The agricultural production methods of the last decades, have stood out for the use of the spaces, leaving aside even the land, mediating the greenhouses; in order to protect crops from climate variations, pests, raising their quality through better physicochemical characteristics and longer shelf life. The purpose of this work is to develop an automated system by means of materials such as sensors and microcontrollers capable of controlling physicochemical variables in a greenhouse, in order to provide the concentrations of nutrients, for the creation of an efficient hydroponic ecosystem, and standardized for an increase to production, in the cultivation of Romain variety lettuce. It is important to point out that within the hydroponic system, the Romain lettuce variety is harvested, obtaining larger products with an approximate weight of 1200 to 1500 g per piece, compared to those grown by the traditional method whose weights range between 1100 to 1300 g per piece, with a shelf life of 8 days in refrigeration.

The article discusses the automation of the creation and use of e-learning programs. The impact of automating the learning of a large number of users on the effectiveness of the introduction of a new software product is analyzed. The methods and algorithms that increase the efficiency of creating electronic training programs on example of the author’s automated system “Tutor Builder” are described. The results of experimental verification of the automated system are provided.

AbstractThis paper investigates to what extent the significant material changes observable at the end of the Neolithic reflect transformations of the underlying social dynamics. Answering this question will help us to understand the formation of Bronze Age societies. The analysis concerns southern Scandinavia with a certain focus on Denmark. The assumption is that the creation of Bronze Age societies must be understood as a long formative process that partly originated in the culturally-heterogeneous Middle Neolithic. Four aspects seem to have been essential to this process: the rise of the warrior figure, the reintroduction of metal, increased agricultural production, and the establishment of one of the characteristic features of the Bronze Age, the chieftain hall. These aspects do not appear simultaneously but are introduced stepby- step starting out in the late Middle Neolithic and early Late Neolithic to fully develop around 2000 BC. Consequently, this paper argues that the final Late Neolithic (LN II, c. 1950-1700 BC) was de facto part of the Earliest Bronze Age.

Digital technologies have affected significantly many fields of computer graphics such as Games and especially the field of the Serious Games. These games are usually used for educational proposes in many fields such as Health Care, Military applications, Education, Government etc. Especially Digital Cultural Heritage is a scientific area that Serious Games are applied and lately many applications appear in the related literature. Realistic 3D textured models which have been produced using different photogrammetric methods could be a useful tool for the creation of Serious Game applications in order to make the final result more realistic and close to the reality. The basic goal of this paper is how 3D textured models which are produced by photogrammetric methods can be useful for developing a more realistic environment of a Serious Game. The application of this project aims at the creation of an educational game for the Ancient Agora of Athens. The 3D models used vary not only as far as their production methods (i.e. Time of Flight laser scanner, Structure from Motion, Virtual historical reconstruction etc.) is concerned, but also as far as their era as some of them illustrated according to their existing situation and some others according to how these monuments looked like in the past. The Unity 3D<sup>®</sup> game developing environment was used for creating this application, in which all these models were inserted in the same file format. For the application two diachronic virtual tours of the Athenian Agora were produced. The first one illustrates the Agora as it is today and the second one at the 2nd century A.D. Finally the future perspective for the evolution of this game is presented which includes the addition of some questions that the user will be able to answer. Finally an evaluation is scheduled to be performed at the end of the project.

India is a developing country, but rural areas do not seem to be developing much. Basically most of the public is farmers, most of the farmers have limited agricultural land and also lack of water resources. in many parts of India rain and is not enough for traditional way farming. To avoid these problems our proposed system is structured a helpful touch of fresh and raw feed for cattle food within affordable natural conditions. This hydroponic system does not require any soil to grow fodders and will absorb 80% less water as compared to the traditional method of farming. Greater topic for work to upgrade the Hydroponic Fodder Grow room for proper management of cattle fodder in any period during the year. This paper suggests a clever plan no human power or less human power is required for It performance. this is usually a completely automated system. In seven to for eight days the room provides fodder as a ready-to-feed product any cattle or grass-eating animals. This process is aided by a Moisture sensor to produce a certain amount of water. Forage seeds use H2O, or solutions that enrich the nutrients of the drug food within the absence of soil. The amount of water is additionally calculated by microcontroller atmega328p. Also, we visit the average temperature and humidity of our room. This heat and humidity are the same and is controlled by a cool cooler and UV/LED light inside the room. Adequate water management and nutrients within the hydroponic system, moisture, humidity pH, water level and temperature should be measurement Using a microcontroller all these functions do it automatically and display at the top of the guided screen. These hydroponics require less space, and this is true usually inside a room of aluminum or fiber. that the environment of the room is completely controlled. That's the fodder prepared for use within 8 days up to 1fit This healthy cattle fodder. Mainly more production we use maize as fodder. Performing remote monitoring of fodder extension procedure, prohibited by employees, thereby reducing the manual process.

Современная трансформация сельскохозяйственного производства, обусловленная переходом к цифровым технологиям и масштабным обновлением материальнотехнической базы, влечет за собой необходимость разработки научно обоснованной методики планирования потребности аграрного производства в рабочей силе и ее адаптации к новым вызовам. Статья посвящена разработке методики планирования кадрового потенциала аграрного сектора экономики в условиях цифровых технологий. Разработан алгоритм планирования кадровой потребности отрасли на среднесрочную перспективу. Ключевыми показателями плановой работы по определению потребности в кадровом обеспечении согласно методике должны выступить контрольные цифры приема в образовательные учреждения и создание условий по обеспечению трудоустройства выпускников. С целью обоснования прогноза ежегодной дополнительной потребности аграрного сектора экономики в кадрах предложен расчетно-аналитический инструментарий с применением технологий стратегического форсайтинга, который позволяет в условиях формирования аграрной экономики инновационного типа сформировать новую парадигму прогнозирования кадровой потребности для сельскохозяйственного производства, демонстрирующую переход от сценарного (вариативного) подхода к подходу «тройная спираль». Подход «тройная спираль» не только позволит прогнозировать качественную динамику кадрового потенциала сельского хозяйства, учитывающую изменение условий труда, тенденции масштабной модернизации производственных фондов, применение современных технологий, достигнув максимального соответствия между ресурсным потенциалом отрасли и ее ежегодными кадровыми потребностями, но и будет способствовать созданию системы объективного государственного регулирования общего профессионального и дополнительного аграрного образования на региональном уровне. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в разработке организационно-экономического механизма государственного регулирования вопроса кадрового обеспечения на основе проектных методов управления в сельском хозяйстве, позволяющего сбалансировать ситуацию на аграрном рынке труда. The modern transformation of agricultural production, due to the transition to digital technologies and large-scale modernization of the material and technical base, entails the need to develop a scientifically based methodology for planning the needs of agricultural production in the labor force and its adaptation to new challenges. The article is devoted to the development of a methodology for planning the personnel potential of the agricultural sector of the economy in the context of digital technologies. An algorithm for planning the personnel needs of the industry for the medium-term perspective has been developed. The key indicators of the planned work to determine the need for personnel support according to the methodology should be the control figures for admission to educational institutions and the creation of conditions for ensuring the employment of graduates. In order to justify the forecast of the annual additional demand for personnel in the agricultural sector of the economy, a calculation and analytical tool is proposed with the use of strategic foresight technologies, which allows, in the conditions of the formation of an innovative agricultural economy, to form a new paradigm for predicting the personnel need for agricultural production, demonstrating the transition from a scenario (variable) approach to the «triple helix» approach. The «Triple Helix» approach will not only predict the qualitative dynamics of the human resource potential of agriculture, taking into account changes in working conditions, trends in large-scale modernization of production assets, the use of modern technologies, achieving maximum compliance between the resource potential of the industry and its annual human resource needs, but will also contribute to the creation of a system of objective state regulation of general professional and additional agricultural education at the regional level. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of an organizational and economic mechanism for state regulation of the issue of labor security on the basis of project management methods in agriculture, which allows to balance the situation in the agricultural labor market.

Few studies have been carried out to determine the shelf-life of the Aloreña de Málaga table olive packaging from a physicochemical, microbiological and sensorial point of view. This study showed that under the current packaging conditions, commercial products were free from Enterobacteriaceae, the initial yeast population was progressively inhibited, and only lactic acid bacteria grew during shelf-life. Among the physicochemical characteristics, pH decreased, lactic acid was formed while citric acid and mannitol were consumed. These changes resulted in gradual olive texture degradation and green color fading during packaging. A multivariate analysis showed that the packaged olives with storage time between 6 and 42 days enjoyed the highest acceptance; while after the 74th day, they were progressively losing acceptability, which was mainly evident at the 131st day of packaging (willingness-to-buy attribute was reduced to 50%). A complete microbiological stabilization would require the use of alternative preservatives since thermal treatment is not convenient for this type of olive speciality.

<p>The obstacle in developing coconut water-based product is its easily altered properties. Ultrafiltration and ultraviolet processing are potential to obtain a longer shelf life for coconut water drink without altering its nutritional values and unique organoleptic properties, unlike other processing techniques e.g. pasteurization and ultra high temperature. Shelf-life estimation experiment showed that ultrafiltration-and- ultraviolet-processed coconut water without any addition of food additives can be stored for 51 days in 00C. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of ultrafiltration and ultraviolet treatments on the nutritional, physicochemical and organoleptic properties of coconut water drink. The experiments were carried out at Food Analysis Laboratory, Indonesian Center of Agricultural Postharvest Research and Development, on January-April 2015. Coconut water was flown through the ultrafiltration membrane unit and ultraviolet light unit, samples were collected in three repetitions. Nutritional composition and physicochemical properties of fresh coconut water (FCW) and coconut water drink obtained from ultrafiltration and ultraviolet process (CUU) were evaluated and compared. Organoleptic analysis was done by 20 panelists, observations included quality hedonic (aroma, sweetness, saltiness, sourness and turbidity), and acceptance (preferance and ranking test), comparing FCW and CUU with commercial coconut water drink (CWD). CUU showed indistinguishable nutritional composition and physicochemical characteristics from FCW (p&gt;0,05), except on total sugar (p=0,049), clarity (p=0,001), L* (lightness) (p=0,000) and b* (yellowish) (p=0,002). Panelists gave CUU a statistically equal rank to FCW, and better than CWD. The organoleptic characteristics of CUU were concluded as relatively same in saltiness and aroma as FCW, and less intense in sweetness and turbidity compared to CWD. After 10 days storage, panelists level of liking was higher for CUU compared to CWD in color (p=0,004) and general appearance (p=0,016).</p><p>Keywords: coconut water, nutritional composition, organoleptic properties ultrafiltration, ultraviolet</p>
