FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN STATUS GIZI BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BARAT KOTA PRABUMULIH TAHUN 2017

ABSTRAK   Gizi atau makanan merupakan bahan dasar penyusunan bahan makanan yang mempunyai fungsi sumber energy atau tenaga,  menyokong pertumbuhan badan, memelihara dan mengganti jaringan tubuh, mengatur metabolism dan berperan dalam mekanisme pertahanan tubuh. Status gizi buruk pada balita dapat menimbulkan pengaruh yang sangat menghambat pertumbuhan fisik, mental maupun kemampuan berpikir yang pada akhirnya akan menurunkan produktivitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini diketahuinya faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi balita di Puskesmas Barat Kota Prabumulih Tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survey Analitiik dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional, dimana variabel independen (pendidikan, pekerjaan dan status ekonomi) dan variabel dependen (status gizi balita) diobservasi dan dikumpulkan pada waktu yang bersamaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan accidental sampling yang dilakukan dengan mengambil responden yang kebetulan ada pada saat penelitian Sampel penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang berkunjung dan membawa anak balita  berusia 0 – 5 tahun pada tanggal 13 – 19 Januari tahun 2017 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Barat Kota Prabumulih Tahun 2017 yang berjumlah 36 responden. Analisis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistic Chi-Square (x2) dengan tingkat kemaknaan ( α ) = 0,05 dan tingkat kepercayaan ( ci ) 95%.   ABSTRACT   Nutrition or food is the basic ingredients for the preparation of food ingredients that have the function of energy source or energy, support the growth of the body, maintain and replace body tissues, regulate metabolism and play a role in defense mechanisms of the body. Malnutrition status in infants can cause the effect that greatly hamper the physical growth, mental and thinking ability that will eventually decrease work productivity. The purpose of this research is to know the factors related to the nutritional status of children under five at Puskesmas Barat Kota Prabumulih Year 2017. This research uses Analytic Survey method with Cross Sectional research design, where the independent variables (education, occupation and economic status) and dependent variable nutritional status of children under five) were observed and collected at the same time. The sample in this research is taken by nonprobability sampling that is by accidental sampling which is done by taking the respondent who happened to exist at the time of the research. The sample of this research is all the mothers who visit and bring toddlers aged 0 - 5 years on 13 - 19 January 2017 in Territory Occupation of Puskesmas West Prabumulih City Year 2017 which amounted to 36 respondents. Analysis of the research by using statistical test Chi-Square (x2) with significance level (α) = 0,05 and level of trust (ci) 95%.

In Indonesia, the problem of nutrition is still very high, we should prepare the Indonesian generation in a healthy, intelligent and quality manner to be able to continue the development of the Indonesian nation to be more advanced, just and prosperous. The survey results obtained data for 72 children under five, there were 83.3% under five with good nutritional status, 2.8% under five with overweight status, 12.5% ​​under five with malnutrition status, and 1.4% under five with poor nutritional status. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and actions of mothers in giving food to the nutritional status of children under five. This study used a cross sectional analytic survey, the primary data was obtained from the measurement of the toddler's weight. The population of this research is all mothers who have toddlers totaling 72 respondents, the sample in this study is all of the total population. The research analysis was univariate and bivariate using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge (P-value = 0.001), mother's attitude (P-value = 0.02), and mother's actions (P-value = 0.01) with the nutritional status of children under five.

Background : Based on data from the Karimun District Health Office in 2017, there was 0.9% malnutrition, 4.8% malnutrition, and the prevalence of underweight children was 5.7%. Meanwhile, according to the Center for Data and Information, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2017 the nutritional status of children under five to 59 months according to BW / U has 3.7% malnutrition, 14.0% malnutrition, 80.1% good nutrition and 2.1% over nutrition. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and parenting about the nutritional status of toddlers with the incidence of malnutrition in children under five in Baran Timur Village, Meral District, Karimun Regency. Method : This research used an analytical research design with a cross sectional design approach. Meral Karimun Regency. In this study, the population is all mothers who have toddlers aged 3-59 months who live in Baran Timur Village, Meral District, Karimun Regency as many as 460 people. The data is presented in the form of a cross table then the data is analyzed using the SPSS program (Social Science Program Statistics) through the chi-square statistical test using a significant level of 0.05 Result : from 82 respondents, it is found that 1 respondent (33.3%) with less parenting is malnutrition status, 1 respondent (33.3%) with poor parenting was malnourished and 1 respondent (33.3%) with insufficient parenting was good nutritional status. While 21 respondents (63.6%) with moderate parenting were good nutritional status and 41 respondents (89.1%) with good parenting were good nutritional status obtained a p value of 0.003

Nutrition is a very important part of growth and development. Community problems are considered serious if the prevalence of underweight is between 10.0-14.0%, and is considered critical if it is greater than 15.0% (WHO, 2010). In 2013, nationally the prevalence of underweight in children under five was still 12.1%. For Jambi Province itself, cases of malnutrition tended to increase over the last two years, in 2017 there were 85 cases of malnutrition and four cases died, while in 2018 it rose to 92 cases with six of them died. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design that aims to determine the relationship between diet and mother's knowledge with the nutritional status of children under five in Talang Babat Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency in 2019. This research was conducted in July 2019. The population in this study was 220 toddlers. The number of samples was calculated based on Ariawan's formula as many as 67 people. The sampling technique was carried out by means of quota sampling. Data analysis used the chi-square test with a significant limit of = 5%. The results of the study Most of the respondents had normal nutritional status as many as 50 respondents (74.6%), had a good diet for toddlers as many as 37 respondents (55.2%) and had less knowledge about the nutritional status of toddlers as many as 43 respondents (64.2%). Based on the chi-square statistical test with p-values ​​of 0.028 and 0.001 which means there is a significant relationship between diet and knowledge with the nutritional status of children under five in Talang Babat Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between diet and knowledge with the nutritional status of toddlers in Talang Babat Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency.

Toddler Nutrition Status Is a state of balance or manifestation of nutrition in the form of certain variables. The high incidence of malnutrition in Suka Makmue Subdistrict is centered as the main target in improving nutrition. The objective is to analyze the Knowledge Study of Income and Social Culture Level of Toddler Nutrition status in Blang Muling Village, Suka Makmue Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency. This type of research is Analytical Surveys with cross-sectional approach. The total number of samples is 33 mothers of toddlers. Univariate and Bivariate analyzes were further tested with Chi Square. The results after a deeper study of the three variables have an influence on the nutritional status of children under five namely Knowledge (Pvalue 0,000 <α 0.05), income level (Pvalue 0.001 <α 0.05), and socio-cultural (Pvalue 0.003 <α 0.05) . Suggestion Health workers should be more active in delivering information about the importance of the nutritional status of children under five.

Background: Malnutrition is one of the causes of morbidity and mortality in children under five years of age. Toddlers need nutrients in large quantities because of the rapid growth process. In 2017 there are 14% of children under five experiencing underweight. The national prevalence of nutritional problems among children under five in 2017 in the stunting category was 29.6% and underweight was 17.8% (Riskesdas, 2018). The malnourished sufferers of Piyungan Community Health Center work area are 3.8% and in Srimartani village there are 11.39% malnourished children under five. In addition, in the Sanansari Hamlet Posyandu in September there were 5.4% of children under five with underweight and stunting conditions. Research Objective: To find out the relationship between Knowledge and Behavior of Mother About Nutrition Conscious Family with Nutritional Status of Toddlers in Teratai Posyandu in Sanansari Village, Srimartani Village, Piyungan District, Bantul, D. I. Yogyakarta in 2018. Research Method: This research is a descriptive analytic research with cross sectional approach. The samples in this study were all toddlers in the Teratai Posyandu, which numbered 74 toddlers. The sampling technique is done by the Total Sampling technique. The statistical test used is to use Chi Square (x2). Results: Knowledge about Nutrition Conscious Family was partially in the good category (63.5%), the mother's behavior about Nutrition Conscious Family was partly in good category (90.5%), then there was a relationship between mother's knowledge and behavior about Nutrition Conscious Family at the Teratai Posyandu, Sanansari Hamlet, Srimartani, Piyungan, Bantul is characterized by a significant value of 0.050 and 0.00, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and behavior about Nutrition Conscious Family and the nutritional status of children under five in Teratai Posyandu, Sanansari Hamlet, Srimartani, Piyungan, Bantul, Year 2018.

Education, Nutritional  Status,  and  4-5  Years  Children  Development  in   Hang Tuah  Kindergarten  BengkuluABSTRAKPerkembangan  balita  sangat  menentukan  kualitas  sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada usia dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan pendidikan ibu dan status gizi balita dengan perkembangan balita usia 4-5 tahun                  di PAUD Hang Tuah Kota Bengkulu. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Survei Analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Hang Tuah Kota Bengkulu bulan Juli  tahun 2017 sebanyak 30 orang ibu  balita. Jumlah  sampel  sebesar 30 orang ibu balita. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan  skunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square (χ2). Untuk mengetahui keeratan hubungan digunakan uji statistik Contingency Coefficient (C). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  dari 30 ibu balita, terdapat 16 ibu balita (53,3%) berpendidikan dasar, 20 ibu balita (66,7%) memiliki balita dengan status gizi baik, 25 ibu balita (83,3%) memiliki balita dengan perkembangan baik, dan  tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan ibu dan status gizi balita  dengan perkembangan balita usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Hang Tuah  Kota Bengkulu. Disarankan kepada pihak PAUD untuk dapat meningkatkan  pemantauan  terhadap  tumbuh  kembang  balita di institusinya.  Kata Kunci :  balita,  pendidikan, perkembangan,  status giziABSTRACTThe  development  of  children  under five  greatly determines the quality of human resources (HR) in adulthood. This study aimed to study the relationship between mother education and nutritional status of children under five years of age 4-5 years in Hang Tuah Kindergarten Bengkulu. This Research Type was Analytical  Survey with Cross Sectional design. The population in  this study was all mothers who had children aged 4-5 years in  Hang Tuah Kindergarten Bengkulu in  July 2017 as many as 30 mothers  of children under five.                         The number of  samples was 30 mothers of children under five. Sampling technique used was Total Sampling. Technique of data collection used primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used Chi-Square (χ2) statistical test. To know the closeness of the relationship was used statistical test  Contingency Coefficient (C). The results showed that from 30 mothers of  children  under-five, there were 16  mothers  of  children  under five (53.3%) with basic education, 20 mothers  of  children under-five (66.7%) had a children under five with good nutritional status, 25 mothers of children under five (83.3%) had children under five with good development, and no significant relationship between maternal education and nutritional status of  children under five  with  the development of  children under five aged 4-5 years in PAUD Hang Tuah Bengkulu. It was suggested to Kindergarten to improve monitoring on children under five growth  in  it’s institute. Keywords : children under five, development, education, nutritional status

Abstract. Humans, especially toddlers, need good nutritional status. Nutritional status is the state of the body due to food consumption and use of nutrients, which is defined as the balance of energy that is entered and released by the body. The health profile of Bekasi Regency in 2017 shows that there are 3.88% of children under five with malnutrition status and 0.04% with malnutrition status. And 2.91% of children under five with more nutrition. This study aims to determine the nutritional status of children under five at Puskesmas Karang Harja Bekasi in 2019. This study uses a descriptive research method with a cross sectional design that measures variables as well as to determine the nutritional status of children. Sampling of this research is a total sampling technique from recording data reporting months of weighing toddlers aged 12-60 months at Puskesmas Karang Harja Bekasi in 2019. This research was conducted from September to December 2020. The results of this study indicate that children under five at Puskesmas Karang Harja Bekasi in 2019 as many as 902 people, 771 people with good nutrition (85.5.3%), 62 people (7.9%) with good nutrition, 59 people (6.5%)% malnutrition and ten people (1.1%) ) malnutrition. This study concluded that the nutritional status of children under five was mostly good. However, there are still children with low nutritional status, so it should be noted that there are still many malnourished children under five in Indonesia. Abstrak. Manusia khususnya balita membutuhkan status gizi yang baik. Status gizi adalah keadaan tubuh sebagai akibat dari konsumsi makanan dan penggunaan gizi, yang didefinisikan sebagai keseimbangan energi yang masuk dan dilepaskan oleh tubuh. Profil kesehatan Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2017 menunjukkan terdapat 3,88% balita dengan status gizi buruk dan 0,04% dengan status gizi buruk. Dan 2,91% balita dengan gizi lebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status gizi balita di Puskesmas Karang Harja Bekasi tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional yang mengukur variabel dan untuk mengetahui status gizi balita. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling dari pencatatan data pelaporan bulan penimbangan balita usia 12-60 bulan di Puskesmas Karang Harja Bekasi tahun 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September hingga Desember 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa balita di Puskesmas Karang Harja Bekasi tahun 2019 sebanyak 902 orang, gizi baik 771 orang (85.5,3%), gizi baik 62 orang (7,9%), gizi baik 59 orang (6,5%)% dan gizi buruk sepuluh orang ( 1,1%)) malnutrisi. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa status gizi balita sebagian besar baik. Namun demikian, masih terdapat balita dengan status gizi rendah, sehingga perlu diperhatikan bahwa masih banyak balita gizi buruk di Indonesia.

Abstrak Latar Belakang : Gizi kurang dan buruk pada balita dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya pertumbuhan jasmani dan kecerdasan anak. Angka kejadian gizi buruk tertinggi terjadi di Puskesmas Simomulyo Surabaya sebanyak 35 balita pada tahun 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan hubungan Pola Pemberian Makan, Sosial Ekonomi dan Riwayat BBLR dengan Status Gizi Balita. Metode: Penelitian cross sectional ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Simomulyo Baru Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh balita usia 12-59 bulan di Kelurahan Simomulyo Baru Kota Surabaya sebanyak 3036 balita. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 balita pada RW 5 dan RW 6 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Status Gizi Bermasalah sebagian besar terjadi pada balita dengan pola pemberian makan yang kurang yaitu 34 balita (97,1%). Pendidikan terakhir ibu balita status gizi bermasalah sebagian besar berpendidikan tinggi yaitu sebanyak 47 orang (49,0%). Pekerjaan ibu balita status gizi bermasalah sebagian besar  tidak bekerja sebanyak 52 orang (49,5%). Balita status gizi bermasalah hampir setengahnya terjadi pada keluarga dengan pendapatan rendah yaitu sebanyak 41 keluarga (58,6%). Balita yang mengalami status gizi bermasalah sebagian besar terjadi pada balita dengan riwayat BBLR cukup bulan saat lahir yaitu sebanyak 23 balita  (88,5%). Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square didapatkan hasil pemberian makan (p-value =0,001), pendidikan ibu (p-value=0,561),  pekerjaan ibu (p-value=0,320), pendapatan keluarga (p-value =0,005), dan riwayat BBLR (p-value =0,001) dengan α=0,05. Kesimpulan: Pola pemberian makan, pendapatan dan riwayat BBLR berhubungan dengan status gizi balita. Sedangkan pendidikan ibu dan pekerjaan ibu tidak berhubungan dengan status gizi balita.Abstract Background: Underweight and malnutrition of children can result in disruption of physical growth and intelligence of children. Method : This cross-sectional study was conducted in Simomulyo Baru Village Surabaya. The population in this study were all toddlers aged 12-59 months in Simomulyo Baru Village, Surabaya, as many as 3036 toddlers. The sample used was 130 toddlers in RW 5 and RW 6 with the sampling technique using simple random sampling. Retrieving data with a questionnaire. Data were analyzed statistically using the Chi-Square test . Results : Troubled Nutritional Status mostly occurred in children under five with poor feeding patterns, namely 34 toddlers (97.1%). The last education of mothers of children under five with a problematic nutritional status was mostly highly educated as many as 47 people (49.0%). The work of mothers of children under five with problematic nutritional status mostly did not work as many as 52 people (49.5%). Toddlers with problematic nutritional status almost half occur in families with low income as many as 41 families (58.6%). Most toddlers who have problematic nutritional status occur in infants with a history of LBW enough months at birth as many as 23 children (88.5%). Based on the Chi-Square test results obtained feeding results ( p-value = 0.001), mother’s education (p-value = 0.561), mother’s work ( p-value = 0.320), family income ( p-value = 0.005), and history LBW ( p-value = 0.001 ) with α=0,05. Conclusion : The pattern of feeding, income and history of LBW is related to the nutritional status of children. While mother’s education and mother’s work is not related to the nutritional status of children.

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and education on the nutritional status of children under five in the Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The results of the study based on the chi square test obtained the value of Pvalue <0.05 (<0.006 <0.05) and (<0.034 <0.05). In conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge and education on the nutritional status of children under five.   Keywords: Toddler, Education, Knowledge, Nutritional Status

Background: Nutrition problems in Indonesia are a major problem in human development because nutritional status reflects the quality of the nation itself. Monitoring of Nutritional Status in 2015 showed that toddlers according to the weight index per age obtained 79.7% good nutrition; 14.9% malnutrition and 3.8% malnutrition and 1.5% over nutrition. The data shows that the presence of children under five has a status of poor or poor nutrition. Kalijambe Subdistrict, Sragen Regency in 2012 there were still under-fives with one status of malnutrition with 29 toddlers (30%) out of a total of 3,452 toddlers. Method: Type of study was analytic descriptive with approach Cross-Sectional. The population was all mothers of children under five, the sampling technique with probability sampling is the number of respondents 50 mothers of children under five. Data analysis using chi-square. Results: There was a significant relationship between the education of mothers of children under five with the nutritional status of children (p = 0.0001 <0.05). There was a significant relationship between maternal knowledge of children under five and the nutritional status of children under five (p = 0.035 <0.05). Conclusion: There was no relationship between the number of children under five with the nutritional status of children (p = 0.49) and there was no relationship between the number of families with the nutritional status of children (p = 0.85). So that the factors that affect toddler nutrition in Jetiskarangpung Village, Sragen is education and mother's knowledge.
