Objective - Explore the data and information on strategic orientation and absorptive capability on value creation of courier service industry in Indonesia. Methodology/Technique - The nature of this research is descriptive and verification. The unit of analysis is the courier service industry, and a sample of 50 courier service companies operates in various regions in Indonesia. The time horizon is cross-sectional, where the research is done at a certain time. Primary data were collected by a questionnaire and interviews with companies execute vies and stakeholders. The analysis is done by using the model verification Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings - Strategic Orientation and Absorptive Capability simultaneouslyinfluence Value Creation. Objective - Explore the data and information on External Environmental Forces and Company Resources on Strategic Orientation, Absorptive Capability, Value Creation and their implication on Business Performance of courier service industry in Indonesia. Methodology/Technique - The nature of this research is descriptive and verification. The unit of analysis is the courier service industry, and a sample of 72 courier companies from various regions in Indonesia. The time horizon is cross-sectional, where the research is done at a certain time. Primary data is collected by a questionnaire and interviews with management of the companies and stakeholders. The analysis is done by using the model verification Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings - Company Resources have the positive impact on Absorptive Capability to increase Value Creation and Business Performance.However, the magnitude of the influence is faced with the problems of in optimal development of Company Resources on the aspects of tangible and intangible assets. The condition makes companies could not optimize in Absorptive Capability as well as Value Creation to improve Business Performance. Novelty - It was very few articles discussing the comparison of the psychological determinants of online self-disclosure and privacy issues between Polish and Indonesian. The growing concern for health is currently a global trend, so promoting healthy products is an opportunity that companies can exploit to differentiate their products in highly competitive markets. The purpose of this research is to examine the antecedents of social media advertising value and their consequences for attitudes to healthy food and intentions to consume it, in a representative sample of Spanish consumers. The theory of Ducoffe’s advertising value model was used as a conceptual framework for the antecedents of attitudes based on utilitarian and hedonic values. To achieve this objective, a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out based on primary data from a survey of a representative sample of the Spanish population with 2023 valid questionnaires. The Partial Least Square (PLS) method was applied to test the hypothesized relationships and predictive variables. The result of this research allows us to determine which variables influence the consumer’s response, as measured by intention, motivated by the consumer’s attitude to the value of healthy food, as influenced by the advertising value on social networks. Furthermore, the findings show that, for advertising healthy food on social networks to be valuable, it must be credible and richly informative.

High school graduates have many university choices when making further study decisions. Various facilities and advantages offered by universities. The experiences and impressions first obtained when interacting, communicating and transacting with a Unit PMB, can be deeply embedded in the minds of students and the community which has implications for the level of satisfaction. This study aims to measure the effect of physical evidence, empathy, assurance, reliability and responsiveness to the new students’ satisfaction. This quantitative descriptive study used cross sectional primary data from 100 new IBI Kesatuan Students conducted at the beginning of April 2020. The data were analyzed using a partial least square structural equation modeling approach. The results showed that the factors of physical evidence, empathy, reliability and responsiveness significantly affected student satisfaction.

Purpose People-related factors are very significant barriers for the internationalisation of large and small firms. Although the literature has identified a number of steps that SMEs need to take to increase their resilience in international markets, a study that identifies both the resilience and non-resilience barriers for SME internationalisation has not been undertaken in the scientific fields Human Resource Management and International Business. This paper aims to examine resilience and non-resilience barriers faced by SMEs in a developing country. In addition to the resilience literature, they examine non-resilience and combine its characteristics with resilience barriers from the Bangladeshi context. Design/methodology/approach Quantitative data analysis technique is used in this study to identify the impacts of these resilience/non-resilience issues’ internationalisation of SMEs both from micro and macro levels. This study has used primary data collected through the questionnaires from 212 Bangladeshi SMEs. Based on the data, this study has developed and validated partial least square-based structural equation model to assess the impacts of resilience factors on the internationalisation of SMEs with particular attention to entrepreneurial attractiveness. Findings It has successfully framed resilience vs non-resilience barriers of the internationalisation of SMEs as a second-order hierarchical reflective model and found that internationalisation of SMEs is significantly influenced by the resilience factors where language and related socio-cultural issues are marginally more significant. Research limitations/implications A couple of limitations include the following. First, concentrating on resilience and non-resilience serves as a limitation as the authors could have had resilience vs other categories such political, economic, legal and technological barriers. Second, they have mainly used cross-sectional data by using the survey method. This study could have been better served had they also tried to combine the use of qualitative analysis as attempted elsewhere. Practical implications Practically, this study researched in an area which was neglected and under-reported by existing studies. Its exploration showed that it has potential to contribute significantly to the policymakers and implementers, as it comprises SMEs and emerging countries. It has been noted in the literature that these economies and firms are less capable to conduct research independently, as they are resource-constrained. Social implications The results reveal that both resilience- and non-resilience-related barriers are significant to SMEs internationalisation. However, if policymakers were to give priority to any one of these, they should give marginally more priority to resilience-type barriers compared to the non-resilience barriers to internationalisation. Originality/value To date, studies on resilience have concentrated on identifying challenges faced by firms and what types of behaviours are required by individual members so as to enhance survival. However, there are no studies so far on identifying or even modelling both resilience and non-resilience barriers within the context of SMEs internationalisation in developing countries. This study combines resilience and non-resilience factors in a model to find out their contribution especially in the under explored area of non-resilience from a Bangladeshi contextual perspective that seeks to encourage international entrepreneurship.

This study aims to determine the motivation of work to mediate the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze 1) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 2) the effect of training on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 4) the influence of the work environment on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data through research on 62 respondents. Structural Equation is used to analyze data, using PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there are 1) positive and significant influence of training on employee performance 2) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance 3) positive and significant effect of training on employee performance through motivation 4) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance through motivation.

The purpose of this study as to determine how the effect of waterpark image and price fairness on customer satisfaction and its implications for customer loyalty at Waterpark Wahana Surya Bengkulu. The measurement of this study uses 14 indicator items which are distributed using an online questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 136 respondents and the data were analyzed using SEM PLS (Partial Least Square). Date were collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research used descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The results of this study prove that 1. waterpark image has a positive effect on price fairness, 2. Waterpark image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, 3. Fairness of price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, 4. Waterpark image has a positive effect on customer loyalty, 5. Fairness of price has a positive effect on customer loyalty, 6. Customer satisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty.

This study aims to investigate destination brand prestige, and to explore the mediating effects of destination brand worldness between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit. Research is designed to collect primary data from the Taiwanese tourists. Partial least squares structural equation modeling is used to test the effects. The research model is appropriately implemented in Smart PLS 3 and a full mediation has existed through the empirical findings. The study shows how destination brand worldness mediates the relationship between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit.

This study aims to explore the influence of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE), Politico-Economic Conditions (PEC) on Tourist Behavioral Intension (TBI) in Hunza, Pakistan. The study further investigates the mediating role of Tourist Satisfaction (TS) on the given variables. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique has been applied to conceptualize the research frame and to test the proposed hypotheses. Primary data was collected by using convenient sampling technique for analysis from 220 tourists who visited tourism nucleus sites of Hunza. The finding of the study reveals that Natural resources and Environment, Politico-and Economic Conditions have a significant positive impact on Tourist’s Behavioral Intensions. Moreover, Tourist’s Satisfaction partially mediates the positive relationships among Natural Resources and Environment, Political & Economic Conditions and Tourist’s Behavioral Intensions. The findings of the study extend the understanding that presence of natural resources along with healthy environment and stable political & economic conditions of a destination are the key determinants for sustainable tourism development.

Abstrak Kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat telah diketahui dapat mempengaruhi turnover pada tenaga kesehatan. Informasi tentang hubungan kualitas kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada perawat masih sangat minimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain penelitian survey ekspanatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data didapatkan dari 32 perawat melalui simple random sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat dapat menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat.   Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Kepuasan Kerja, Manajemen, Keperawatan

Creative agriculture is a vast and deep knowledge of a product from its preparation from raw material to the end consumer of the product. Hence creative agriculture deals with deep analysis, production process, and commercialization, of a product. The present study explored the relationship between food service quality, innovation in production, customers’ satisfaction, and local product promotion. Both the foodservice quality and innovation in production increase customer satisfaction and local product promotion. An increased level of customer satisfaction is also promising for the increment in local product promotion. A survey from 300 food engineers working with different food providing companies, were the respondents of the present study for the collection of primary data. Then, a statistical software, named Partial Least Square (PLS) was used for the finalization of the data analysis process. The results achieved from the data analysis were used for the accomplishment of the end results of the present study.
