This article is a preliminary study using systematic analysis of literature review for politics and election studies in Terengganu. Based on Table 1, the party that ruled Terengganu had changed thrice from 1959 to 2018. This started from the first general election until the 14th general election. At the beginning of 1959, Terengganu is governed by the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS; Parti Islam Se-Malaysia). Nevertheless, the state ruling was taken over by Perikatan or BN in 1964 to 1995 and was seized by PAS in 1999. In 2004, BN managed to occupy the government seat once more, but it lasted for only 15 years compared to the years before because, in 2018, PAS managed to win the hearts of the Terengganu people to rule the state back again. The purpose of this study is to identify the number of studies and research themes in the studies on politics and election in Terengganu. Apart from that, the voting pattern in Terengganu from 1959 to 2018 is also included as the basis of knowledge about the election in Terengganu. Keywords: Elections; Politics; Terengganu; PAS; Systematic Review.

AbstractGovernmental development strategies focus on entrepreneurship as a major resource for the economic development of indigenous peoples. While initiatives and programs are locally based, there is a debate in the academic literature about how contextual factors affect the identification of indigenous entrepreneurship. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and integrate indigenous entrepreneurship literature to identify the main indigenous entrepreneurship models. Thus, a systematic literature review was conducted. In total, 25 relevant articles were identified in selected electronic databases and manual searches of Australian Business Deans Council ranked journals from January 1, 1995 to the end of 2016. Using a systematic analysis of sociocultural contexts and locations, the paper proposed that a typology of contextualized indigenous entrepreneurship models was possible, that were classified as urban, remote and rural. The parameters of these models, and their potential theoretical and practical applications to the study and practice of indigenous entrepreneurship ecosystems were also outlined.

Subject Situation regarding Myanmar's ethnic armed organisations. Significance The government and military in Myanmar and leaders of ten ethnically based guerrilla groups that have signed the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) last week pledged to step up their commitment to the peace process, to transform the NCA into a lasting settlement. Several other armed groups are still in conflict with the state, notwithstanding occasional ceasefires. State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi’s National League for Democracy (NLD) will very likely retain control over the civilian part of government following this year’s general election, but ethnic parties will probably make parliamentary gains at its expense. Impacts Suu Kyi is very unlikely to face pressure to step down even if the NLD’s parliamentary majority is heavily reduced. Even with increased seat share in parliament, ethnic parties will struggle to influence policy. China and India will double down on their support for the Myanmar military.

ABSTRACT
Ahead of the General Election (Election) in April 2019, the hashtag / # / hashtag # 2019GantiPresiden and # Jokowi2Periode period are increasingly rife on social media. The hashtag war represented a difference in support between the pro-Joko Widodo government and those who did not want Joko Widodo to be re-elected as President in the 2019-2024 period.
TEMPO magazine, as a magazine that presents news about politics, published a dispute that occurred on social media in the June 4, 2018 edition with the theme "WAR # STRONG ADUES IN SOCIAL MEDIA BECOME WARMING AGAINST ELECTION 2019. WHO WAS BEING BEHIND THE TWO GROUPS UNDERSTANDING?".
Through the results of Peirce's Semiotic Analysis which proposes the theory of triangles of meaning, namely: sign, object, and interpretant, the researcher succeeded in obtaining the meaning that the cover of the June 4th edition of TEMPO magazine illustrates the state of the Government at the end of Joko Widodo's term as the 7th President of Indonesia who was feeling discomfort and anxiety, due to the rise of fence attacks or hashtags from the opposing camp on social media. The purpose and benefits of this research are not only to uncover the graphic and text meanings contained on the cover of the June 04 2018 edition of TEMPO Magazine by using the Peirce Semiotic analysis model, also to contribute ideas to a wide audience, especially readers to respond to an illustrated picture on the cover of the magazine not only as a way to attract public interest in buying magazines. More than that, the illustrated image actually has a deep meaning related to the news content published in a magazine. Keywords: Semiotics, Charles Sander Peirce, TEMPO Magazine, Tagar

Significance Malaysia’s next general election is due by August 2018 but could come before May. The vice-president of the opposition Islamist party Amanah has accused the government of politicising the flooding, which has seen seven die and 9,000 people evacuated (Hamidi denied this criticism). With the election cycle gaining momentum, religious controversies are likely to play an important role. Impacts The announcement of an election pact between the BN and PAS could signal the general election’s imminence. Heightened religious rhetoric in politics could see business pressure on alcoholic drinks and casino providers in Malaysia. Malaysian Islamist groups will avoid Islamic State (IS) connections, instead being influenced by local politics. The Penang floods’ political fallout could weaken the opposition Pakatan Harapan coalition which runs the state.

Subject Declining threat of India's Maoists. Significance Some 62 Naxalites -- Maoist rebels -- recently surrendered to security forces in Chhattisgarh, where around 125,000 police and paramilitary troops were deployed to safeguard this week’s first phase of the state elections, which the Naxalites want boycotted. Home Minister Rajnath Singh last month said Naxalites would be eliminated in India within 1-3 years. Impacts The government is unlikely to prioritise land reform in the lead-up to the 2019 general election. Some states are likely to see outbreaks of Hindu-Muslim religious violence ahead of the national poll. Singh will likely remain home minister if Prime Minister Narendra Modi wins a second term.

In recent years, many scholars have dedicated their research to the development of low-cost sensors for monitoring of various parameters. Despite their high number of applications, the state of the art related to low-cost sensors in building monitoring has not been addressed. To fill this gap, this article presents a systematic review, following well-established methodology, to analyze the state of the art in two aspects of structural and indoor parameters of buildings, in the SCOPUS database. This analysis allows to illustrate the potential uses of low-cost sensors in the building sector and addresses the scholars the preferred communication protocols and the most common microcontrollers for installation of low-cost monitoring systems. In addition, special attention is paid to describe different areas of the two mentioned fields of building monitoring and the most crucial parameters to be monitored in buildings. Finally, the deficiencies in line with limited number of studies carried out in various fields of building monitoring are overviewed and a series of parameters that ought to be studied in the future are proposed.

Public services as the basic needs of the community in the form of service activities facilitated by the state are considered not optimal and effective. One of the implementations of public services, especially in terms of the implementation of democracy is in the holding of elections through conventional mechanisms facilitated by the state through the General Election Commission. There are several problems in its implementation such as high levels of fraud, human error, and budget. Based on these problems, it has implications for the damage to the principle of election and the decline in the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of elections. Considering that Indonesia has entered the era of revolution 4.0, public service reform is needed in order to effectively establish election principles. The purpose of this paper is to find out the mechanism and problem of organizing elections as one form of public service in Indonesia. The theoretical foundation that we use is good and clean governance which is a fundamental principle in the administration of public and election services. Thus, the writer uses the juridical normative research method, through a case approach, comparative approach and conceptual approach. Therefore, the authors initiated the concept of e-voting in elections as an effective and efficient solution in rebuilding people's trust in the government in terms of public services. So, based on this research it can be concluded that currently public services in the holding of elections are considered not able to run well, causing the level of public satisfaction with the holding of elections to decline. keywords: Public Service, General Election, Industrial Revolution 4.0, e-votingAbstrakPelayanan publik sebagai kebutuhan dasar masyarakat berupa kegiatan pelayanan yang di fasilitasi oleh negara dinilai belum optimal dan efektif.

Neutrality is an important capital for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as the government organizer. However, it is not easy to realize the principle called neutrality. There are several factors that make it difficult for ASNs to be neutral. First, the massive amount of ASN. ASN has a good understanding of the government's governance policies, as well as the authority possessed by the country's civil apparatus. Various regulations related to elections both in the handling of violations and the state civil apparatus are indeed well structured, but they should be able to reduce the potential behavior of the community, election participants and election organizers, but the potential for violations in the general election yesterday was large enough so that the authors are interested in researching deeper, based on Indonesia being a state of law both the government and its people must obey and abide by existing laws, but unfortunate law made easily by the public is one of the regulations related to general elections, this paper focuses on the role of the state civil apparatus in organizing general elections and handling election violations in the Indramayu district

This article considers the activity of the syndicate also known as the “Red Cross” stock exchange. The authors study a unique case in Russia’s economic life where the State Bank established a syndicate based on the leading credit facilities of the empire in order to regulate the stock market. The study refers to archival materials form the Russian State Historical Archive, more particularly, business documents of the central office of the State Bank, the St Petersburg branch of the Bank, and the special Credit Chancellery. The authors employ traditional research methods, providing an objective systematic analysis of certain historical processes in the Russian economy and society. According to the government and St Petersburg bankers, the syndicate that appeared at the very start of the economic crisis of 1890 and 1903 was supposed to mitigate the negative consequences of the crisis for certain industrial enterprises and banks. The paper considers the first period of its existence from 1899 to 1911. Established at the initiative of Minister of Finance S. Yu. Witte and made up of the largest banks and banking houses, the syndicate was directly controlled by the State Bank, which provided it with resources for operations on the capital stock exchange. Operated by the country’s main bank, the syndicate enjoyed a certain amount of freedom, which allowed it buy dividend bonds. It is noteworthy that allocating the necessary funds for these exchange operations, the State Bank secured itself against potential losses, as all potential risks were to be managed by the banking union. Obviously, it was these conditions between the State Bank and the syndicate that enabled the latter to operate with some independence, pursuing its own commercial interests. The authors conclude that its operations at the exchange were conditioned by its own idea of the importance of certain dividend bonds for the stock exchange, which was reflected in the securities it bought. The syndicate’s operations on the St Petersburg Stock Exchange were contradictory, as its decisions were not always successful. However, it managed to avoid considerable losses and finished its operations with a profit in 1911.
