The production of high-quality and environmentally friendly products is one of the urgent problems of industrial poultry farming. We have developed a probiotic preparation "Nord-Bact" based on bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis TNP-3 and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5 isolated from the permafrost soils of Yakutia for use in industrial poultry farming, starting with the processing of hatching eggs, including its use on young animals, chickens hens for the preservation, prevention and treatment of dysbacteriosis caused by pathogenic and opportunistic microflora. The aim of the work is to study the effect of the probiotic “Nord-Bact” on the mineral and vitamin composition of poultry products. Production tests were carried out at the Yakutsk Poultry Factory on 30 thousand laying hens of 45-46 weeks of age. Experienced groups of chickens took “Nord-Bact” probiotic at 5x107 CFU/bird daily, only with a difference in the timing of application: I - every 10 days for 2 months in a row, II - for 2 months. The control group did not take the probiotic. Also, young birds from 1 day old to 30 weeks of age in the experimental group received probiotic with water at the rate of 5x107 CFU/bird daily for 10 days every month in a row until the end of the experiment. All experiments were carried out on birds of the egg farming cross Rodonit-3. For biochemical studies, at the end of the experiments, samples of meat from pullets of 30 weeks of age and egg products from laying hens were taken. According to the results of the studies, it was found that after the application of the “Nord-Bact” probiotic in poultry meat, the content of the main macro and microelements (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, iodine, manganese, cobalt, copper, selenium, fluorine and zinc) and vitamins B12, A, E reliably rises compared with control. The use of the drug for laying hens markedly increases the amount of macro- and microelements, vitamins in the contents (white, yolk) and eggshells, compared with the control group. The use of the “Nord-Bact” probiotic in laying hens at a dose of 5x107 CFU/ bird for 10 days 2 months in a row increases the content of calcium, magnesium in the shell by 31% and phosphorus by 23%, and a significant increase of iron and vitamin A - by 12%, sodium - by 11%, magnesium - by 10%, potassium - by 6% and calcium - by 1.5% in the yolk compared to the control was also noted.

In modern poultry farming the most urgent tasks are to search for and test new environmentally safe feed and economically justifi ed additives that stimulate productivity, positively aff ect the health of poultry, and consequently increase the livability of livestock and other important zootechnical traits. In order to maintain physiologically normal processes of life, metabolism and increase the level of productivity of poultry it needs mineral components and their chelated compounds. The purpose of this work was to increase the egg productivity of poultry by using the silicon-containing poly additive Nabicat in feeding young hens and laying hens. The researches have been carried out on the poultry cross Highsex Brown under the environments in CJSC “Poultry Farm “Volzhskaya” in the Sredneakhtubinsky area in the Volgograd region. In this paper, The optimal dose of the introduction of the silicon-containing poly additive Nabicat in the diets of young and laying hens of the cross Highsex Brown has been scientifi cally justifi ed and the biological value of using an organic form of silicon has been determined. The positive infl uence of the optimal dose of poly additive on growth, consumption, and digestibility, nutrient metabolism in the poultry body, as well as egg productivity and quality of the resulting egg has been revealed. Thus, the average egg productivity per 1 hen in the control group during the experiment period was 321,3 pcs., and in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd experimental groups it was 322,6 pcs., 325,8 and 325,7 pcs., which was higher than in the control group by 0,40 %, 1,40 and 1,37 %, respectively. The average egg weight in the 1st experimental group exceeded the control by 0,43 g or 0,68 %, in the 2nd experimental group by 1,16 g or 1,84 %, in the 3rd experimental group by 0,81 g or 1,28 %. The economic eff ectiveness of using the organic silicon additive in the composition of Nabicat poly additive in the feeding of laying hens has been proved. The economic eff ect due to the use of diff erent doses of the introduction of silicon-containing poly additive Nabicat in compound feed for laying hens of the 1st experimental group was 141,66 rubles, the 2nd experimental group 962,76 rubles, and the 3rd experimental group 821,89 rubles.

Poultry farming is one of the most promising areas of production not only in Ukraine but also in the world. This is due to the high demand for protein products and increased consumption. Ukraine does not use enough of its export potential in the agrarian sector. It is precisely these circumstances lead to choosing as the basis for the research the mentioned direction of production by domestic producers. The tendencies of the Ukrainian poultry enterprises development and features of the chicken market are generalized, namely the volume of cultivation and sale on the slaughter of poultry by Ukrainian producers, the cost price and profitability of poultry meat production have been analyzed; the specific features of the products range are defined in all competitor companies and products offered for export. The competitiveness of domestic poultry production in comparison with domestic and foreign analogues has been investigated. For the study the following enterprises as the LLS “Ptahokompleks” Gubin, TM “Pan Kurchak”, slaughter-house “Piorkowscy” and JSC “Superdrop” were taken. It is established that domestic products are competitive both in terms of price and taste properties. The dynamics of export and import of poultry meat in Ukraine and abroad is analyzed. Significant growth of poultry meat export as compared to previous periods has been revealed, which is explained by obtaining permit documents and implementation of measures by domestic producers to bring poultry products closer to international standards. The prospects for the development of the investigated production direction are designed.

This paper presents a study of the effect of the feed additive «Abiotonic» on the indicators of egg and meat productivity when applied to laying hens. It was found that with the additional introduction of this additive into the standard diet of poultry, the content of nonessential amino acids in their meat is 10% higher compared to the same parameters in the meat of chickens of the control group, the content of partially nonessential amino acids is by 8,5%, and of irreplaceable amino acids is by 6,7%. In addition, in the meat of laying hens, which used the feed additive «Abiotonic», the content of selenium (Se) is 29,4% higher than in the meat of birds of the control group, and iron (Fe) – by 20%. The average daily gain in live weight of the birds in the experimental group was 3,6 g more than in the control hens. Microbiological research made it possible to establish that poultry meat, regardless of the introduction of the feed additive «Abiotonik», meets the established requirements and is safe for human consumption. «Abiotonic», in addition, significantly improves the egg production of birds. It was found that the weight of eggs with the introduction of this feed additive in the diet in addition to the compound feed increased by an average of 1,2 g, and the egg production increased by 23 eggs in 7 days.

Poultry farming is one of the major branches of animal husbandry, which develops through concentration, specialization and intensification on the basis of poultry plants and poultry farms. The increase in production of eggs and poultry meat is based on a significant increase in the productivity of poultry with a simultaneous increase in its population with a high payment of feed by production and the increase in labour productivity. The purpose of the work was to study the influence of enzyme feed additives in the diets of laying hens on the quality of eggs. The researches have been carried out in PJSC “Poultry plant Chelyabinskaya”, which produces high-quality chicken eggs obtained from the poultry cross “Loman LSL-classic”. The object of study was enzyme drugs produced by Sunzyme – a multi-enzyme drug that includes xylanase, cellulase and mannase activities. The dosage of enzyme drugs in the feed mixture of laying hens was: Sunfyze 5000 – 80 g/t, Sunzyme – 100 g/t. The results of researches show that in the groups that received enzyme drugs in their diet, egg production was higher than in the control group. So, for the entire period of researches the hens of the experimental groups were significantly superior to the control group in terms of egg production per average laying hen. The largest difference was in hens of the 1st experimental group (enzyme drug Sunfyze) – 10,8 eggs; the smallest in hens of the 3rd group (enzyme drugs Sunfyze and Sunzyme) – 5,7 eggs. In hens of the 2nd experimental group compared with hens of the control group egg production was higher by 7,9 eggs. The best indicators of production efficiency have been obtained in the 1st experimental group of laying hens, which were fed with the enzyme feed additive Sunfyze to reduce the nutritional value of the diet according to the matrix.

Compound feed are subject to requirements for their composition, since they use several types of grains that contain anti-nutritive substances that reduce the digestibility and use of nutrients. One of the tasks of domestic poultry farming is to reduce losses by increasing the digestibility and accessibility of feed. Among the most effective ways to solve this problem is to add enzymes to the feed of poultry. The inclusion of enzyme drugs in the composition of compound feed contributes to the inactivation of anti-nutritive substances, which contributes to an increase in the coeffi cient of digestibility of nutrients. The purpose of the work was to establish the feasibility and eff ectiveness of the enrichment of compound feed used in the production technology of chicken eggs with mixtures of enzyme drugs of domestic production of Amylosubtilin G3x, Cellolux-F and Protosubtilin G3x. Three groups of laying hens with 57 heads in each have been formed: a control group and two experimental groups. The duration of the experiment was 420 days. Laying hens of the control group have been received farm compound feed depending on their age. Laying hens of the 1st experimental group have been received compound feed of the control group enriched with the enzymes Amylosubtilin G3x and Cellolux-F depending on the age. In the compound feed of laying hens of the 2nd experimental group enzyme drugs were additionally introduced depending on the age Amilosubtilin G3x and Protosubtilin G3x. Higher egg production rates have been observed in the 1st experimental group – 357,81 eggs, which was 6,48 % higher than in the control group and 1,84 % higher than in the 2nd experimental group. The weight of eggs of laying hens of the 1st experimental group was 1,85 g or 2,97 % more, and the 2nd experimental group was 0,7 g or 1,12 % more than in the control group. The diff erence between the egg weight in laying hens of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups was 1,85 % or 1,15 g. The lowest feed consumption of 1,37 kg for the production of 10 eggs was in the laying hens of the 1st experimental group, which was less than the indicator of the control group by 10,94 and by 4,2 % than in the 2nd experimental group.

The study aims at investigating the effect of preparations of two bacilli strains on laying hens and roosters. Preparations were based on the strains Bacillus subtilis KATMIRA1933 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B-1895. Several groups of roosters and hens received a preparation based on either strain, or a mixture of both, from the first day to the last day of poultry in production. These preparations improved egg production, quality of sperm production, quality/hatchery of eggs, and slowed down the reproductive aging of hens. These observations were confirmed by the mathematical model proposed herein. At the molecular level, the slowing down of aging was confirmed by a decrease in the amount of mitochondrial DNA damage. Monitoring the physiological parameters of the experimental and control groups of birds showed that live weight gain in all experimental groups was higher than in the control group, and the reproductive organs of hens were more developed. There was also an improvement in the biochemical parameters of blood, the quality of the sperm of roosters, the laying of laying hens, and the morphological and biochemical parameters of the eggs. One of the most significant results is an increase in egg fertilization and a decrease in embryo death during the first 7 days of incubation.

Introduction. A possible alternative to traditional methods of the treatment with chemical disinfectants are effective and safe preparations based on strains of bacteria Bacillus subtilis. The development of effective hygiene products based on Bacillus subtilis bacteria strains for air sanitation, household items, and rooms that do not adversely affect the body in the presence of humans, animals, and birds is an urgent task of sanitation and hygiene. Material and methods. Suspensions of an equal combination of the bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis TNP-3 and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5 were added to a solution of bicarbonate and sodium chloride. The strains were isolated from the permafrost soils of Yakutia, certified and deposited in the All-Russian collection of microorganisms used in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine (VGNKI, Moscow). The bactericidal activity of the «Probiodes 3 + 5» solutions was studied by the method of “coarse calico tests”. As test cultures there was used 2 billion suspension of diurnal cultures of Str. equi H-34 and Sal. abortus equi BN-12. The effectiveness of sanitization was taken into account according to the level of bacterial contamination - the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms (KMAFAnM) on the skin of the nipples of the udder. Results. Reliable disinfection of coarse calico tests contaminated with Str. equi H-34, was established with the use of «Probiodez 3 + 5» (5x10 8 CFU / ml) for 6 hours exposure. By increasing the dose of B. subtilis in the solution «Probiodes 3 + 5» to (1.0 × 109 CFU / ml), there was reliable disinfection of coarse calico tests contaminated with Sal. abortus equi BN-12, exposure 6 hours. The drug «Probiodes 3 + 5» helps to reduce the total bacterial contamination and subclinical mastitis, effective for sanitary-hygienic treatment in dairy cattle breeding. Conclusion. The results of the studies allow making a conclusion that the bacterial strains B. subtilis TNP-3 and B. subtilis TNP-5 are promising for the development of effective, safe hygienic and sanitizing agents for widespread use.)

Along with salmonellosis and Escherichiosis, intestinal campylobacteriosis caused by thermophilic campylobacter, primarily Campylobacter jejuni, is widespread. When studying the biological properties of isolated pathogens, great importance is attached to determining their sensitivity to antibacterial preparations and identifying preparation resistance. Livestock products, including poultry, are one of the most common sources of pathogenic campylobacter. Since antibiotics are often used in the process of growing and obtaining poultry meat, the acquired resistance of the campylobacter bacteria that colonize poultry products to the drugs used in veterinary medicine is likely. The spread of antibiotic-resistant strains in future can lead to decrease of the therapeutic effect in the treatment of severe forms of campylobacteriosis. In this article we present the results of determining the antibiotic resistance of C. jejuni cultures isolated from group samples of poultry products purchased in St. Petersburg in comparison with the antibiotic resistance of C. jejuni cultures isolated from group samples of chickens of the control groups, hatched without use of any antimicrobial preparations. Based on the results of our studies, we found that C. jejuni cultures isolated from group samples of poultry products purchased in St. Petersburg retail network have broad antibiotic resistance and are resistant to the effects of amoxicillin, ampicillin, carbenicillin, erythromycin, azithromycin, cephalothin, gentamycin, kanamycin, tetracycline, doxycycline, lincomycin, ciprofloxacin and co-trimoxazole, but are sensitive to the action of nalidixic acid, imipenem, meropenem, chloramphenicol and furazolidone. Cultures of C. jejuni isolated from group samples of poultry products purchased in St. Petersburg retail network have a broader antibiotic resistance to antimicrobial drugs of various pharmacological groups compared to cultures of C. jejuni isolated from group samples of chickens from the control group. Broader antibiotic resistance of C. jejuni cultures isolated from group samples of poultry products purchased in St. Petersburg retail network is most likely associated with the use of various antimicrobial drugs when growing poultry in industrial poultry farming.

The article presents the results of economic and statistical analysis of poultry industry in Kazakhstan. The assessment of its condition and development in the leading regions of Kazakhstan for the period from 2010 to 2019 was done in dynamics. The fundamental factors motivating the efficiency of poultry farming in the republic have been determined. A number of problems are highlighted, the early solution of which will contribute to ensuring the country's food security, which is especially important, taking into account the current state of import dependence in this sector. It is shown that expansion of production of poultry products satisfies the internal needs for poultry meat, thereby reducing import dependence for a number of products of poultry subcomplex. The reasons for the decrease in poultry population number in the regions have been justified. Measures aimed to minimize the influence of constraining factors on development of poultry farming have been developed. The article provides recommendations of recommendatory nature on solution of the problems identified as a result of the analysis, including recommendations on improving the feed base, reimbursing part (30%) of financial costs associated with purchase of machinery and special equipment, construction of modular production structures for meat and egg farms, preferential subsidizing of investment activities of poultry enterprises, as well as the formation of stabilization funds for feed grain in State reserve and association of agricultural producers, the need to use highly productive poultry crosses, development of our own breeding base for poultry farming, purposeful work to improve feed supply, introduction of resource-saving energy-intensive technologies, and provision of the industry with qualified personnel.
