The purpose of this study is to measure the links between compensation and work disciplines towards the teachers’ performance. Underlying the concept of Human Resources Management (HRM) education, this study investigates the effect of the two aforementioned variables on the teacher’s pedagogical approach, classroom activities, and teaching strategies using technology. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, specifically a multifactorial design. The sample of this current study was 53 people. The data was gathered through test and questionnaires. The data analysis used was a descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the compensation and work discipline variables had a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ performance, and partially compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ performance. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 20.789 + 0.299X1 + 0.271X2. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of compensation, work discipline, and teachers’ performance are in a good criteria.

The sample used in this study were 45 respondents who visited MMP using the Accidental Sampling method. The analytical method in this study is descriptive analysis, basic assumption test, classic test, and multiple linear analysis. Descriptive analysis result of the demand consumers of MMP natural tourism services indicate that consumer demand is said to be high. The results of 45 respondents in this study were 22 respondents (48.89%) visited 3 times in the last 1 year. The results of the study used the basic assumption test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that attraction variables have a positive and significant effect on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services. Travel and time cost variables show a negative and insignificant influence on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services because most of the visitors are local people of Mempawah Regency who do not require a high enough travel cost and a long time. The income variable shows a negative and significant effect on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services. The population of this study was employees of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang; it is 90 people. There are three variables studied in this study, namely: (1) leadership (2) internal communication (3) work effectiveness. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis of percentages and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for Windows Release 16. Based on the descriptive analysis, the percentage of leadership is 84.24% (very good category), the level of internal communication is 86% (very good category), while the level of work effectiveness is 78.78% (good category). Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis also obtained F calculate of 17,234 with a significance of 0,000. Because the price of significance obtained is less than 0.05, the regression model obtained is significant. This means that the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, that is, there is the influence of leadership and internal communication on work effectiveness. The magnitude of the effect is simultaneously 28.4% while partially is 16% for leadership variables and 5.29% for internal communication. The diversity of religions, ethnicities and languages that exist in Indonesia could either be a barrier or a driver for rural development and has been receiving more attention in recent years. The purpose of this study is to analyze the long-term influence of the existence of residents with different religions, ethnicities, and daily languages in a village-on-village development. This research uses descriptive analysis and inferencing with multiple linear regression. Results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that the existence of residents of different religions and ethnicities has a positive impact on village development, but the various languages used daily have the opposite effect. In addition, the existence of credit facilities received by residents, the presence of health workers in the village, and the village topography have high enough influence on village development.
