School being a source of stress among students seems to be a reality that all circles need to anticipate. As a formal educational institution, school has to have a friendly nature, both friendly to children and friendly to the environment, so that they can have a positive effect on children's socio-emotional development. The purpose of this research is to reveal how the contribution of Child Friendly School (SRA) in the socio-emotional development of children at SD Negeri Ngupasan Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative and the research method used is descriptive-inductive method. Data are collected and described through in-depth observations and interviews, while the data analysis method applied is Cresswell's qualitative data. The results show that the Child Friendly School (SRA) has a contribution in the socio-emotional development of children at SD Negeri Ngupasan Yogyakarta. The stages of the Child Friendly School Program include: 1) Anti-violence policies; 2). Implementation of the curriculum; 3 Educators and education personnel trained in child rights; 4). Facilities and infrastructure; 5). Student participation; and 6) Parental participation. The contribution obtained from the implementation of the Child Friendly School program in socio-emotional development is that students could respect others, more able to control emotions, responsive, bound by parental figures, care, imitate their friends, play games that use rules and create them, following an event, confident, tolerant, cooperative and responsible, and tend to spend time with friends.

This research aims to describe the strategy of the principal in organizing a child-friendly school program at SDN 9/X Sido Mukti. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed that the implementation of child-friendly school programs began with child-friendly school program planning activities in accordance with SOPs and predetermined policies. The preparation of strategies to meet 6 indicators includes child-friendly school policies, the implementation of learning processes, facilities and infrastructure, trained educators and education personnel children's rights, child participation as well as parents and communities.

School is a place that should allow a child to learn and feel comfortable. But until now the school has not been able to be a friendly place for children. Although referred to as an educational institution, but violence actually often occurs in schools. Child Friendly Schools are educational units that are able to guarantee, fulfill, respect the rights of children, and protect children from violence, discrimination, and other mistreatment and support children's participation, especially in planning, policy, learning, and complaints mechanisms. Child Friendly Schools aim to protect and provide services that guarantee and protect children from physical and non-physical abuse. This study aims to determine whether schools have implemented Child Friendly Schools as a whole or are still not optimal. Know the school culture that is the result of Child Friendly Schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the implementation of Child Friendly Schools in SDN 3 Pasirtamiang. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis method uses descriptive method. The results of research at SDN 3 Pasirtamiang have referred to the classification standards for child-friendly schools that have been declared by the ministry of education and culture based on the facts contained in the field. With the formation of character as a child-friendly school culture equips students to be able to actualize themselves towards Islamic character. To develop and create child-friendly schools, it is better to be able to integrate existing programs & activities and be able to adjust the situation, conditions, and abilities of the school by optimizing all school resources.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction factors on Islamic performance against Muslims employee of Workforce Education in Faculty of Economics and Business Airlangga University.This study used a questionnaire in the primary data collection and quantitative approach to the multiple regression analysis method. Criteria in this study population is Muslim employee education personnel status as a civil servant at the Faculty of Economics  and Business Airlangga University totaling 87 people, consisting of 85 Muslim employees and 2 non-Muslim employees. While the sample in this study amounted to 85 Muslim employees. Sampling using sampling saturated technique, because the population in this study is less than 100 people.The results showed that the factors work itself, salary or wages, and co-workers has a positive effect (unidirectional) and partially significant to the Islamic performance. While factors promotional opportunities and working conditions negatively (opposite) and partially not significant to the Islamic performance, and supervision factors and partially significant positive effect on the Islamic performance. While simultaneously, 6 exogenous variables have a significant effect on the Islamic performance Muslim employees of educational staff in the Faculty of Economics and Business Airlangga University.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Islamicity Performance Index on the Profitabilityof Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2014-2018. Research variables consist of Return OnAsset (ROA), Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR), Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR), and Islamic Income Ratiovs Non-Islamic Income Ratio (IsIR). The population of this research is all Islamic commercial banksin Indonesia. This research uses the purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study were9 Islamic Commercial Banks that meet the required criteria. The analysis method used is multipleregression. The results of this study indicate that according to the T-test (partially) the results are thePSR variable has a positive effect, the ZPR variable has a positive effect and the IsIR variable hasno and insignificant effect on the Return On Asset (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks. So it can beconcluded from the three variables tested, the PSR variable and the ZPR variable are variables thathave a positive effect in this study. Meanwhile, according to the F test (simultaneously), the results arethe variable Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR), Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR), and Islamic Income Ratio vsNon-Islamic Income Ratio (IsIR) have a joint effect on Return On Assets (ROA). ) Sharia CommercialBank.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture on work commitments in junior high schools throughout South Jakarta. The study was conducted on work commitments to the study population 84 and sample selection 69 employees of the Education Office of North Bengkulu. This research uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis method. The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on work commitment, (2) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on work commitment, (3) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on organizational culture. Based on the results of research to improve teacher work commitments that need to be improved is Transformational leadership, organizational culture.

Abstract – performance is a record of the outcome of the function of a particular job or activity of an employee for a certain period of time (Gomes, 2000). This study aims to examine the effect of compensation financial and compensation non financial on performance of employee with motivation as intervening variabel involving 35 people as respondent with using partial least square (PLS) analysis method and sobel tests to test the mediating effect. Data were obtained through observation and questionnaire distribution.This study shows two point, first compensation financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee’s performance. Indirect influence between compensation financial on performance of employee through work motivation that is partial of mediation due to the effect between compensation financial variable on performance also significant. Second, compensation non financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Indirect influence between compensation non financial on performance through work motivation that is full of mediation due to the effect between compensation non financial variable on performance of employee not significant. This research aims to examine to analyze the effect of bonus scheme, exchange rate, intangible assets, and fiscal loss compensation on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. The population in this research are all of the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 until 2018. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 93 companies. The data used secondary data and collected by documentation at www.idx.com. This research use logistic regression analysis as analysis method. The result of analysis in this research showed that bonus scheme, exchange rate, and fiscal loss compensation had no effect on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. Intangible Assets had a positive effect on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05
