprehensive in answering the issues around innovation with the proposition that qhat'i berlandasankan and accountable, in the form of al-Quran and Hadith-Hadith sahih, but it is also the author gives a real understanding of what it is heresy and Islamic attitudes in response to this polemic. The design of the study is a research library research (literature study) using the method of qualitative analysis with deductive and descriptive way of thinking. Even the heretics also be recommended by the Sunnah of the Prophet. Based on the results of this study, recommended for groups who claim to truth as Islamic fundamentalist and liberal Islam should not only understand the hadith of the literal aspect dhahirnya alone or, if a hadith is understood from the aspects dhahirnya will certainly experience a fatal error kerana pemahamn like it was just owned by someone who have an interest or based on lust.

Abstract: Article with the title ‘Analysis of the Concept of Integration of Science in Islam’, it discusses describing and analyzing concepts between sciences in Islam. Science we will describe later, is a system of meaning of reality and truth, based on revelation supported by reason and intuition. The method used in this study uses the method or literature study (library research). Literature study can be interpreted as an activity relating to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. With nadzar and fikr processes, ratios will be able to articulate, make propositions, express opinions, argue, make analogies, make decisions, and draw conclusions. In the Islamic worldview, science is closely related to faith, ‘aql, qalb, and taqwa. Not only is knowledge systematically gathered, but knowledge is also an understanding. However, over time, hegemony and colonialism caused Muslims to replace and apply the concept of Western knowledge that is blindly. This attitude certainly causes confusion. So, trying to develop and develop the concept of science in the Qur'an can be made the basis for formulating the basis of knowledge in Islam. Keywords: Integration of knowledge, worldview, and scientific methods.   Abstrak: Artikel dengan judul ‘Analisis Konsep Integrasi Ilmu dalam Islam’, ini bertujuan memaparkan dan menganalisis konsep intergrasi ilmu dalam Islam. Ilmu sebagaimana akan kita uraikan nanti, merupakan system pemaknaan akan realitas dan kebenaran, bersumber pada wahyu yang didukung oleh rasio dan intuisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Studi pustaka dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Dengan proses nadzar dan fikr, rasio akan dapat berartikulasi, menyusun proposisi, menyatakan pendapat, berargumentasi, membuat analogi, membuat keputusan, serta menarik kesimpulan. Dalam worldview Islam, ilmu berkaitan erat dengan iman, ‘aql, qalb, dan taqwa. Tidak hanya merupakan satu pengetahuan yang terhimpun secara sistematis, tetapi ilmu juga merupakan suatu metodologi. Dimana metodologi yang haq tentu tidak akan bertentangan dengan yang haq. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, hegemoni dan kolonialisme menyebabkan umat Islam cenderung meniru dan mengadopsi konsep ilmu pengetahuan Barat secara membabi buta. Sikap ini tentu saja menyebabkan kebingungan (confusition) yang berlanjut pada hilangnya identitas. Maka, upaya menggali dan mengembangkan konsep ilmu dalam al-Qur‘an dapat dijadikan landasan bagi upaya merumuskan kerangka integrasi ilmu pengetahuan dalam Islam. Kata kunci: Integrasi ilmu, worldview, metode keilmuan.

This study focuses on the news about the existence of female transgender (transpuan) on the island of Madura, the news about transpuan Madura in different media, namely merdeka.com, okezone.com, suarajatimpost.com and suarapamekasan.com. The research method used in this research is the method of literature research, literature study on research dominated by non-field data collection. The results show first, the existence of transpuan in Madura in the public sphere is no longer seen as a marginal group. Secondly, Journalists from a number of media in charge of coverage in Madura, able to present objective values about the role of transpuan in the public sphere. Third, transpuan that was appointed to civil servants gives a picture to the public that gender is not a fundamental issue for the Maduranes as a minority and marginal groups that are considered outside the line of reasonableness.

The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education.

Society as users of health services organized by hospitals are entitled to receive services in plenary by not getting any difference of legal entity of hospital managers. The main goal of health care hospitals include the preventive, curative, rehabilitative and promotive to all levels of society in accordance with the socio-economic function that prioritizes social functioning compared with economic function. The legal entity of hospital management in the form of foundations, associations and limited liability companies. Research in this paper is a normative juridical research, which studied the approach of legislation (the statute approach) means that a problem will be seen from the legal aspect by studying the legislation. And also the method by way of literature study (library research). The research concludes that there are three (3) legal entity that manages private hospitals are more widely used by the public, namely foundations, associations and limited liability companies. Limited liability company that manages the hospital has the main purpose for profit or economic function takes precedence while legal entities of foundations and associations in managing hospitals prioritize socio-economic functions.

This article was made with the aim of: a) to describe the meaning of the style of the scientific journal; b) reveal the variety of writing the structure of various scientific journals in Indonesia; and c) revealing the variety of styles of various scientific journals in Indonesia. This research uses library research methods or Library Research. Literature study is a technique of collecting data by conducting study studies of books, literature, records, and reports that have to do with the problem being solved. Theoretical data in this paper are collected by library research techniques. The contents of this article consist of a) understanding of scientific journal articles, b) the shelling styles discussed include: Pen Literacy, Hortatorial, Deixis, Transformation, and Semiotics, c) Structure of journal writing is different, for example title, abstract, introduction, method research, results and discussion, conclusions, thanks, and references. There are also several journals that use conclusions and suggestions.

Growth in terms of assets has also proven that Islamic banks are a bank model that is ideal for driving the progress of the country's economy. But in terms of service quality, Islamic banks must catch up with conventional banks that have already been established.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa muatan materi senam pada sekolah dasar. Pembelajarannya dirancang berbasis aktivitas terkait dengan sejumlah jenis gerak jasmani/olahraga dan usaha-usaha menjaga kesehatan yang sesuai untuk peserta didik. Aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut dirancang untuk membuat peserta didik terbiasa melakukan gerak jasmani dan berolahraga dengan senang hati karena merasa perlu melakukannya dan sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan jasmani baik melalui gerak jasmani dan olahraga maupun dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor kesehatan yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (Library research) dan studi dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui muatan materi senam pada bahan ajar pjok di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci : Muatan Materi, Bahan Ajar, Senam. This article aimed to describe and analyze the comparison of the two laws, namely Islamic Law and Positive Law, regarding online loans in the Smart Credit application. This study was a literature study using a qualitative design that was the basis for library research by exploring the postulates of Islamic law and articles of positive law that were directly related to the object studied and analyzing and concluding the comparison of the two laws. The results of this study indicated that the legal requirements for online loans in the Smart Credit application was based on the provisions of Islamic Law and Civil Code. In addition, according to Islamic Law and Positive Law, the online loan mechanism through the Smart Credit application had differences, including in Islamic Law allowing online loans. However, if the loans process used usury or interest, Islamic law forbade the lender. While the Positive Law, in this case, was contained in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, which explained that if a lender has agreed to the process of terms and conditions that the Smart Credit application has made and has bound himself in the applicable provisions, whether a loan that was known to have an interest or a delay in paying would be given a fine, then the loans process was legal in the eyes of the law. This was because they have tied themselves to the online loan process, the Smart Credit application. This study implies that online loans are allowed to be used by the public. However, people must remain careful in using online loan applications that lend funds because the interest from lending these funds is very high and will result in very large losses.

This paper examines the scientific design that combines Islam with a national perspective, which the author calls the Tabot’s scientific . Tabot's scientific design is Islam juxtaposed with local wisdom, to produce a wasathiyah (moderate) Islam. So far, the scientific design at PTKIN only reinforces the scientific dichotomy between science and religion. Such as the science of Spider Web, Tree of Science, Twin Tower and others, all carry the integration of religion and science. Islam itself does not recognize this scientific separation. Using library research (literature study), which is a method that is carried out by collecting data and information from books and writings that are related to the research object which is discussed descriptively-analytic through philosophical studies with a qualitative-rationalistic approach . The results of this study are: first, religion and national locality are like two sides of a coin that cannot be separated. Religion does not exist in a cultural vacuum. Rather, religion always includes two inseparable but distinguishable entities, namely normativity and historicity. Second, it is necessary to ground (domestication), downstream science, both religion and science technology according to the needs of the Indonesian people. So far, the science on campus has been more on the ceiling, in the ivory tower rather than manifesting in beneficial social and technological attitudes. Indonesian scientists are more expert in discourse rather than manifesting in praxis and works.Keywords:  Criticism, Science, Tabot, Integration, Domestification.
