The new normal learning process remains extremely difficult to implement due to changing one's mentality. Educators are not agents of knowledge dissemination. Nonetheless, it must fundamentally transform into motivators, inspirations, and collaborators in the process of developing the capacity to ask critical questions about the information contained in cyberspace and the general dearth of universities. It can organize online higher education programs properly is still a small number and coupled with students' lack of comprehension of the material provided by the lecturer online, which is significantly different from the face-to-face learning method. This research was conducted descriptively by employing a quantitative approach. This research aims to ascertain the capabilities of universities and their impact on the results achieved by universities in terms of competitiveness. The study's findings indicate that the university's unique capability significantly impacts its competitiveness.

ABSTRACT The COVID 19 pandemic has demanded that people adapt to a new normal life, including theeducation sector. This condition is a challenge for schools and the community. To avoid thewidespread spread of the Covid-19 virus, schools must temporarily stop face-to-face learningactivities. The blended learning method is a solution to these conditions. Blended learningactivities are not only seen as a combination of online and face-to-face learning. However,this learning activity has a great opportunity to integrate innovation in educationaltechnology and can be done online or face-to-face. Besides, blended learning is a solution toanswering challenges in assembling learning and developing students' creativity. Even in thelong term, blended learning is an important requirement for every school to face a brighterfuture. The implementation method in this program consists of the planning, implementation,and evaluation stages. The partners involved in this program are a team of IT experts at theLocal Government of Kediri. Also, the partners involved are also active as speakers ofeducational technology. Metodepembelajaran blended learning menjadi solusi di tengah kondisi seperti ini. Aktivitaspembelajaran blended learning bukan hanya dilihat sebagai kombinasi online denganpembelajaran tatap muka saja. Namun aktivitas pembelajaran ini sangat berpeluang untukmengintegrasikan inovasi di bidang teknologi pendidikan dan dapat di ajarkan secara onlinemaupun tatap muka. Selain itu, blended learning juga sebagai solusi dalam menjawabtantangan dalam merangkai pembelajaran serta pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik,bahkan dalam jangka panjang pembelajaran berbasis blended learning menjadi kebutuhanpenting bagi setiap sekolah guna menyongsong masa depan yang lebih cerah. Metodepelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.Mitra yang dilibatkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah tim tenaga ahli IT di Pemerintah Kota Kediri. Selain itu mitra yang terlibat juga aktif sebagai pembicara di bidang teknologipendidikan. Sedangkan sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah guru dan Dinas Pendidikan. The background of this research is the occurrence a big disaster in this era that hit all of the worlds and makes an impact in various shock and various sector, including the education sectors. The package C program also experienced the impact of this pandemic by not allowing face to face and closely, so the citizens learn difficulties in learning. The purpose of this research is to offer an option in the form of a learning model for Package C learning citizens, namely blended learning. On the other hand, the purpose of this research also to show the benefits of blended learning to package C program to faced new normal education. The result of this research is showing to effectively blended learning applied to the package C program, especially during this pandemic. The benefits obtained by the citizens of learning in blended learning are: (1) citizens learn are more used to technology in learning; (2) to reduce the dependence on the presence of tutor in learning face to face learning; and (3) allow them the opportunity to go into online business. The researcher hoped that blended learning will be further encouraged till citizens learn to be more independent in learning and tutors or are expected to be able to adjust to the new normal education. Keywords: blended learning, package C, New normal education.

As a result of scientific and technological developments reflection, improvements on education science moved from teacher centered to student and learning centered system. Learning concept is not only seen a at schools and some learning centers but in all areas and places of life. The aim of this study is to search the achievement and persistency of blended learning method at social studies lesson. With the empirical method used at research, the impact of independent variable examined on experimental group is blended learning method. The independent variable used at control group is face to face learning method. The impact of same dependent variable has been searched on experimental and control group. As a dependent variable the results of social studies academic success test has been searched. For the determined dependent variables, between groups assessment has been applied according to pre-test and post-test scores. The experimental application of the research has been applied to 52 students at 7th grade. 26 students take place from experimental group and 26 students take place from control group. According to the findings, no difference has been found between pre-test scores. According to post test and persistency test a significant difference has been appeared in favor of experimental group which is blended learning method. According to repeated measures analyses results between pre-test and post-test, and between post-test and persistency test; comparison of pre-test and post-test, both effect the student achievement. But according to impact results; the effect of blended learning is larger. According to post-test and persistency score results; it came out that for the persistency of knowledge blended learning is more effective than face to face learning. According to the results of persistency test and final application which is a comparison of blended learning and face to face learning, blended learning group is more effective than face to face learning group. While face to face learning group final application score lessen 12 points, blended learning group score lessen 8 points. It can be confessed that according to the persistency of student achievement, blended learning method is more effective than face to face learning method.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires schools to be prepared with the conditions for implementing the new normal which refers to the education pattern set by the government because the Face-to-Face Learning process will be carried out as usual in schools. The research carried out was qualitative research with a case study approach regarding school readiness for Face-to-Face Learning during the new normal Covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 2 Siberut Utara. Preparation of SMPN 2 Siberut Utara according to health protocols, including students and teachers are required to use masks both cloth masks and surgical masks in the school environment, wash hands with soap in the space provided, check body temperature, maintain distance between students in the classroom with seating arrangements according to the specified distance and outside teaching and learning activities while maintaining a distance, the routine spraying of disinfectants in the classroom and school environment, and schools also socializing the prevention of Covid-19 at SMPN 2 Siberut Utara through the Covid-19 prevention banner posted in the school environment. SMPN 2 Siberut Utara has readiness that is in accordance with government recommendations in the implementation of Face-to-Face Learning.

Abstrak: Kebiasaan manusia berubah karena adanya wabah COVID-19, hal ini berpengaruh ketika manusia masuk ke dalam fase new normal. New normal diartikan sebagai keadaan yang tidak biasa dilakukan sebelumnya, yang kemudian dijadikan sebagai standar atau kebiasaan baru yang mesti dilakukan manusia untuk dirinya sendiri maupun untuk bersosialisasi dengan orang lain. Kebiasaan baru ini pun menimbulkan pro dan kontra seiring dengan dampak yang timbul. Lembaga pendidikan tinggi merupakan salah satu yang merasakan dampak penerapan new normal. Perkuliahan yang selama ini dilakukan secara online/daring, akan kembali dilakukan secara luring/tatap muka, dengan tetap menerapkan protokol COVID-19 seperti mengenakan masker, menjaga jarak, mengenakan sarung tangan, serta tidak melakukan kontak fisik seperti berjabat tangan. Masalah yang muncul bukan hanya kecemasan orang tua terhadap anak – anaknya, tetapi bagaimana lembaga pendidikan tinggi mengatur segala sumber daya yang dimiliki agar memenuhi standar penerapan new normal. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan  terhadap kondisi normal yang baru menggunakan Perspektif balance score card. Abstract: Human habits change because of the COVID-19 outbreak, this affects when humans enter the new normal phase. New normal is defined as a condition that is not normally done before, which is then used as a standard or new habits that must be done by humans for themselves or to socialize with others. This new habit also raises the pros and cons along with the impact arising with the new normal. Higher education institutions are the ones who feel the impact of implementing new normal. Lectures that have been conducted online / online will be re-done offline / face to face, while still applying the COVID-19 protocol such as wearing a mask, keeping a distance, wearing gloves, and not making physical contact such as shaking hands. The problem that arises is not only parents' anxiety about their children, but how higher education institutions regulate all available resources to meet new normal implementation standards. This study aims to determine acceptance of new normal conditions using the balance score card Perspective.

Knowledge-Intensive Business Services (KIBS) are problem-solvers for other organizations. The coronacrisis affects KIBS directly, but also means that their clients are confronting new problems. How are KIBS addressing these two sets of challenges? This paper draws on material available in the trade and industry press, on official reports and statistics, and the early academic studies addressing these themes. We find that KIBS have been active (alongside other organizations) in providing a substantial range of services aimed at helping their clients (and others) deal with various contingencies thrown up by the crisis. Not least among these is the need to conform to shifting regulatory frameworks, and requirements for longer-term resilience. KIBS themselves have had to adapt their working practices considerably, to reduce face-to-face interaction with clients and within teams collaborating on projects. Adaptation is easier for those whose tasks that are relatively standardized and codified, and it remains to be seen how far a shift to such activities - and away from the traditional office-based venues of activity - is retained as firms recover from the crisis. KIBS are liable to play an important role in this recovery from the crisis, and policymakers can mobilize their services. Some KIBS are liable to be critical for rendering economies more resilient in the face of future pandemics and we argue that these firms are also important for confronting the mounting climate crisis.

The present study aims at investigating the use of prosodic features by Kurdish EFL undergraduates in their face-to-face interactions inside/outside the classroom from the university instructors’ perspectives. The study hypothesizes that the majority of Kurdish EFL undergraduates are not fully aware of the fact that any misuse of prosodic features would probably affect the emotions, feelings, and attitudes that the face-to-face interaction is intended to convey. Building on an analysis of a questionnaire given to 54 university instructors at 10 Iraqi Kurdistan Region different universities, the study concludes that the majority of problems the students face can be related to the misuse of stress, intonation, and other prosodic features. Therefore, EFL instructors should pay more attention to make students learn how to use prosodic features and enable them to send messages adequately while engaging in face-to-face interactions. This would require special classes about prosodic features so that EFL students can overcome the misuse they have in face-to-face communication. This is inevitable because accuracy and fluency in communication require EFL students to master both features: segmental and suprasegmental. The reason behind this necessity could be attributed to the fact that broken and/or incorrect pronunciation can be considered as one of the most prominent factors behind misunderstandings in communication.

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to policies that make teachers and students have to adapt the face-to-face learning model to online learning. The teacher of SD N 2 Cakranegara admits that there are limitations to the variety of audio-visual learning media used. The teachers also don't know and have never tried to develop game games with learning content, even though Android-based games are very possible to be developed and accessed portable on smartphones, the majority of which are already owned by teachers and students. The provision of workshops and assistance in making Android-based educational games for SD N 2 Cakranegara teachers aims to improve skills in creating and developing learning media in the form of educational games and maximizing the use of smartphones. The targeted output in this service activity is the existence of educational games that are ready to be used for the online learning process through appsgeyser.com and quickappninja.com.

Hybrid learning has been utilized as a transitional learning method to make advantage of both face-to-face and online learning platforms. In this article, the authors explored how faculty members perceive using simultaneously multiple platforms in higher education such as face-to-face, online, and hybrid platforms in teaching. In this study, the authors examined how faculty members defined hybrid learning. They also explored how the participants perceive both hybrid and online learning as vehicles for higher education advancement as well as strategies to attract more students to higher education. The purpose of this research was to develop an analytical overview of one of the learning approaches such as hybrid and its impact on higher education. The authors have interviewed ten faculty members in order to achieve this objective. The results illustrated that faculty members do not have one single definition of hybrid learning but rather they have multiple definitions. Faculty members also demonstrated that they support online learning because it achieves more accessibility to higher education, yet, they believe the face-to-face learning achieve more quality of education.

Digital storytelling is a way to utilize evidence-based practices in an online context that incorporates foundational literacy content with digital tools. Two literacy professors sought to maximize candidate learning and engagement through authentic, purposeful practices. This chapter details the utilization of a digital literacy portfolio assignment as part of an online, collaborative context to facilitate candidates' articulation of beliefs and understandings about effective literacy instruction. As candidates engage across both the face-to-face and online contexts, they develop understandings about effective literacy instruction, the application of digital tools in the classroom instruction, and a lived sense of the content of the ILA Standards that will inform their future practice. While teacher education programs face political scrutiny and intense pressure to incorporate vast amounts of content, the assignment described in this chapter provides an opportunity to facilitate candidates' learning in an online environment.
