Currently there is a fairly large number of educational platforms; therefore, it is crucial to enter that virtual universe and use it as a tool to develop learning strategies that contribute to the appropriation of knowledge. This research aims to identify technology-mediated learning strategies that promote previous concept and meaningful learning in the subject of Biology at the high school level. To analyze the object of this study, a quantitative methodology of exploratory-descriptive type was used to know the strategies mediated by technology that develop the appropriation of knowledge of Biology content. There was an experimental group and a controlled one to apply a pre-diagnosis, treatment and post-diagnosis. From these data, the results were: Significant difference in the experimental group after the didactic intervention, since the subjects showed mastery of basic concepts of Biology and considered that the application of this type of strategies are fundamental for the understanding and organization of main ideas in the construction of meaningful learning. Besides, they affirmed that the assimilation and appropriation of knowledge depend on the strategies mediated by technology.

The aim of this study is to search core exercise’s affect which is done regulary with female students for 8 weeks on students’ balance programs. 20 volunteer female participants who were students of Osman Nuri Yalman High school (ten of them were experimental group and ten of them were control group) were included in the study. In the survey, experimental method with pretest-posttest desing was used. Core exercise was applied on experimental group three days a week during 8 weeks on the other hand no exercise was done with control group. SPSS (Ver.20) packet program was used while analyzing data statistically. Before the analysis, normality distribution was determined by being used skewness-kurtosis and hitogram and significance level was controlled according to the greenhouse-geisser and two-way repeated measures of anova values. According to the results of the survey, significant difference was found between two groups’ pre-test–post-test balance values (F(2.69, 48.36) = 42.25, p < .05). The post-test balance values of the group in 8 directions increased significantly. When the pos-test balance values between the two groups were compared, the post- test balance values of the experimantal group participants were significantly higher than the control group participants (F(1.18) = 6.20, p < .05). Consequently; it can be said that core training applied to the high school level female students three days a week for 8 weeks can have a positive effect on balance performance.

A quasi experiment with interview was adopted to study the aptness of using 3D animations as an instructional method to introduce programming concepts to students at the Senior High School level. This research work was conducted with 100 students of Akroso Senior High School in the Birim central municipality of the eastern region of Ghana who were generally programming novice. Programming concepts considered included programming environments, loops, functions sequential and conditional execution of programs. A paired t-test carried out on the results of the performance test presents a p-value of 0.008 indicative of a numerically significant difference between the mean marks of participants during the experiments that used 3D animation method as against the experiments that used the text base method. Results from the interview showed that the instructional method used had impact on the performance of the learners. The use of 3D animation method presented programming concepts in a form that the learners can understand, motivates them to pursue programming related courses at a higher level and also impacts positively on their performance.

The current research aims to know (the effect of Bayer's strategy on developing divergent thinking among second-grade intermediate students in the subject of Arab-Islamic history) . In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher puts the following null hypothesis : 1.There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students who study according to the Bayer strategy and the average scores of the control group students who study in the traditional way in the dimensional divergent thinking test . The researcher chose an experimental design with two groups, one experimental and the other a control, and the two research groups (experimental - control) were rewarded with the following variables : (Chronological age in months, grades of the previous year, IQ test, pre-branched thinking test ) . The current research was limited to second-grade intermediate students in (Al-Furat Intermediate School for Boys), which is one of the schools affiliated to the city of Baghdad / Directorate of Education Al-Karkh First. (32) students, and the second represented the control group who were studying the same subject in the traditional way, and they numbered (31) students. Thus, the number of the research sample reached (63) students. 2017-2018 . The researcher prepared the divergent thinking test in light of the steps and main questions of the Sheikhly test (2001) in measuring the ability of divergent thinking of the students of the research sample . : The search results showed .The experimental group students who study history according to the Bayer strategy outperformed the control group students who study history using the traditional method in the dimensional branched thinking test . Being able to read in English is very important. Success in reading is the most necessary because it is a basic tool of education. Based on the syllabus of Islamic Senior high School Hidayatul Mubtadiin (MAHM), it is hoped that students should comprehend monolog texts in narrative, spoof and hortatory exposition forms well. After doing preliminary observation at MAHM, some of the students of the second year still had low ability in their reading comprehension. The dominant factors influencing their low reading comprehension are the lack of vocabulary and teaching strategy of reading comprehension. From the two of dominant factors, the researcher is interested to investigate about teaching reading comprehension. Thus, the researcher conducted a research on the effect of Multipass strategy on Reading comprehension. This research investigates students’ reading comprehension taught by using multipass strategy at MAHM Siak Sri Inderapura. The design of this study was Quasi-experimental research by post-test only. The subject of this research was the second year students of MAHM. The total population was 42 students, and the sample was 42 students. Data were collected by using a test. Then, the data were analyzed by using t-test formula. It was found that there was a significant effect of using multi pass strategy on students’ reading comprehension at MAHM.

The study aimed to find out whether fly swatter game can give influence toward students’ vocabulary mastery. The subject of this study was grade VII-2 of SMPN 9 Tangerang Selatan in the academic year of 2018/2019, which consisted of 42 students. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the design of the pre-experimental study. The data from pre-test and post-test were analyzed statistically using spss 16. The result of this study showed; the students’ pre-test mean score was 45.4 and the students’ post-test mean score was 86.6. The result of t-test was 21.55 and significant (2-tailed) was 0.00 < p (0.05). The hypothesis (H1) was accepted, which means there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental group. It can be concluded that applying fly swatter game in teaching vocabulary to 7th grade students of SMPN 9 Tangerang Selatan is effective.

This paper attempts to explore whether there is significant difference of achievement in vocabulary between students taught by using pictures and those are not. The subject of this study is the first year students of SLTP Muhammadiyah Simo Susukan, Semarang where the sample contains 50 students that is divided into experimental group (with treatment) and control group (without treatment). The data is gathered from participants’ score obtained from pre test and post test. Using t test as technique of data analysis, result shows that students taught by using pictures perform better than those are not. Dropping out from the school system at High School level has been a problem for several years; high levels of mathematics’ failing have been a recurring situation. This paper discusses how academic virtual counseling might be a tool to help students in math class. The methodological approach is based in the non-experimental, longitudinal model evolution and in the designs of evolutionary group analysis, we stated the possibility to generalize the results of the use of technological resources in the teaching of mathematics in order to find out if it is possible to improve the levels of students at a school in upper level education. According to this research, the use of educational platforms as a resource for the subject of mathematics represents not only a technological tool for teachers but also offers students the opportunity to view this subject as an academic challenge to overcome

In deciding what mathematics should be taught at any grade level it is necessary to know the mathematical needs of the students. However, unless we subscribe to the doctrine that no one should learn more about anything than he will need to live at that particular age level, we must also consider the future needs of the students as well. I do not subscribe to this doctrine, hence in this discussion considerable weight will be given to the mathematical needs of adults in deciding what shall be taught to children. This seems especially necessary at the high school level, since, in the case of mathematics, the student is often taking his last course in the subject.

In the research paper author has studied the interest in mathematics subject of secondary level students. Author has selected the financed high school level students affiliated to U.P. Secondary school council Allahabad and used self constructed interest scale for measuring their interest in mathematics subject. Data collection has done on the 100 students sample by survey method in the study sex. Subject and habitat variations have classified. Statistical method for data analysis mean standard deviation and C.R-value has calculated. In was revealed that mathematical interest of science students was significantly higher than arts students but there was no significant difference of mathematical interest of male and female students as well as rural and urban students. Author felt the necessity to increase their interest in mathematics.

The aim of this study is; to investigate the effects of differential training method on hand and leg visual reaction time in high school tennis trainees. 24 trainees (12 girls, 12 boys) attending a tennis course in a high school participated in the study voluntarily. It was determined that the mean age of the participants was 15.00±0.00 years, their body weight was 63.46±10.64 kg, their height was 1.65±0.06 m, and their body mass index was 23.26±2.91. According to the results of the pre-tests, 2 homogeneous groups of 12 people were created. One group formed the Differential Group (DG), the other the Traditional Group (TG), and each group included 6 girls and 6 boys. The training sessions were held 3 days a week (90 minutes each) and lasted 10 weeks in total. In the study, the visual reaction time (separately for hand and leg) was performed as a pre-test and a post-test using the Fitlight TrainerTM device. Paired Sample t test was used to examine the difference between pre-test and post-test of the same group. Independent Sample t test was used to measure the intergroup interaction between pre-tests and post-tests. To interpret the statistical significance level, p < 0.05 was accepted. As a conclusion; it was observed that both training methods shorten the visual reaction time, but there was no significant difference between the groups in pre-test and post-tests.
