The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture on work commitments in junior high schools throughout South Jakarta. The study was conducted on work commitments to the study population 84 and sample selection 69 employees of the Education Office of North Bengkulu. This research uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis method. The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on work commitment, (2) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on work commitment, (3) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on organizational culture. Based on the results of research to improve teacher work commitments that need to be improved is Transformational leadership, organizational culture.

Employees who have a high  commitment, have a desire to defend themselves as members of the organization. Therefore, to develop an organization, various aspects must be considered that can create work commitment. This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of leadership style on work commitment, 2) the influence of organizational culture on work commitment and 3) the effect of reward on work commitment. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees at KOPPAS "Citra Kartini" Senggreng Sumberpucung Malang Regency with a sample using saturated sampling technique, amounting to 39 employees. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded: 1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, 2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 3) reward has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, and 4) reward is a variable which has a dominant effect on employee  commitment

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance, the effect of teacher work culture on teacher performance, and the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work culture on teacher performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires to 56 teachers/respondents. The data analysis technique is carried out through regression correlation analysis with statistical data processing of SPSS 17.0. The results show that the principal's transformational leadership in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is in the high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance. The more effective the transformational leadership of the principal, the more teacher performance increases. Second, the work culture of teachers in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency is in high criteria. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that teacher work culture has a positive effect on teacher performance. The higher the work culture of the teacher, the higher the teacher's performance. Third, teachers' performance in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is generally at high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership and teacher work culture positively influence teacher performance. It means that the more influential the principal's transformational leadership is and the higher its work culture, the more teacher performance increases.

This research is motivated by the idea that increasing the innovativeness of local government employees is needed to be able to produce innovations in governance and services to the community in the context of bureaucratic reform to realize good governance. The purpose of this study was to find the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on the improvement of employee innovation in a regional government, using the path analysis method with work motivation as an intermediate variable. The sample in this study was153 echelon IV employees / supervisory officers.The results found the fact that organizational culture and transformational leadership have an indirect influence on employee innovation through work motivation. This research was intended to know the effect of headmaster leadership’s enterpreneurship towards innovative performance of teachers at Bima City Public Junior High Schools, to know the impact of organizational culture towards innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools, and to know the effect of headmaster leadership’s enterpreneurship and organizational culture held together toward innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools. This research was a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The technique of data analysis used in this research was regression analysis, both simple regression and multiple regression. The population of this research was certified teachers at Bima City Public Junior High Schools, with 247 teachers. The sample of this research was 71 certifiied teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools which were taken with Random sampling technique. The result of this research showed that: 1) There was a significant and positive effect of headmaster leadership’s enterpreneurship toward innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools about 78,1%, 2) There was a significant and positive effect of organizational culture toward innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools about 53,7% and 3) There were a significant and positive effect of headmaster leadership’s enterpreneurship and organizational culture held together toward innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools about 89,2%.

This study aims to determine Transformational Leadership to increase work motivation to teachers so that the creation of work discipline Teachers of Public Elementary Teachers In Sukadana District Kayong Utara District. This research is a quantitative study with data collection using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The subjects of this study were all 115 elementary school teachers in Sukadana Subdistrict, North Kayong Regency with the characteristics of civil servant status, having a minimum working period of 2 years and maximum age of 55 years. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1). Principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher work discipline (B = 0.760; sig. 0.006 <0.05). (2). Teacher work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work discipline (B = 0.773; sig. 0,000 <0.05). (3). Transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously affect teacher work discipline (Y). It is known from the value of sig. is 0,000 <0.05, and the results of the Fcount value is 82.232> Fable 3.08. The value of R square is 0.595 or equal to 59.50%. The number implies that the Transformational Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables simultaneously influence the Teacher Work Discipline variable (Y) of 59.50%. While the remaining 40.5% (100% - 59.50%) is influenced by other variables. Suggestions of this research are: (1) the principal must be able to act wisely towards his subordinates, conversely the teacher must also always increase dedication, obedience, loyalty, adherence to the rules set by the principal; (2) the conditions of teachers' working motivation that is already good needs to be maintained and improved in ways such as giving rewards, implementing group structure tasks and empowering teachers; (3) the work discipline of teachers needs to be improved by applying applicable work rules and procedures. The research aims to determine the role of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work involvement on organizational commitment at CV Sumber Rejeki Sleman. By using hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t-test and f-test. The entire population the number of employees is 48 people. Research data collections using a questionnaire. The results showed first, transformational leadership has on effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 0,815 > 0,05 and tcount value of 0,236 < 2,015. Second, organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment with a significance value 0,009 < 0,05 and tcount value of 2,742 > 2,015. Third, job involvement has no effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 0,433 > 0,05 and tcount value of -0,791 < 2,015. <p><em>Employee performance is an interesting topic researched, because employee performance determines organizational sustainability. This study analyzes the effect of: Change Management on employee performance, Transformational Leadership on employee performance, Organizational Structure on employee performance, Organizational Culture on employee performance, Work Discipline on Employee Performance, and analyzing the effects of change management, transformational leadership, organizational structure, and discipline work performance of employees. The study population was 97 employees of PKM Group. The research sample is the same as the population of 97 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturation or census sampling technique. This research is a quantitative study, with statistical analysis using the method of Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Management Change has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Structure has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Change Management, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Kinerja karyawan merupakan topik yang menarik diteliti, karena kinerja karyawan menentukan keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh: Manajemen Perubahan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, Struktur Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perubahan, kepemimpinan transformasional, struktur organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PKM <em>Group</em> sebanyak 97 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini sama dengan populasi yakni 97 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis statistik menggunakan metode Regresi <em>Linear</em> Berganda dengan <em>software</em> SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat ditarik kesimpulan Manajemen Perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Struktur Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,  Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Manajemen Perubahan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Struktur Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital loans and the professionalism of human resources on the profits of small and medium enterprises. The research population of all small and medium nusiness profits in sub-district Batang kapas with sample selection full sampling as many 76 small and medium nusiness profits. Analysis method used multiple regression method. Regression results indicate that working capital loans are of significant value 0,00 &lt; 0,05 and the profesionalisme of human resources 0,263 &gt;0,05. Based on the results it can be concuded that working capital loans have a positive effect on small and medium nusiness profit while the profesionalisme of human resources does not affect the profit of small and medium nusiness profits.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on empowerment in employees of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo analyzing the influence of transformational leadership on employee work behavior of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo; The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on the empowerment of employees at Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on work behavior of Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had no significant and influential effect on positively on the performance of employees of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child Clinic, empowerment has no significant effect and positively influences on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child employees, work behavior has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo.
